Solved

For many years now, I have had an Individual Plan installed on two computers. I have have always been able to use the various apps on both computers and the same time. Recently I keep getting a message saying that I can only use the app on one computer at a time. Is this a new thing? If not, why have it always worked on two. I am confused, do I need to change my plan?

i was offered a free trial, i submitted but had to intention to keep it after the trial period.the last day i was surprised to see it renewed without a reminder, though it said before they would. the payment was failed due to insufficient balance. and now i cannot cancel it on the website. i want to cancel it not renew it. i am not willing to pay anything.

Warum kommt diese Fehlermeldung und das rote Schild am Desktop?

I’m new to InDesign, but have made books in other products. I have chapters all made with the same template and parent settings. I put them in a book. I want the chapters to start on odd or even pages, depending on how the chapters lay out. The chapters that start on odd pages look great. But the ones that start on even pages have the inner and outer margins backwards. Is there a way to set up my parents so a chapter will have the margin (and page headers and the like) be correct for whether it winds up starting on the right or the left? (So that if I add a page, say, to an early chapter, the change ripples correctly through the rest of the chapters.) I’ve attached my first test case with four chapters. Note the third one, “Illness and Injuries” starts on the left, but the margins are set for a right side page. Thanks in advance.

I would really like to have Folders and Albums to organize my People section of LrD.  I have thousands of people identified in the People section of LrD and right now they are in one long list.  It would be so nice to sort them by client, family, etc using Folders and Albums.  Thanks for listening!

I just migrated a 60,000 Classic catalog to Lightroom. Went well, better than expected. I’ll likely have a bunch of questions but to begin:Is there any way to see some basic info on the Detail view without switching to the Info Panel in the middle of an edit. While editing it would be nice to see some basic info on the file I’m editing. At the most basic level, if its jpeg, tiff or raw, basic shooting info like SS, aperture and ISO or dimensions, both cropped and uncropped.

Trying to work out the cost of buying extra generative credits on the new standard plan, anyone know what cost will be? Am I right in assuming that each use of generative fill or expand will count against the 25 credits in the standard plan?

Hi, I’m trying to change the font size in Adobe Bridge, but I can’t find the option. Is there a way to adjust the UI or text size?

I’m writing a Lightroom Classic plugin with lua, which generally works quite well. However, I have an issue with a very fundamental thing:Displaying an error dialog that simply has a single close button. No matter what  I try, at least on my Mac I always get an OK and Cancel button. What am I doing wrong?LrDialogs.presentModalDialog{ title = Global.moduleName, contents = myContent}Thanks Klaus

When I open a 16-bit ProPhoto RGB image in Photoshop and add a Clarity and dehaze adjustment layer the Dehaze function wildly over processes the image in comparison to what Dehaze would do in Camera Raw (as a Filter) or what it would do back in Lightroom with the same image. Converting the image to 8-bit in Photoshop and then adjusting Dehaze gives the behavior I would expect. ** Science bitOS: macOS 15.7.3 (24G419)Mac: Apple M1 Max based Mac Studio (2022)Photoshop: 27.3 and 27.3.1Lightroom Classic : 15.1.1   ** ScreenshotsHere is the image in Photoshop prior to any edits (just LRC processing and then Edit In Phoshop…) I now add a new Clarity and Dehaze adjustment layer with default settings (everything is fine) Next I set the Dehaze to +3 (a subtle amount when applied in LRC or ACR) and the image has been significantly over-processed If I remove that adjustment layer and make the same +3 Dehaze move using Filter -> Camera Raw Filter, I see what I would expect  Thanks. Darren.

Need help showing the full layer… Thank you all!!

Good morningIts not a functional problem but an aesthetic one.A big one.I must have done something because since yesterday, all the pdfs in my computer appear with a yellow (instead of white) background. They print fine, when I send them to others they open them and look fine....however in my PC the pdfs have a yellow backgroundWhat can I do?

I updated to the latest Photoshop 2025 and Camera Raw.  I was following a tutorial on new features with Camera Raw, but when I clicked 'detail', there was no option for Denoise (all the options to change each are there).  In the tutorial instructions said after clicking 'detail' there should be an option for Denoise to click (auto denoise) was not there.

I keep getting charged for a subscription that I have to cancel through the app store. When I go to my app store subscriptions, all of my adobe subscriptions are canceled. But when I go to delete my account, it is saying I have to do it through the app store and cancel my subscription. My subscription has been canceled already and I am still getting charged! I don't know what to do and I just want to stop getting charged and cancel my account.

Hello everyoneThere's a thumbnail style that I want to replicate. It has a dotted pattern on the top left. Is there an easy way to achieve this effect? Please helpThank you

I know that I have done this in the past but I can’t remember how I did it. The AI answer says to right click the image and select ‘set as folder thumbnail’ but that option does not exist in Bridge 16.0.1.18.

Hello Stock Contributors community, I am a new contributor and all my first 5 AI-generated fantasy hybrid illustrations were rejected for "Quality Issues" (likely excessive filtering/artifacts/noise). Here are screenshots of the rejected images:Can someone please review them and help me understand:- What specific problems do you see (noise in dark areas, over-smoothing, unnatural sharpness, artifacts on fur/scales/wings, etc.)?- Is it from AI generation or post-processing/upscaling?- How to fix it (prompt changes, reduce filtering, add grain, other tips)? Thank you so much for any feedback, critique or advice! Best regards,ShadowTales AI

I am running Photoshop Elements 11. Recently upgraded to Windows 11. I am sure I could see a preview thumbnail of video clips in Organiser before. Now all I can see is a blank image with a file designation, mov, mp4 etc. Have I ‘lost’ a codec?

How can I search for results in "Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)". Every time I use the search bar at the top of the "Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)" page all I get is LR Classic answers. Even the AI responses provide answers that only apply to LR Classic.

Is there a way to edit the text once a template has been created?  I am able to edit the fields, but don't see any way to edit the actual text on the document.

Hello!I have a Surface Book 2 with the latest Windows update 11. My Adobe Acrobat has been acting wack (basically not allowing me to use any of its features). I looked at the Creative Cloud apps management page to see if AA didn't update automatically for some reason, but it said the app was up to date. However, I checked through the app itself and found a hidden update to be made. I tried to update it but a box popped up saying "This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package. Error 1635." I tried uninstalling the app through creative cloud and through my computer settings, but the same message pops up every time. I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue or just the app itself, because I have absolutely no issue updating or uninstalling other apps. Any help is appreciated! I'm losing my mind.

How do I install a version of AE 24.x now? Creative Cloud only has versions 25.x and later. Where do I go to download an earlier version? Thank you.
