Solved

Hello There, I have hundreds of video, that I need to edit (the same modifictations on each videos)Here are the modifications :Change the resolution, from 16:9 to 9:16 (with black spaces under and above) Add a picture at the beginning and at the end of the video Add a transition between the pictures and the video export the videos, with the same title and same format than the original (Different resolution, but still MP4, 1080P, and in another place)I did almost 60 videos tonight with adobe express, but it took me hours, and it’s Kinda boring, and repetitive. So I wondered if there is a way, using premiere, or anything else from adobe suit, to automate this workflow, because it’s alwas exactly the same modifications.  Obviously, In the future, we will record our videos in both format, 16:9 and 9:16, but at this point, we never thought to do it. Thanks to all who will take the time to read this !

I apparently have two Adobe accounts. Today, I upgraded Photoshop Elements but I was in the wrong email address. I didn't select Free Trial. Is there a way to cancel the purchase or switch it to the other account?

I'm wondering why I'm having a difficult time finding the "Premiere Beta" App inside "Adobe Creative Cloud", is it  because Adobe labeled it "Premiere". Not "Premiere Beta". It seems there is no longer a separate "Premiere Beta" App for Desktop use, only "Premiere Beta" for mobile. Also, the icon for "Premiere Beta" no longer has the distinctive white background as it did a year ago when it was available for Desktop. Instead, the "Premiere Beta" app now looks identical to the "Premiere Pro" icon with the lavender-colored "Pr" and dark blue background.Am I missing something?

My AI just updated to 2024, the plug-in for Cutting Master 4 did not transfer over from the AI 2023 version. I really like CM4 more than CM5. CM5 is still new and a little buggy. I have tryed uninstalling CM4 and reinstalling it with AI shut down. It still didnt add the plug-in. So I went to Graphtec's website and looked at the system requirements for both CM4 and CM5, nither one say they support AI 2024.I would really like to use CM4, but if I HAVE TO upgrade to CM5 I will. Does anyone know what i can do here? I NEED this plugin to work!

Hi everyone,I'm hoping some experienced Adobe Stock contributors can help me understand what I'm doing wrong.I've recently started building an AI-generated image portfolio for Adobe Stock, and I'm experiencing a very high rejection rate.Around 90% of my submitted images have been rejected for “Quality Issues.”I've attached several examples of the rejected images below. I'd really appreciate it if experienced contributors could take a look and give me some honest feedback. What specific quality problems do you see in these images? Are there any recurring issues across the examples? Is there anything I should be checking or improving before submitting future images?I'm not looking to appeal the rejections. I'm trying to understand the quality standards better and identify what I'm missing so I can improve my workflow.I'm particularly interested in feedback from contributors who have experience with Adobe Stock and AI-generated content. For comparison, I’ve also included two images at the end

The redesigned interface is difficult to navigate. Features and tools that were previously easy to find are now buried, requiring users to search for basic functions. The new layout adds unnecessary steps to common tasks and reduces overall productivity. I would strongly recommend restoring more intuitive access to frequently used tools or providing a way to customize the toolbar.

This is what I pay for monthly. I need to get a new computer. If I download my creative suite onto my new computer will all of my info and photos still be in my Lightroom?

Hello Adobe Stock Community,I am hoping that someone who has experienced a similar situation, or an Adobe Community Manager, can help me get my account reviewed by Contributor Relations. My Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated since February 13, 2026, for what Adobe described only as “suspicious activity.”I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for approximately 8 years, with more than 1,000 videos in my portfolio. Before this, I had never had my Contributor account suspended or deactivated.I contacted Adobe immediately. Contributor Relations opened Case #00476297. After receiving no substantive response, I followed up on February 27 and March 5.On March 12, I submitted another formal complaint, resulting in Case #00482651, and followed up again on March 23.It has now been more than 7 months. My account remains deactivated, and I have never received a specific explanation of what the alleged “suspicious activity” was, what transaction or activity caused the account to be

I see this question as far back as 7 years, but even then the question did not get answered correctly. I have all the programs. I am told I have 4000 credits that re-generate monthly. But, there must be a quick link somewhere that shows how many I have left for each month, right?Other than these directions (below) (which incidentally no longer work)… ------------------------------Checking how many generative credits you have leftTo check how many generative credits you have left, use your Adobe account or the in-app credit view.In your Adobe account:Go to your Adobe account page. Select Account in the upper-right corner. Select your profile icon to view your generative credit count, including the number left in the current billing cycle and the number included in your plan.In the app:Open the product’s home screen and select your profile icon. Look for the credit counter.Note: Generative credits do not roll over; your balance resets each month on your plan’s monthly reset date. If you

Hello everyone! I've recently realized I had issues with my video exports' colors being washed out and found this QT Gamma Compensation LUT trick online. These are the assets I downloaded for those LUTs. It fixed my issue with my project at the time but now, I'm working on a different project and as I import pictures or videos, all of them look oversaturated. I know there was also an Undo LUT for it but it doesn't seem to work (or I'm probably just not using it right). I tried downloading the newest version (and deleting the old one) of Premiere Pro as well as resetting some of my preferences but the issue persists. I also unchecked the "Display Color Management" & "Extended Dynamic Range Monitoring" options under Preferences which fixes the color while I'm editing or during playback but it still exports oversaturated. I'm spent trying to figure out what's wronff & I'm struggling to finish my work so any and all help is very much appreciated! P.S. I've attached s

I’ve been wanting to reactivate LR Classic on my account after several months, but I can’t find LR Classic on my current account.  It’s been there for years, what’s up?

The firefly generator is incapable of creating what I need. I have generated the same image 3 times with the exact same style reference and prompt, yet the result gets further and further away from my original request. This is not an issue that only I am facing, but my colleagues face it too. Adobe Firefly is becoming one of the less successful image generators, which I don’t understand as when I used it two + years ago it was better than this in terms of listening to your requests.

Why can't I just buy credits? It keeps directing me to subscribe or upgrade and I already have a subscription. Before I was able to purchase additional credits. Please help.

When I try to use mask tool it simpy doesn’t work. I click on the clip I want to mask, select elipse mask tool, but then when I go to draw it on the clip it just drags the clip around. So I try the other way, I select mask tool then click on the clip I want to mask, then when I go to draw the mask it just drags the clip around. This is unusable. Please revert to the old tool or make the new one functional but I simply cannot complete my work this way!

I've followed all the suggestions made by the virtual assistant and other AI, but my InDesign still freezes whenever I place an image. Any image, large or small, png or jpeg. I have reset all preferences and checked RAM and CPU - all good.

Refund process time

Hello I’m experiencing an issue with my Adobe account. I had an active subscription, but due to a payment issue with my card, it was canceled. Later, I tried to make the payment with a new card, but it seems this resulted in two separate subscriptions being active at the same time.Currently, I am being charged twice every month, even though I am only using one subscription. This was a mistake, and I would like to request the following:1. Please cancel the duplicate subscription.2. If possible, I would like a refund for the extra charges.Additionally, I am a student, and this situation is financially challenging for me. I would really appreciate your understanding and support with this issue. I'd really appreciate your assistance with this issue. Thank you for your support.

I’ve been fighting to get my payments to go through for many months now.  I received no notices until one day my account just stopped working.  I went back and forth updating biling options, etc. Getting it to work for a while, but only one partial payment went through back in Jul.  Finally today I got noticed my plan was discontinued but could renew for 2x $.  I do believe I’ll be dumping adobe as soon as I decide where to go.  It looks like On1 does import lightroom catalogs and edit settings, but I haven’t seen how well it works yet.

Hello!I am requesting to cancel my subscription to Adobe Firefly. I have not used this product in the last month.I am unable to cancel the subscription myself because the system requires me to update my payment details before managing the plan, but I can’t perform either action. Please cancel my subscription and confirm the cancellation in writing. If any payment is charged, I kindly ask for a refund as the service has not been used.Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your reply.
