I had a site which had so many photos I was unable to save.  Helpdesk indicated that this was the case.  So I am now trying to delete the site and create the portfolio in a totally different way.  However, after at least six hours I still have a message to say that it is being deleted and this might take several moments ‘ not hours.  Is there another way to delete the contents and thereby free up the site to reuse_

The short cut key Lock is not working.

This is a problem that I just recently ran into. I consider it an annoying bug, but maybe it is a “feature” or just the way it is.I recently finished a 282 page book using the Book Module in Lightroom Classic. Because of the length, I decided to add a Table of Contents. The problem popped up when I decided to add links to the ToC in the pdf to make navigation much easier. The problem occurs when using those links to navigate through the document, and it only occurs when displaying a two-page spread. In my particular case, when I “Zoom to Page Level” while in two-page display format, the zoom ration is 93.5%. I can navigate through the document using the arrow keys, or the thumbnails and the zoom level stays the same, 93.5%. But if I click on a link, it jumps to the page, but changes the zoom level to 128%, which happens to be the “Zoom to Page Level” for displaying a single page, but I am still in 2 page display mode which is now showing about a page and a half instead of the two-page

I have version 7, which does not accept non-Roman text in text boxes (Yiddish characters in particular show up as blank). Is there a later version that does support this? Thanks.

I feel like the method I’m using now isn’t quite right.Is the approach different for single-column layouts versus layouts with two or more columns?Assuming the column widths are equal.Also, how to know what is the number of columns?var doc = app.activeDocument;var item = doc.selection[0];var items = doc.selection;var pp = item.parentPage;var cp = pp.marginPreferences.columnsPositions;var csp,law,cw;    //Calculate column spacing    if (cp.length == 2) {        csp = 0;    }    else if (cp.length > 2) {        var csp = cp[2] - cp[1];    }//typearea(?Layout)var law=cp[cp.length-1]-cp[0]//Column widthcw=cp[1]-cp[0]

InDesign 21.3 reintroduces the document window position bug on Mac: document windows now expand below the tools panel. Clicking the green button while in this state doesn’t do anything. If clicking the green button after repositioning the window to its desired state, the window expands under the tools panel again. Reverting to InDesign 21.2 restores the normal behavior. macOS 26.2. Just posting it here for the record.

I don’t understand how a tool can be so bad; surely I must be doing something wrong. Acrobat simply doesn’t work. It lags, I can’t draw mark-ups or comments. I will draw a text box or object multiple times and it will just disappear each time. I can’t scroll smoothly between document pages. I have to type incredibly slowly; there is a lag time for each letter that I type to show up. There is a lag time for each tool or edit option. It just doesn’t make sense how bad it is and how much of our time we waste trying to use it or trying to find work-arounds. I’m working on a PC that can handle architectural design and rendering software easily. Editing PDF’s shouldn’t be a problem. If anyone has any tips for optimization beyond disabling the New Acrobat, disabling advances security, and most other program features, i would love to hear it. It’s becoming less and less apparent why we put up with this.

I have a PDF file that I cannot import into InDesign. No matter if I use "Place" or Drag and Drop, I get the same error message:   "<<Filename>> doesn't contain a "CROP" crop type:  Please try again by selecting a different crop type or open the PDF in Acrobat and perform a "Save As..." command."    Not sure about the first suggestion but "Save As" does not help.   Any ideas?     <Title renamed by MOD>

Hello guys, I am new here. I would like to get your advice on how to link my Domain I purchased from Wix.com and link it to my Adobe Portfolio. I followed the step-by-step process on how to manually connect the custom domain of entering four (4) A records but Wix would allow only two (2). Please see screenshots attached. Is two (2) A's sufficient enough to properly link the domain? I read somewhere that other host allow for only two. One for A, and one for CNAME. I haven't click the "Apply". button in Adobe Portfolio as I'm worried that I might break the link somehow. Please help.... This early I would like to thank you guys in advance.

About ten years ago, I wrote a script that basically relinks missing links to images whose names are a little different. The new name is found using regExes. A couple of days ago, my client wrote me that running the script causes InDesign memory usage to bloat and finally run out of system memory.  I made a few tests in different versions: 2024/5/6In InDesign 2024 (version 19.5), it works without any problems: both on Mac and Windows. On my Mac (iMac, 3,3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4), it took 3 minutes, 22 seconds to relink 254 links. 1,26 secs. per link. On my old Windows notebook (Intel Core i5-3230M CPU @2.60GHz, 8 GB RAM), it took about 22 minutes to relink 107 links. Approx. 9 secs. per link.In InDesign 2025 (version 20.3.1) and 2026 (version 21.2) on my Mac, it gets stuck on the 27th link, and InDesign hangs, gobbling all the memory in the Activity Monitor, so the only option is to force quit it.I tried:Reducing the undo steps via the doScript command Initiating g

This pertains to photoshop for ipad. I want to use a tonal drawing as a template for a line drawing. The ideal would be to be able to make the template disappear from time to time (or better yet become white) so I could see the line drawing against a white background until I am happy with it. Then I would just want to delete the original. Do I need 3 layers or just 2?

I’ve recently got a an Asus V16 laptop (Intel Core 7 240H, RTX 5070, Windows 11), and have just installed Photoshop on it. This seems to visibly work, but when I open Camera Raw Filter, an internet download keeps happening in the background consuming internet bandwidth. The download repeats every one to two minutes, and about 200Mb each time. From what I can see with Resource Monitor it seems to be downloading something from “server-18-244-140-14.lhr50.cloudfront.net” or very similar and at the same time, I can see data being written to a file “%APPDATA%\Local\Temp\41” or some other number. I am guessing these are related. The other thing is that if I check in "%APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw\Logs\Camera Raw Log Latest v1.txt" it has the error "*** Error: Failed to validate the tmp file. ***". This appears each time the download happens. Also, if I close Photoshop mid download, I also see a couple of lines about “feature sets” in the log file:“*** Error: Failed to validate the tmp file.  ***Sta

In the version 26 is there a way within Premiere to apply a shape mask to an image and then add a stroke to it? (See the attached image) I have tried adding a mask to the image and then adding the stroke effect to the image with zero joy. I then tried to add the stroke effect to the image without a mask. Then had to google why it doesn’t show up on that either. Turns out you have to apply a Pre transform and re-scale it. Which is possibly the most unituitive way to go about out it. So then I tried to add the mask back in and bam, no stroke. I gave up and did it in Photoshop instead. But it would be good to see if someone knows how to do this seeminlgy rudimentary task within photoshop.  Thanks

I am using MegaSign to push out a document template that will auto-fill to create individual copies of a document. There are three signature blocks. However, sometimes there are only two people in the signature chain. Is there a way to format the csv to be able to send documents for which there are only two signers, as well as docs with three signers, all at once? I tried leaving the cells blank that would contain third signer info and left the column headers, but this resulted in an error message when I uploaded the csv.

How do I create a simple dotted line in Premiere Pro?  I'm able to draw a solid line with the pen tool, but how do I make it dotted?  This must be easy and I'm missing it.  Thank you!

I have a Corel Draw file and I open it in Illustrator, but it doesn't work. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Lightroom Classic fonctionne bien sur mon iMac, mais pas sur mon MacBook Pro, alors qu’ils sont tous les 2 sous le même système, à savoir macOS Séquoia.

Hi y’allHere is the thing :Converting a stroke into a shape is not a problem from the Object menu > Path > Outline strokeBut when I try to do the same via the Appearance panel > Effects > Path > Outline stroke there is no visible result. Same with the menu Effects > Path > Outline stroke…The line stays a line.I would love to learn how these appearance effects workIf you have any clue feel free to shareThxDidier

Hello, I am trying to cancel my Adobe Subscription since the start of second month of annual plan, and I am unable to do that due months of Adobe Account 'Plans and Payment' section errors which prevents me to do so. I can't even find details. When I escalate the issue to the agents, they simply leave the conversation and telling me that this error is due 'unpaid invoices'. I have no authority nobody to resolve with, this is getting out of hand. I need someone with proper permission from Adobe to resolve the issue. Regards,-Atahan

Hi, i'm having trouble with how Acrobat displays colors. When looking at the file from inDesign (or illustrator too), colors appear as they should. But in Acrobat they appear significally more saturated. I already had this problem last year and solved it by disabling new Acrobat. But after updating to the last version it now happens on both old and new Acrobat.  I thought it was because Acrobat wasn't "applying"(?) the file's color profile (Fogra39) but I checked and it happens with RGB (sRGB profile) files too. I have checked multiple times the color management settings on both programs and everything is as it should. It isn't really much of a problem as the file's color is still correct, Acrobat's color checker matches the values on inDesign. As a curiosity, the color acrobat shows is the same that inDesign or illustrator's color picker shows too. No idea if it has any relation.
