I have installed Adobe Acrobat X on a new computer.  The software indicates that the activation limit has been reached.  Further it asks me to deactivate the software on the old computer.   I did this.  However the new installation does not acknowledge that.  It keeps asking me to deactivate the software on the old computer despite the fact that I already did it. How do I get the software activated?

Start and end times have both hours and minutes. If I change the minutes in either field it also updates the other field at the same time.

Receiving this error when opening PDF attachments in Outlook 2016 with the latest Adobe Reader DC.  Have tried to unset security levels but it still does this error.

Text editor shows the text, but it’s always overset in the InDesign file, no matter how big I make the textbox or adjust the size/leading of the type. It’s an InDesign file that I didn’t create, so I deleted any existing paragraph styles and stripped out any formatting that was on it  but can’t figure out what is making any text I try to import or create automatically overset. What am I missing?

Where is this button.  I'm trying to create fillable pdf but prepare forms button is not listed as an option.

Just started using Photoshop CC on my iMac and I have noticed this issue which I did not have using windows based computers. Any floating window just seems to hide in the background as soon as I click on the tabbed document I want to work on. This is an issue for me since I like to have a couple of references open while painting plus I always have another with nothing but my color palette in it. I've already gone over the preferences but can't seem to find the way to avoid this and the options from Widow>Arrange weren't any help also resizing all windows so that they don't overlap each other ends up wasting a lot of screen real estate.

I have Snapping set up with everything unchecked except for Zero Crossings. But the edges of a selection snap to tons of different places in between zero crossings. I can't figure out what it IS snapping to.  In this image, I dragged to create a selection, and I expected the edges of the selection to snap only to zero crossings (I marked the edges of a selection, which are clearly NOT zero crossing points). But as you can see, this didn't happen. What am I missing here? Is there a way to have AA ONLY snap to zero crossings and nothing else?

account.adobe.comにアクセスします。 サインインとセキュリティ > アクティブセッションに移動します。 すべてのセッションからサインアウトを選択します。 新しいPCでAcrobatを再起動し、再度サインインを試みます。

After a recent system update, the cursor in InDesign (2023 on Windows 10) is suddenly huge. It reverts to normal size when I drag it over the tools or other menus. I notice this only occurs on my extended monitors. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thanks,SM

I tried to download a zip file, but I can't download it: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below". It is years I'm wondering why sometimes the text (expecially punctuations) ends up outside the text box. Does anyone have a solution to fix it? It doesn't seems to be a problem of optical margin. Here a screenshot of my issue

Hi, everyone, I am an occasional user, so I hope it's just a blunder on my end, but I can't seem to find a solution online for this. I am stabilizing a video footage by using the warp stabilizer. It works (i.e., I can see the footage stops shaking in the preview window) but when I go to File->Export Media; it does not export the effect. It will produce an exported video file, but the footage will be the shaky original. Why?!? All I'm doing is:Creating a new project, draging the video to the timeline, applying warp stabilizer (waiting for it to complete processing), and then trying to export. Do I have to apply the changes or something like that? The tutorials in the web do not seem to do that! Thanks in advance!

After updating to macOS Tahoe 26.3, I can no longer launch InDesign CC2026 and CC2025.  InDesign CC2023 and CC2024, on the other hand, start normally.Repairing the permissions via the terminal does not help:sudo chmod -R 755 /Users/dtp/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ InDesignsudo chmod -R 755 /Users/dtp/Library/Caches/Adobe\ InDesignsudo chmod -R 755 /Users/dtp/Library/Application\ SupportTemporarily renaming the Adobe InDesign Preferences folder creates new folders when starting CC2025 and CC2026, but when creating subfolders, InDesign does not go beyond the CompositeFont folder. The SF-Symbols.app has also been updated.Could this be related? Do others share this problem?Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? All bestMartin

How to achieve this fill effect or fill pattern ?I tried creating a halftone screen, rasterizing, and replacing the dot with a triangle (via script), but the effect I got wasn't the same.Obviously, the object to which I apply this fill doesn't have to have a particular shape like the one in the attached file, which vaguely resembles a trapezoid. How would you achieve this fill? thx for your help

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY FREE TRIAL TO ADOBE EXPRESS FOR MONTHS AND THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD.  I DO NOT USE ADOBE EXPRESS AND I DO NOT WISH TO USE ADOBE EXPRESS.  PLEASE HELP.

In the latest version of Photoshop, since yesterday, the Remove Tool has been working very slowly, sometimes causing Photoshop to freeze. My system is up to date, and I have plenty of available memory. Everything else works fine, and other Adobe programs run smoothly. Previously, everything worked correctly, and the Remove Tool was fast and problem-free. I sought help via chat and even downloaded the screen-sharing application, but it didn't help; my problem was not resolved. My laptop is a MacBook M4 Pro. Please help me fix this so the tool works correctly and I can continue working.

Hello, I renewed my Lightroom subscription via the App Store on iPhone and it’s valid until 2027. But the app shows that Adobe suspended sales. I live in Germany/Kazakhstan but my account is Russian. Payment is made but I can’t use the subscription
