Solved

I have a product catalogue that has hyperlinks applied to each product name so the respective webpage for the product will load if the product name is clicked when viewing the exported pdf. Unfortunately the url's have a strange hidden character that isn't always visible - I have found "^p" sometimes when i copy and paste the url back and forth from notepad - so this may be the character I am looking for. But in acrobat pro when I go in the edit url menu there is a visible space that appears after the product number in the URL.Does anyone know a script that I can run in either indesign or acrobat to search for the character in every single hyperlink in the document to remove the character, The document has several thousand hyperlinks so it's a very tedious job to do one by one.

This has been a known issue for at least three years.I swear you guys seem to change the things that no one cares about (rearanging the tools pallets for the umpteenth time)  but you won't fix any actual bugs?If I didn't need your products for work I would happily drop them.  Fix your bugs.

This is something Ive always wondered about but never actually looked into it till I had to put together a 400 page booklet that my client kept rearranging the pages on me which became a nightmare. So I have a PDF booklet in single 8.5x11 pages + .125" bleeds and crop marks.  I drop the pages into a facing pages InDesign booklet 8.5x11 layout with .125" bleeds so they fit perfectly into the bleed margins.  Generally when doing this, I crop down the inside spine bleed so it doesnt overlay on top of the page next to it.  If you rearrange pages, it throws everything out of wack and you have to go back and fix a ton of bleeds on most other pages.  Is there any way to have InDesign to just know not to bleed one page over to the page next to it if it overlaps the inside spine? I figure that if there is a way to have a facing pages layout but have the spreads spaced apart about a half inch instead of the left and right pages being directly butted up againt each o

Hi there, I just opened Lightroom. There was some sort of update, and now the images in my book module are showing, but when I press develop mode it says the photo cannot be found. None of these photos can be found. They were all on my external hard drive which is plugged in, and I can plainly see them on the hard drive separately, so I know that they're there. Can someone please assist with this? I have no idea how to fix this, but I'm pretty sure it can be fixed, right? That book took me a long time to put together I cannot start it over again. Thank you in advance to anyone with any suggestions!Sarah

Hello all! So I need this logo to be white on the inside with no background, and I'm just wondering the easiest way to go about it. I've tried googling, etc.... so please, anything would be helpful!

Hello all.  I have what appears to be recursion in my published help.  I see the help within the help (but only the TOC) I am never able to get the help topics to load. Its like one version of the same help is embedded within the other.  And the right frame which would normally load the starting topic never loads, it just spins.  I figure I set something up wrong in my project but for the life of me can't figure it ou.  I'm on Robohelp 2019.  Thanks in advance for any assist.

Hi all, I think this is probably a simple solution but I can't find an answer anywhere.I'm using indesign to size photos for our training module which has very specific dimensions and images will not dislplay correctly if they are not, for example 800x800.  I have my page set to the correct dimensions but when exporting as JPEG or PNG the final output dimensions are 1067x1067. The file size is also 3.2mb which seems large for a single image at 96dpi. As a result I've been having to open all of my exports in photoshop and resize and compress which is pretty inefficiant. Is it a settings issue? I'm on Windows 10 if that matters. Export Settings Page Size  Export size/dimensions

I've tried all the of these solutions and still the same :- Uninstall CC and Reinstall it.- Clear OOBE files.- Clear CC files.- Trying to update it.- Using the cleaner tool.PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP !!

I can see the option to adjust the input sensitivity, but the range isn't variable enough. In other drawing apps, I can adjust the sensitivity to be extremely light, and get expected results – but in Fresco, at the lightest setting, I have to really push the pencil against the screen to use many brushes. My finger seems to be better, but this isn't suitable for accuracy.  Has anyone else experienced this? Hoping that more advanced settings will become available?

An issue selecting a printer PPD in Illustrator is preventing PostScript printing. The printer is a Ricoh IM C4500 with PostScript Level 3 RIP built-in. macOS Monterey with Ricoh drivers install and print correctly except from within Illustrator (26.0.1).PPD is not selectable and Print as Bitmap is selected and deselecting does not change the setting.Choosing Adobe PostScript file activates the PPDIllustrator is not seeing the Ricoh as a PostScript printer and I haven't figured out a workaround.I know this is most likely a Ricoh/Monterey issue but I appreciate any suggestions.

I’m thrilled about the new organization in the Adobe Express UI, especially moving all templates to Projects. This is a game-changer for teamwork and file sharing—no more duplicating files because they weren’t saved where my team could access them! However, there’s a small hiccup that could use some love. The IssueWhen using the "+" button to start a new file, "Projects" isn’t listed as an option. This creates orphaned projects, which is fine for quick work on the go but becomes a nightmare later. A week from now, I’m stuck scrolling through hundreds of "Untitled" projects in the "My Stuff" folder, hoping I saved the final version as page one so the thumbnail helps me find it.Feature RequestPlease add "Projects" as an option in the left toolbar’s "+" widget. Since the Brand section now directs users to Projects (with a note saying, "Hey, your stuff is in Projects now"), including Projects in the "+" menu would streamline the process and eliminate the scavenger hunt for files.Additional

When trying to update Creative Cloud Apps it works for most of them except Audition, After Effects and Media Encoder. I get an Error Code 108 claiming "other instances of creative cloud running" which is not the case. What is the solution to this problem?(I already checked all permissions)

recently upgraded my Mac computer. new computer running Monterey OS versus High Sierra previously. Now having problems loading my Lightroom 4 product. (Lightroom 2 + Lightroom 4 upgrade pkg). System loads the Lightroom 2 disc but not the Lightroom 4 upgrade disc. Why? Is there a fix? Other options?

I've been working on a file that seems to not let me put the pen tool where I want it to. It's not a really small file so I don't understand why it's doing it. I've looked at most of the settings but can't figure it out. I need to be able to draw a landscape and van that are technically correct, but every time I try to place the pen tool where I want it, it won't place it in the spot I click.

Granted I took some time off this summer, so maybe I just forget something, but I can't find the Auto Mask function for a brush mask. I use this a significant amount and frequenty use the 'W' keyboard shortcut to toggle it on and off. But now - first day back at ACR editing since a couple months off - I can't seem to locate the Auto Mask for brush masking. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly apprecirated.I also notice that the other brush attributes like feather, flow, and density seem to be missing too. And I can't find the 'W' shortcut in the help for keyboard shourt cuts. Weird, or am I losing it? version 17.5.0.2318 ACR on Windows 11 Peter

Hi, I have a new PC, and my version of Adobe Pro is running really slow.I have been scrolling through the community site and can't find a fix that works. I am seriously considering having my company switch to another PDF software.

Hello,Is there a way that the Share for Review feature could allow us to only share select pages from a file? I work in InDesign files that typically have over 100 pages, but I only need them to be reviewed 4 pages at a time. It would be much easier for the people reviewing the file if they didn't have to wait for a large file to load, and then scroll through dozens of pages to look at the ones that need reviewing.Thank you!

Hi,I have the same issue :I get the error "failed to get proxy for the url, error:12180". I don't know what WPAD Rum is refering to. Any guidance would be appreciated. Oh, I did read the manuals on the Adobe site.

For example, though I didn't ask for plants in my scene, there were lots of flowering plants in the generated art. I edited my prompt, saying "No foliage is visible." The next batch all had flowers nonetheless. Then I enabled the prompt enhancements. The "enhanced" prompt also made this clear: " The hills in the background add depth, while the lack of foliage keeps the scene open and expansive." And, still, the next 4 generated illustrations had flowers. What am I supposed to do? It seems stuck, and the more I try to steer it, the more subbornly it persists on giving me what I asked it NOT to. This happened before when it kept inserting a microphone into an illustration of Sojourner Truth. (Ha! There were none in her time!) I told it in every way possible not to include a mic. It did it again and again.

Since the recent update or one before that I can't just "save" images I open to edit. When I work in Indesign I need to work on the images I use. I always open them from ID to PS and then edit what I need (colours, shrapness,..). I then have actions saved for "convert to CMYK" ,... and at the end "Save and exit" to preserve the link in ID. But now I can't just "save" images as I get an error saying that the infomration can't be preserved and forces me to "save as" This brakes the whole workflow with ID. Any workaround?

I used up my credits trying to get a video that was usable, a lot of the videos had either limbs missing or were just not what were needed and so were not downloaded.  Is there any way I can get more credits as I did not download the vast majority of the videos that were generated as they were not fit for purpose?

Hey All,I have seen this issue posted by a couple people but it doesn't seem like anyone has a solution.I am having a slight but very noticeable magenta shift when I playback in premiere.  While subtle, it makes it almost impossible to color correct and grade because once you think you have your color dialed in it will change as soon as you hit play and then change back when you hit pause. So far this problem is occurring with Prores, DNxHR and Cineform files that I know of. I transcoded some files to H.264 and they appear to be unaffected by this bug along with AVCHD files.  I am using the latest 2017 version of Premiere and there is no change to the issue if I switch between GPU and software video rendered. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

Motion blur is toggled on a layer as well as 3d. These layers are connected through a null & a camera layer, I even tried it with a layer without the camera and still no luck. I have it on classic 3d render and have motion blur toggled in the main bar.
