Solved

I am using LR6 on a win10 PC.  Yesterday I started to have this problem of LR constantly having 2 images selected in library grid view.  If I switch to diffent folder the first 2 images get selected. No matter what I do there are always 2 files selected.  I have tried rebooting, restarting LR, all the ways of deselecting etc.  I just can't get it to select a single file.  Is LR stuck in a mode I am not aware of or what?

Since today LR selects sometimes 2 photo's (not in compare mode).1 photo with a white and  1 with a black mark in the upper right corner.Due to this problem it's no longer possible to choose new photo's with the cursor keys. It's only switching between the 2 selected photo's.

I'm not sure if this qualifies as a bug, but I just noticed that if I take a picture using Highlight-weighted metering, the metadata-field in Lightroom Classic is empty. If I take pictures using one of the other metering modes (Matrix metering, Center-weighted metering or Spot metering) the metadata is displayed correcty.I am using a Nikon Z6III, Firmware 2.00 an Lightroom Classic 15.0, Camera Raw 18.0

I'm watching K Webster's Fresco videos and trying to download some of the new brushes. The screen appears, the add toggel appears, I click it, but nothing happens. The brushes aren't in my Fresco library and aren't in the cloud library, don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have the complete Adobe Suite so I wouldn't thimk permission are the problem. Thanks!-k

I have LrC 14.5.1. I've been trying to update Lightroom Classic to 15 and Photoshop to version 27 and they won't update. It says "Update Failed". Lightroom updated though. And so did Bridge. But Photoshop and Lightroom Classic did not. I've tried updating from the program itself and from the Creative Cloud program from my desktop. Both programs work fine. My internet connection hasn't changed, Like I said, LIghtroom updated just fine. I'm logged in to both programs. I apologize if this question has already been answered, but I can't find the answer.

Hello, I am trying to use Adobe Scan on my android phone to import a folder of photos of a document I took. However, when I select the images from the folder and import, they show up in a totally random order in Adobe Scan. Is there away to import images and keep the order, without adding one image at a time? Thanks!

I've recently started shooting video in Nikon's N-RAW format, which also creates an MP4 file as a preview.  I've been experimenting with using LRC as my asset management even for video since I'm heavily invested in it for managing my stills, and I'm often shooting both stills and video so keeping them together in the same collection is helpful.  Since LRC doesn't really understand NEV files, my plan was to manage the MP4 files in LRC and use some shell scripts to move things where their corresponding MP4 files ended up.  However I accidentally discovered that Lightroom was marking my NEV files as sidecar files, so if I moved the MP4 file, it moved the NEV file with it.  This was awesome and just what I wanted, and made my life easier.  Then all of a sudden it stopped working.  I didn't update LRC (that I can remember) nor did I change my workflow (that I can think of).   Now it seems to just never work, and googling seems to indicate it

Hi,I am trying to implement a sort of "loupe" tool as part of an AE plugin. It's actually a tool that helps position a 2d point/pin in the comp. So far, when I move a 2d point i am able to draw the portion of the comp around that point in the ECW (via an ARB param). The only issue, I must release the mouse button to see an update of my ARB viewr in the ECW. Is there a way to continuously update the ECW drawing (or at least that ARB param) while draging a 2d point ? thx.

My submitted images have still not been approved after 8 months, which is clearly beyond the normal timeframe. They are also occupying the review queue, preventing me from submitting updated work. This situation became serious 2 months ago. How can I resolve this excessively long review period? I submitted two questions, both of which were quickly closed, indicating they were resolved, but in reality, they haven't.

I need them back quickly for a project which can only be done a new PC, the GPU on the last PC it was on broke.Support page said that as long as both accounts use the same email, I can retrieve the license key. I want to use those specific versions (2020 versions) so a trial is no option for me due to no backwards compatibility.I found an official download of that version but is only asks for Substance account and licence file.I have the licence keys already via the original emails.

Hello,I send you a JPG file where you can see that the text is blurred. What is the best solution in order to remove this blurred text ?

Is it possible in InDesign to change the color of the handles/frame of an object or image. I've looked through Preferences but can't find a way to do it. Currently, object and image handles are a high yellow, but i find it difficult to see/find the handles when i'm manually resizing.

What's going on? I have two images "In Review" for over 8 months. I looked and others seem to be having this issue as well. Has Adobe just given up?

I am using the matthias theme in adobe portfolio and was wondering if there's a way to get rid of the blank space between photos. For example if I have a portrait photo next to a landscape photo theres a lot of extra space where the landscape photo is and i'd love to fit photos underneath it but I don't know how. I would like to limit 2 photos per row and have them each aligned 50% so its equal and formal. Im gaining inspiration from photographer Joe Greer's website, so I attached a photo from his website of what I am trying to do. I hope this made sense, thanks!

Anyone know of a font similar to Friz Quadrata? It's annoying that the Adobe apps don't recognize this font that I've used for ages.

Is there a way to make “long text variables” wrap automatically?Sometimes I encounter very long chapter titles, and when using variable headers, they don't wrap automatically. Is there a good solution for this?Currently, all the text is crammed into a single line.

I hesitated to report this because I thought we'd see an update out shortly after Tahoe and i'd wait and see if that addressed it. I've gone through a few MacOS updates and this hasn't changed anything. Yes, i understand a beta version of MacOS isn't supported but still wanted to throw this out there for awareness. MacOS Tahoe (26.1 beta) with Lightroom Classic 14.5.1. Problem is the app window seems to somehow end up moving itself to be positioned under the top Apple menubar. I can go to Window->Fill and it'll move it back into place. But it doesn't stay here, it'll eventually move back up where I can't see the top of the Lightroom window. If the window is not already maximized, i'm unable to double click the top of the window to maximize it. In fact, I can't drag the window in or out at all to resize it either. Lastly, the window somehow randomly moves to my second screen at times.

Hello,I am looking to write a script to rearrange my object styles (with much subgroups) according to a personal order.Just a short example:MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_HORIZONTAL MY_SECOND_STYLE_HORIZONTAL MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_VERTICAL MY_SECOND_STYLE_VERTICALIn this specific case, I saw that it required :- renaming with a number 002_MY_SECOND_STYLE_HORIZONTAL 001_MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_HORIZONTAL 004_MY_SECOND_STYLE_VERTICAL 003_MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_VERTICAL- then sorting by name001_MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_HORIZONTAL 002_MY_SECOND_STYLE_HORIZONTAL 003_MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_VERTICAL 004_MY_SECOND_STYLE_VERTICAL- and then removing the number.MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_HORIZONTAL MY_SECOND_STYLE_HORIZONTAL MY_PRINCIPAL_STYLE_VERTICAL MY_SECOND_STYLE_VERTICALWith ChatGpt and Mate, I make three scripts for the moment.  I'm stuck on part 2 taken from this post. Has anyone had any issues linking an Easily domain to Portfolio? I've set up the DNS entries for both the domain and www subdomain, however the "add custom URL" page is still saying this - "Oops! Looks like your domain settings have not yet been configured correctly for the www subdomain. Instructions here. (Check your DNS status here)" I've removed all the old hosting and A entries on Dreamhost and have it set to DNS hosting only, their nameservers are set up and the Adobe custom DNS entries are in there. My URL is just redirecting to this page - https://portfolio.adobe.com/missing Anyone able to help?

I'm editing using the most recent version of Premiere on the most recent version of OSX. I'm working with two other editors who have the same versions of Premiere and OSX as me. We have been importing sequences/project files back and forth for several months, and we didn't realize that this was causing the master clips from each sequence to create duplicates of themselves upon each import from one project file on one editor's computer to another. When we realized it was happening, it caused an organizational nightmare, and we didn't know how to fix it. After reading through this guide: Reuse clips and work across multiple projects | Adobe Premiere Pro CC tutorials I think we've figured out how to prevent dupes going forward. HOWEVER, we have a huge number of duplicate clips that we can't get rid of now. If we delete one dupe master clip, it deletes itself on whatever timeline it's been used with. We will lose our work if we delete any of our master clips. My question is: is there a way
