Hello. First of all - english is not my natvie language. So if you dont understand me , please let me know. I will try to use AI. Adobe system wanted to charge me for photoshop , before trial ended, I didn’t have money on my credit card,  so the payment failed. I want to stop trial plan, and uninstall photoshop, but - I CAN’T, before I make a payment. So Adobe system wants me to pay and doesn’t let me cance trial. How can I cancel trial without making payment?  Next thing. I was charged for adobe illustrator before trial period ended. I was able to end trial period, and the system told me that I will be refunded.  How long will it take before my money go back to my bank account? All these money chargings before TRIAL end is at least WEIRD.  Thank you.

I drag a video to the timeline, cut it into individual clips and change the label color of that clip, but it changes the whole file. The same occurs when I rename just one clip. It changes it all.

Is there a faster way to download all of my documents in the creative cloud at once? I've got over 200+ projects in here I really don't want to manually select 10 and waste time over this.

When exporting to a accessible PDF i have to manualy move tags out of the section tag = <sect> before deleting it, this is very time consuming process, but sometimes its necessary for the PDF to be accessible. -is there a way to stop indesign from exporting into a section tag??...maybe a script?? /Jakob

Open a PDF file.Save it under a different nameTry to delete a pageYou'll get this error:"One or more pages are in use and could not be deleted"I've had this billions of times now and the only solution that works 100% of the time is closing and re-opening the file. This leads me to believe it's something with "locking" the file while saving, but not unlocking it after done saving.GET THIS FIXED PLEASE because it's annoying LOADS and LOADS of people. As evident by the 7000+ search results for the exact phrase "One or more pages are in use and could not be deleted".And that's just the part of the userbase that actually reports the problem. There are several topics about this issue, some marked as "solved" erroneously.Note, I'm a paying customer, use Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver/Fireworks and Bridge during my daily work, and have had this issue for months and months across several different computers (two different workplaces, and at home) and have ran into this time and again, when all

Hello Adobe community, Does anyone know how to fix extremely small Adobe signatures? When I set up the document for signatures I made nice and big sign fields, but when the document came back I got extremely small signatures, and not in the correct space where I placed the sign fields. The lender that I am using to purchase a house just sent back the document asking me to resign. I set up the signatures on my iPad pro.

Prior to problem PS 2026 was working fine.  Updated PS, updated OS to Tahoe 26.3, then uninstalled PH along with previous version, rebooted, and reinstalled. Same problem.MacBook Pro, 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel i9Installed PS Beta with same result. How do I fix?

I have applied for a free trial plan and cancelled it days before the trial expired. I was then charged even though I was not using Premiere at all, seeing my falling apart laptop couldnt handle it. I was then charged £33 even though I cancelled (I didnt have enough money). I contacted customer service and all I got was replies on how to change my plan, even though you have to pay already. Now I have payed and its charging me till the next month. This is a frustrating situation I want a refund as I have not even been able to use premiere pro

However, I would like to confirm whether any hidden or residual activations may still be linked to my license, as I want to ensure a smooth installation on my new computer.License details:• Product: Adobe Acrobat Professional (Perpetual)• Version: Acrobat Pro 2020 (Windows)• Serial Number: Will be shared securely if required Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What steps should I take to verify and reset activations, if necessary?Thank you for your guidance.
