What I should change?

I know in the older version there was no way to increase the cursor size within the app. Is there any way to increase the cursor size in new version? My setting & sizes as follows.

I have just imported a load of files (see attached) and they look corrupt - when I open them in PS they display okay but in Bridge they are displaying as errors - I have never seen anything like this before

When I try to download the image I created I am getting a message that it was canceled. I havent had an issue since I have been with Adobe Firefly. I am seeing other issues including images wont delete even though I delete.

I am trying to create a sequence with the same source clip in two regions of the screen in a sequence.  I want to show one with no LUT applied and another with the LUT applied.  I’m trying to create a video that compares LUTs for the same input.  Whenever I select either “None” or one of the LUTs, it applies it to both source clips.  I can apply different color settings under the “Edit” tab of the Lumetri Color tab and that works.  But when I select a LUT, it applies it to all the source clips. Maybe this is what I’m messing up: I am not sure how the controls to the left of each clip in the Sequence panel works.  Here is my current selections:  What do the “V1” and “V2” buttons do?  Toggling them on and off doesn’t change the sequence as far as I can see…

Alguno de ustedes conoce cuándo recibiré mi reembolso una vez que ya he cancelado mi pedido (he de mencionar que lo hice dentro del plazo que adobe menciona, antes de cumplir 14 días)

Adobe new release of Adobe Acrobat Sign, replaced NOTES with Create a Copy on the first Window that comes up.  We used NOTES on 85% of our documents sent and then used on completion to add to our repository.   Adobe should give Admin Rights to the customer to modify this field when the new release adds something that has no value and add back NOTES.  Ease of Use greatly impacted, it is a regression to our job process.  See the attachment it is a visual.

Hi Adobe Exchange Support Team,   I’m currently developing a CEP extension for Adobe Premiere Pro and need urgent guidance on digital signing and certification for distribution. We’re running into a widespread issue: all major certificate authorities have recently restricted the ability to export .p12 and .pfx files due to private key security protocols. This has effectively blocked traditional signing methods required for Adobe Exchange. We are now exploring cloud-based code signing options as a potential workaround — and possibly the only viable path forward. If Adobe has any officially recommended providers or documentation on how to sign CEP extensions using cloud signing infrastructure, we would greatly appreciate direct links and guidance on how to proceed. Our goal is to get this extension signed and approved for Adobe Exchange as soon as possible. Any help you can provide to expedite this process would be incredibly valuabl

Can you send to one person as a signor twice and they delegate both times? We only have a reviewer contact & don't know who the two signors are. Can we add one persons email address as the signor then they delegate. Once it has been signed by the unknown person, can it go back to the original persons email address and they delegate again?

I have the Adobe for Enterprise license through my work. It says that I have Adobe Sign. When I try to create a Web Form, it tells me that I do not have access to it.  The online video says that our Admin needs to click in settings to allow it. I sent him the video. He says that his console does not look like that at all. He has concluded that Web Forms is not part of our Enterprise license agreement.Previous forum responses imply that Enterprise users should have access to web forms. I am at a loss since I cannot check my settings and my admin team cannot find the links that the videos suggest.Since it appears that we are just out of luck for creating Web Forms, is there a work-around that will basically let me post a form that will require just a single simple “I read this” type signature, name, and date, without me having to send it out to each person individually? I do not even know who will need it in general, until they come across it.I currently use DocHub, and it works great. I

Currently have the Photography Plan with 20gb which I understand will no longer be available when my package expires in May.Will change to the Lightroom only plan, but cannot seem to do so now as when going to Manage Plan the only option is to cancel my existing plan?

Hi! I canceled my Adobe After Effects subscription in October 2023 and paid the cancellation fee. Despite this, I’ve continued to be charged monthly ever since. When I try to cancel the plan again, it tells me I have no active subscriptions; which makes sense, because I already canceled it years ago. I contacted the virtual assistant, but it also says I have no plan and doesn’t really help.I'm really frustrated at this point and don’t know what else to do. I’m being charged for a subscription that supposedly doesn’t exist. I’d appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this and get a refund.

Anchor point of text “MOTION GRAPHICS” is at the center.  When I adjust the tracking, text adjusts from LHS. What is the reason? In my view text also should be adjust from centre. Video also attached

I've just come across this issue for the first time. I've imported AI files into AE many times before and had no issues like this one. After importing the layered AI doc into AE, only one layer will show up. Attached is a video I recorded of what happens. If you can make sense of it, please let me know. Note: I can save out eps as separate files and use those in AE no problem.I'm working on a macbook pro retina and just did a fresh format about 2 weeks ago so everything is up to date. I've tried restarting AE and my computer. Also recreating a new AI file with different dimensions.I blocked out the files on my computer in respect to my clients (in case you're confused).

Is there any way to create a particular sound file for After Effect by using  AI [Artificial Intelligent]?

When I try to log in to Adobe Acrobat, a white screen appears and prevents me from accessing my profile. I don't even have the chance to enter my login credentials because the white screen appears immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times, but the problem persists. Could you please provide some advice on how to fix this? Thank you!

Hello, my Photoshop crash after “reading color parameters”, tried to fix for days without success. All the other apps I’m using (Acrobat, Premiere, Illustrator) work flawlessly.Tried older version of Photoshop, same issue.I’m thinking of compatibility issue with recent NVIDIA drivers ?NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 32.0.15.9597 Already removed preferences, reinstalled multiple times, even using Adobe cleaner tool.Opening this discussion as I cannot find anything to solve this.

Acrobat is currently my default software for PDFs. So when I double-click on a PDF, Acrobat opens up. After the start of Acrobat it seems to run some processes in the background and during that time, I cannot work in the document. Since this only takes a few seconds, I’m not really bothered by it. However, what bothers me a lot: once Acrobat is ready, it has lost the cursor focus. So when I open a PDF form, I click into the first fillable field to enter some data. Then I might be able to type in one or two characters, then Acrobat loses the focus (probably because it finished updating some stuff in the background) and puts the cursor to the first content of the document. Since I’m still typing, Acrobat then creates a comment at that position since it thinks that I’m typing to note something down. Is there any solution to this annoying behaviour???

We are in the process of remediating fillable forms for accessibility with training from an outside vendor. The vendor is advising the tooltip added in the field property is not enough as not all screen readers will read that and, instead, that actual text in the tag object properties should match the tooltip. All the fields currently have a tooltip but I’m questioning the added benefit of this extra step within the tag. Does anyone know if the tooltip is enough?ThanksMeabh

Hello, I'm trying to remove the background of an image. I bring the image into PS, goto properties > Quick Actions > Remove Background. I click it, the system thinks for a second and then comes up with an error saying that 'Remove Background Failed'   The background layer is unlocked etc. I've tried everything. The image was downloaded from a paid version of Vecteezy, so it shouldn't be a permissions issue. Note: moderator removed Actions and Scripting from tags.

I am getting authorisation errors for E-signing on both the web and desktop version of Acrobat. I have a full subscription and are using the correct profile

I've bought the monthly subscription of Dreamweaver and have downloaded the newest version (Dreamweaver 2020). Is there a way I can get the older version ( CS6) either with the new version or to replace it.
