Solved

I am on version 25.0 public release and generative features will now work and have the same error.

I recorded various videos to develop after in rush as I used to do ever since. But now from an iPhone 16 with pretty much factory settings still. Nothing too crazy or pushing the camera or format abilities.. And kept getting an Uncompatible format message over and over again. I went online and found many of this problems are related to the format or how is recorded. Therefore I procedure to record a video in every single way and format that this device allows me to. However none were compatible with the app at the end.Digging further online I found some posts bringing up solutions, suggesting to convert your files before importing and so. But personally I think the subscription we pay is high enough to have to go through such trouble before being even able to edit/postproduce our footage..hopefully a solution is soon to come.

I have been having this problem for over a week already: my Photoshop has suddenly stopped opening! It starts to initialize, but it does not finish this process and shuts off immediately. I have found some solutions that have worked sometimes, but it does not last. I have sought professional help (I checked my graphics card, my 3D configurations, my antivirus, I have installed another version of the app, none of my other colleagues, who have the same Adobe plan, don't have any problems). I have even formatted my computer, and it was all worthless. My other apps from Adobe work just fine; the problem is in the Photoshop app. No error has been found in my computer... I don't know what to do anymore!  My computer is an Acer Nitro 5

Hello I recently purchased some products from Asus that offer an adobe suite redemption code. The code worked fine and in my adobe homepage I can see I have the 3 month plan but I cannot download the programs I need from the suite. I  can only download a trial or use online version.  Can someone who has encountered the same problem explain what to do?Should I register my credit card?

Have somebody seen this kind of problem. One of magazines spread turned suddenly to grey and I can't apply master page attributes what i can do to fix this?

I had to change my computer because my disk died and i installed the adobe Xi pro on my new computer but it is asking me to deactivate the old computer. i am not able to do it beacuse the disk burned. I also don't see any registered deviced on my account. Can you please help?

Let's say I have a clip already on the timeline, and I already have it transcribes, but have not created captions for the clips. Right now, I am just searching for keywords in the transcript and cutting out key points from each clip of interviews. Let's say I open a clip in the Source preview and I want to mark an IN/OUT based on reviewing the text in the Transcript. I click a word I want to set my IN point on and read down until I find the word I want to mark my OUT point on. When I click a word, both my IN/OUT markers get removed, which I feel is fairly inconvenient if I am segmenting clips by going off of the transcript. This feels a bit counterintuitive to me, as if I'm trying to segment clips quickly, this would be a fast way to go about doing so.Let me know if you need more detail from me or if you cannot reproduce. This also inspired a feature request, which I will link.

version mac PPRO 25.5.0 build 13   I'm building some scripts that want to add or remove tracks from the timeline to add or clean up extra files. However, I can't seem to find any CEP PPRO equivalents for "add/remove tracks," only clip-specific interfaces. So, is there a function or method to add or remove tracks?   Thanks!

I am trying to cancel my creative cloud membership but I don't have the option to do so under 'manage plan'Can somebody please contact me or help me by simply cancelling my current plan?I feel as though this forum isn't the best place for this query but it was the only contact option allowed. Thanks,

1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Filetype not supported. I get this error everytime I try to Upload jpg, png, and webp through this website (psd,ai work):https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents But if I go to this part of the website it works with any file:https://assets.adobe.com/files I'm curious what the difference is between the two. I can go to another computer login and access both links and download files. Using this service primarly as a backup tool or switching from my personal to my work station. I just don't want to upload all my files and something change in the future or lose my data.

I want to edit the word ON to match the smaller size AND shows. Then, I would also like another saved file that shows the tagline in gold color (#C5A100) instead of red, when the metallic golf has a subtle vertical highlight to it. Please help!

How do I delete a plan with an expired credit card if I subscribed to a new plan with different payment details?

First of all, I've attempted to make several videos, and I have not been able to use even a single one of them. In my last few attempts to create an image, I noticed that whenever I said "Do not add additional objects or backgrounds to the image" it would do the exact opposite. It is as though it read "Do add." After trying several times, I decided to give up and start with a new image. I noticed that the window in which I put the starting image and prompt still showed my previous attempts, and I do not see any way to delete them. So when I uploaded  my new image, and added a prompt, it acted as though I were working on the same project, adding the wrong instructions from before to the current image. How do I reset the window so I am starting fresh, and it has forgotten the previous projects?

Wouldn't it be great if you could print to a file from the print module? I like to set up print pages so that my image is optically centered on a specific page size. I don't have a printer, but if I could print to a file like a JPEG or tiff, I could then send that file to a printing company.

Hello everyone,I have a Photoshop CC 2015. Currently I am using the Logitech's MX Master, with a wheel specifically for horizontal scrolling. But this does not seem to work in the Windows Version of Photoshop. I have tested the exact same function(horizontal scroll) on the Photoshop of my mac, and it worked out absolutely fine - just like vertical scrolling. For the windows though, when I try to scroll horizontally,at first it immediately scroll all the way to the far left of the horizontal bar. After that, the horizontal scroll will have no effect and simply stuck at the very end.Of course, I can use my mouse to control the horizontal bar, but it will be much more convenient if Photoshop can support a wheel specifically for horizontal scrolling. So in a nutshell what I am looking for is a way to use my horizontal scrolling wheel in Photoshop. Thanks again.

Over the last several versions, Premiere is randomly adding audio pops/clicks in audio. I've confirmed it isn't in the source media.I will play through an edit I've made and randomly there will be an audio pop/click that wasn't there before. If I restart Premiere, it goes away, but it happens constantly, so I started to right click the audio clip when it happens, send it to Auditon, close auditon, then undo, so that it's back to normal. Then the audio pop won't be there anymore. So it's definitely a bug with Premiere Pro and how it's processing/rendering the audio files.   This was not a problem last year with the same audio format coming from the same program. My system is fast and transcoding is a waste of time; this bug shouldn't exist.   Happens in Premiere Pro v23.5 and 23.6 (This wasn't happening in the previous years versions)   My setup:Mac Studio M1 Ultra OS 12.6.8 Audio is from h.264 .mp4 files recorded from an OBS screen capture.   For some reason it's no

Hi, I am working on a document and whenever I create a new rectangle or ellipse the object shows as transparent even though the opacity is set to 100%. There are no transparencies applied under the FX section either - I cannot seem to find a solution to this issue!

I want to get the width of the parent(textFrame) of the current table. If the text box has only one column, the width is the entire text box width. If the text box has multiple columns, I want to get the width of one column. Suppose I have now selected the table and want to obtain myWidth.

Hello Everyone, I was hoping to get some assistance. Right now I'm in the process of editing some company logos and I need to export them as PNG's with different backgrounds.I make my edits with the logo and make sure that there is no background by showing the transparency grid:As shown above there is no background behind the logo, so when I go to export the AI file, I select export as -> then select PNG from the file list -> I don't select anything from the artboards option:Then I get the preview in Adobe Illustrator for my export, I select transparent from the drop down and it shows in the preview that it will show up transparent:But when I go to the file, no matter what I open it with, it has a white background only. This also happens when I select black background. Any help would be hugely appreciated because this is very frustrating.

Obrigado!

Hey everyone,I just installed the latest Photoshop update today — it’s literally the only new change on my system — and I’ve already had two full-on computer crashes within a few hours. &#x1f605The strange part? The new AI tools feel noticeably smoother and faster, which makes it even harder to tell what’s causing the issue.Has anyone else experienced sudden system crashes or instability after updating? Could it be related to the new AI enhancements or something else entirely?Would love to hear if others are seeing the same thing or if it’s just me!

Hello... I'm sorry, why was my account suddenly suspended? What's the reason? I don't feel like I did anything wrong. Please respond and advise me.

Hallo, seit gestern kann die Schrift Rockwell Std Bold Condensed nicht mehr installiert werden. In InDesign wird kein Fehler angezeigt – beim PDF-Schreiben erscheinen teilweise nur Kästchen.

Subject: URGENT: Lightroom Extremely Slow on New M3 Mac (macOS Sequoia 15.5) – Unusable for Workflow. Lightroom is performing extremely slow on new Apple M3 (macOS Sequoia 15.5). Images take far too long to load in Develop view, causing major disruptions to the workflow. This is a critical issue that makes the software nearly unusable. This is a machine with plenty of available storage and no performance issues elsewhere. Apple Support confirmed there's nothing wrong on their end. Three Adobe technicians have already accessed the system remotely and still haven’t resolved the issue. This level of performance and support is unacceptable, very disappointing from Adobe. A real solution is immediately needed. Please escalate this and respond ASAP.
