I want to remove my VAT ID. Whenever I delete it from my billing method it keeps reappearing. I do not know if I should change my plan (so that the price perhaps readjust without the VAT ID) but I also don't know why it is so difficult to find a direct way to contact with someone in the support group. I cannot find a way to chat. I am using Adobe for years and I feel so bad not finding a solution in that simple issue. I am feeling helpless. If anyone knows please help. Thank you

Years ago (pre acrobat being in cloud), the convert webpage to PDF did a great job at copying the webpage with its formatting, including showing images.  Now it is really poor and won't show photos.Microsoft Print to PDF is MUCH BETTER.Attached are two files to show the difference.Can anyone suggest how to get Acrobat Pro, convert webpage to PDF function to perform a much better, more true replication of the webpage?  Thanks.

자막 모션 연습 중인데요. 바깥에서부터 처음에는 빠르게 들어오고 서서히 속도가 줄어들게 하는 모션을 주고싶어서요. 자막에 transform 효과를 주고 position에 키프레임을 총 3개를 잡았는데요.  마지막에 원하는 위치에서 멈추는게 아니라 다시 원래 위치쪽으로 이동을 하네요.. 제가 키프레임을 따로 잡은 것도 없는데 왜 계속 이동을 하고 원래 위치로 가는건가요??

기존엔는 일러스트에서 작업한걸 피그마로 옮겼을때 바로 벡터이미지로 넘어갔었는데 이제는 이미지로 옮겨져서 깨집니다...확인좀요,..

기존에는 일러스트에서 복사해서 피그마로 붙여 넣으면 벡터로 붙여넣기가 가능했는데업데이트 이후에 비트맵으로 붙여넣기가 됩니다....

after effect를 결제했는데 결제 내역에는 다 나와있는데, 에프터이펙트 구독이 안되었다고 실행이 안됩니다. 

I'm on InDesign 20.5 mac Sequoia 15.5. I'm having difficult time with the QR Code generator. When I create this, I'm entering a URL that points to a PDF file. However, when I scan this code, it points to a different PDF file. I can't make heads or tails of this. In the right side of the footer there is a date 2025-07. If you scan the code below, it's supposed to load the same file with the same date. However, scanning this loads a different PDF with the date 2025-05. The only thing I can think of is when scanning, it's getting redirected to this other file. Any thoughts on this?   

Last week I uploaded 7 Psd files at about 300 mb each without issue. When I attempted to upload a second batch from the finder a week later, the process spun for an hour and then dissapeared without copying to the cloud. I tried doing one a time. Same thing. Just spent an hour with an Adobe tech who finally advised me to open the file in Photoshop and save from there. OK. In that case, Adobe should really fix or remove the "Upload" feature in CC file uploads. Besides that, the upload process is often just plain wonky. FYI: I've only used 12% of my storage.

'Adyen'이라는 이름으로 7, 8월 각각 자동결제가 되어서 결제 대행업체에 가맹점 알아보니어도비라고 합니다. 하지만 제 계정에는 유료 플랜이 하나도 없는 것으로 나오는데, 어떤 비용이 나가고 있는지 확인할 방법이 있을까요? 아시는분 꼭 답변 부탁드립니다... 며칠째 찾고있는데 나오지않고 유료플랜이 없는 상태로는 상담사 연결도 되지 않네요,,,답답해 미치겠습니다ㅠㅠ.. 무슨 시스템이 이런지 고객 문의도 아예 불가하네요.

안녕하세요.어도비에서 일러스트레이터와 Stock 구매해서 사용했는데  거의 사용하지 않고 있어서 취소하니까 수수료가 총 15만원 정도 나왔어요.. 사용하지도 않았고 월별 결제했는데도 수수료가 너무 많이 나와서 혹시 8월 결제 환불하고 수수료도 환불 받을 수 있을까요?

가입할때 이메일을 잘못 입력했는데 해당 이메일은 아예 존재할 수가 없는 이메일이라 인증 번호를 받을 수가 없는 상황입니다 그런데 그 계정으로 플랜 구독이 되어 있고 비밀번호를 잊어버린 상태라 로그인 할 수도 플랜 해지를 할 수도 없는 상황인데 문의를 하려고 해도 al가상 채팅 말고는 방법이 없어 글 남깁니다

昨日まで正常だったイラレのデータが本日開くとドキュメント内のフォント同士で勝手に置き換わり修復が難しい状態となっていました。 例えばA-OTF ゴシックMB101 Pr6N B が A-OTF UD新丸ゴ Pro H になっていたり、明朝がPOP書体ピクニックになっていたり、DIN 2014 Bが新ゴPro R になっていたりと、書体も太さもバラバラになっていました。 ネットなどいろいろ調べたところキャッシュを削除することで直るという記事を見て試してイラレの設定をすべて初期化してみましたがそれも効果がありません。 共通する点は、ドキュメント内のフォントで置き換わるということです。 また、他の社員もなっているようでその共通点としては文字組の更新の表示が出た過去データを扱ったことです。最新バージョンで起きているバグかなにかと推測していますが、この現象がわかる方などいますでしょうか。また、対策としてなにかありましたらお教えいただけたら嬉しいです。 ちなみにIllustrator2024で開いたりもしましたが、同じ状態のまま改善されませんでした。 使用スペック↓Illustrator29.6.1 MacBookPro2019プロセッサ　2.3 GHz 8コアIntel Core i9グラフィックスAMD Radeon Pro 5600M 8 GB　Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MBメモリ　16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 M4搭載のmacでもしましたが変わらず同じ状態でした...  長々となりましたが、なにかわかる方少しの情報でも良いのでお助けいただけたら幸いですよろしくお願いいたします

I'm not sure if I have the correct forum or not. I am writing a KDP book on How to use Premiere Rush. It is intended for beginners to intermediate users of the software application. The chapters are sequential and guide the user through the process of video editing.  For example, a chapter on creating your first project, includes detailed written instructions along with screenshots to visually guide the user through each step. The screenshots will come from several different sources: my desktop screen, a screenshot taken from Adobe Premiere Rush's online user guide, sites that provide images to download and other related screenshots available online. In addition, I want to know if I can include links to Adobe's Premiere Rush User's Guide and any other helpful resources available online for users.  Please let me know if I have approval to use Premiere Rush screenshot images and include helpful Adobe product links within this book. how come some artbaords got the same number? is it a bug or i messed something? 

Installed Rush on my iPhone 16 pro, and it seems great in many ways. However, it won't import many images made with my camera on my iPhone 16 pro. Says media not compatible. Other abobe apps seem capable of importing all photos. Is there a setting, or is this a bug, or a feature not yet available?

I have a Galaxy F7 Flip and Rush won't work.  When I load video taken from  GoPro, the video shows up messed up and won't export.  So, I took video using the phone, and it previews well in Rush but can't export.   I do this for a living and when at events I can create quick videos.   Is this something they plan to fix?
