Solved

I have been unable to import any photos to lightroom classic and would like to know if anyone has resolved a similar problem?  I can get all the way through the import box, click 'import' and then it looks like my files are importing but the screen just displays 'importing...' for hours without actually bringing any photos into lightroom classic. I have both my MacBook Pro and Lightroom Classic updated to the latest software and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom. All of my permissions for lightroom classic are set to full drive access for my machine and hard drives. I'm a bit lost as to what to do next and have followed all the troubleshooting advice and conversed with pros currently working in lightroom classic without any progress. I would really appriciate any help resolving this issue.  The software is succesfully importing large JPEG files without any issues but gets stuck importing RAW files.

I have the following in a document-level javascript://Refresh JSON file attachment function reload_equipment_list(attachment_name, full_path) { if (this.dataObjects != null) { //Delete the existing equipment list this.removeDataObject(attachment_name); } //Import the new equipment list this.importDataObject(attachment_name, full_path); //automatic form //this.importDataObject(attachment_name); //manual form } On Windows, this line (which I'm calling the automatic form) fails:this.importDataObject(attachment_name, full_path);I don't get an error message in the console or anything, the function just refuses to import the file. If I use this form, (which I'm calling the manual form):this.importDataObject(attachment_name);It allows me to choose the file I want. Once I run this form at least once, the automatic form will suddenly start to work. It's almost like the function doesn't have permission to access the file directo

I was fooling around with layers a few days ago and now every time I open an image there's a layer of that image loaded.  How do I stop that?  Thanks

Photoshop crashes every time I try to open a file. It is the first time this has happen in over 20 years of using the software. It appeared to align with when I installed Windows 11. I have tried reinstalling Windows and reinstalling Photoshop, and the issue persists. So I can effectively not use Photoshop right now, and have not been able to for several days. I need Photoshop for my work, and if this cannot be addressed, I will have to cancel my subscription and look for alternatives to Adobe, of which there are now many. Please assist.

Hello,I would like to report a recurring bug with the image generation feature in Affinity.Every time I attempt to generate an image, the process fails and only error messages appear on the screen. No image is ever generated or delivered. Despite this, my credits are still consumed on every attempt. This has happened consistently, not just once, and I have not been able to successfully generate a single image. As a result, I am losing credits without receiving the service promised. Please investigate this issue and let me know:Why images are not being generatedWhy credits are deducted even when generation failsWhether my lost credits can be restoredThank you for your attention. I look forward to a resolution.

I have Lightroom Classic running on a Windows 10 PC. Whenever I would close Lightroom, I would back up the catalog.  Yesterday I got an error doing this and closed the software.  When this has happened in the past, I was able to open a catalog I had backed up a few days earlier.  I can no longer do this.   When I try to open any catalog, I get a response that it needs to be repaired.  The repair process never stops (literally for hours), and I am forced to shut down the app.  I have tried all remedies that I can find online; I have no unusual file extensions that can be deleted,  and I have suffiecient disk space and all necessary permissions.  My primary backup location is my C: drive. but I cannot open any catalogs saved on other drives. My LRC is now unusable.  Can anyone help?  Paul Lebras

I want a total breakdown of all images generated via Firefly in the past month. I want them itemised against the credits that have been utilised from my account. I have been overcharged and I want a complete breakdown.

I had a few videos that I had edit and they gave me the same video but took my credit, multiple times.

Hi everyoneI want a version that runs smoothly on my laptop hp g7 255 notebook pc, without lag, freezing, errors, or crashes. My laptop specifications:- OS: Windows 10 22H2- CPU: Ryzen 5 3500u- RAM: 12gb- GPU: Vega 8- Storage: SSD m.2I’m not necessarily looking for the latest version — stability and smooth performance are more important to me.Based on my system, which Photoshop version do you recommend? My system is not very powerful, so I’m open to using an older stable version if that works better.I plan to use Photoshop for creating thumbnails, text overlays, and graphic elements for YouTube Shorts.

Good Afternoon, I cancelled my trial subcription immediately after signed up, and I am still getting billed. Please help me resolve this issue!

I sign up for the trial and canceled my membership few days before expired. Now Adobe tries to charge me for my memebrship. Why is that?

I slow down the original 50fps video by half and set it to 50% in a 25fps project, and everything slows down smoothly and beautifully. But when I slow down the original 59.94fps video by half and set it to 50% in a 25fps or 29.97fps project, I see a slight strobing in the video. Optical flow is used in all versions. Why is there strobing?

Hello Support Team, I am experiencing an issue while generating a video in Adobe Firefly using the Brand Partner VEO 3.1 model. Although my account shows that I have unlimited access to Adobe Firefly and 2000 credits for Brand Partner features, the video generation consistently displays a “Something went wrong” error screen. When I open the credits page, it incorrectly shows 20001/2000 credits used, which appears to be a bug. I have not used anywhere near that amount, and I am still within the free trial period. Please look into this issue and let me know if there is anything I should be aware of regarding credit usage, limitations, or account settings. Thank you

When I tried to install a Script this message popup, how to fix this?

Hello,I am posting here as a last resort because I am stuck in an endless "5-7 business day" loop with standard support. Case Number: ADB-42811846-M5N5 The Issue: Over a month ago, I purchased a 1-year Lightroom prepaid code from Newegg. When I redeemed it, the system created a parallel subscription instead of extending my existing plan. I contacted support, and the agent canceled the "new" parallel plan and promised that a replacement redemption code would be emailed to me so I could correctly apply the 12 months to my account. The Problem: It has been over 30 days. I have followed up via phone and chat multiple times. Every single time, I am told the case is "escalated" and that I must "wait 5-7 business days." I have now waited through four of these cycles with zero resolution and no email. I am a teacher and a dedicated photographer (shooting on a Sony A7RIII); I rely on this software for my workflow. It is incredibly frustrating to have paid for a year of servi

I have used this mp4 video file 1000000 times in other projects of the same format, but this time I can't add it. I have already tried converting it to different codecs, but nothing helped. I often encounter this problem when using other videos. I can't understand what the problem is? Only the audio is added. What is the limitation? The most interesting thing is that this video file was created in Premiere, in the same version of the editor.

Hi!I can't use NanoBanana Pro either in Photoshop or in Firefly, even though I have a Premium subscription. What is the reason for this?

I need to install a group of hotfixes very soon to CF2023 on Windows. CF is just installed as a standalone - not multiple instances. I prefer to do it using the GUI in the CF Admin. I really want to do everything possible to avoid issues, and the following questions are to that end. If anyone has some fast, high-level answers, I would appreciate hearing them.  It is recommended in various places to back up the whole ColdFusion2023 folder before Hotfix install. Simple enough, but how/when to restore CF from that backup is not clear. How likely is it that after a significant error, replacing the whole ColdFusion2023 with the backed-up version will get things working again? It is recommended that CF be restarted before running the hotfix from the GUI, to both verify that the user has permissions to restart the services and to free up any resources held by the OS. Does this mean that ALL cf-related services including ODBC Agent, ODBC Server, .NET Service, Add-On Services sho

Hi.After the update to PS 27.2.0 it is impossible to save whatever I am doing. It just shuts down immediately. I have updated my graphic card driver, removed any "extras" from usb ports etc, uninstalled and re-installed PS and have a Windows version which is newer then 1903. I have also checked the Enable Legacy in the Preferences.I've tried the ctr+alt+shift when starting PS, but just the same. When doing alt+ctrl+shift+e this happens:And the masks, which was white, turns black.Previous to this, when I used masks, and trying to save, I got all my masks and layers to be messed up. Enclosed is a print screen of layers which make no sense at allThis has made me a major setback on my concert photography as I get absolutely nowhere at the moment.I would appreciate any feedback on this one. Have a good one.

Dear Community, I purchased a Adobe Creative Cloud annual plan. After one year I cancelled the subscritpion some days ago. Now I wanted to use my remaining credits (approx. 4000). But it seems they are all deleted? As I paid for these credits I wonder if the deletion of credits is correct? Thank you!

Images created in photoshop (26) on an imac with a hardware calibrated monitor/display (x-rite & calibrite), & with sRGB color space embedded, appear darker when viewed in a browser (safari or chrome). Why? I prepare the images and either upload them, or first create a pdf in photoshop. When I view the images via a url on Safari or Chrome the images consistently appear darker.  Does it mean my display luminance/brightness is set too high during calibration . Or that browsers are not reading the sRGB embedded color setting correctly . I f the file isn't already in sRGB I convert it to. should i be soft proofing these images. If so, with what profile - the monitor? What is happening ? More importantly, what can I do do to correct this? Any insight appreciated.
