Hi, I found an offer on Amazon for a 12-month subscription to Lightroom with 1TB of cloud storage. Is it possible to apply this subscription to my current Lightroom 1TB plan? Has anyone tried this? Or is it only for new accounts (subscribers)?  Here is the link below: <REMOVED-kglad>

I have a question about canceling Annual, billed monthly subscription purchased on sale First year price. First year price $45.97 (Regular price $91.99). If I cancel in two months, how do you calculate an early termination fee? Is it calculated based on $45.97 or $91.99?

I use my Adobe account on two computers, but sometimes I log out of one of the two computers and log in at home. After three or four logins, I get a message saying "your password may have been stolen." Why?

My Creative Cloud Pro plan is about to expire and I no longer want to continue using it, but I do want to keep using Lightroom on my iPhone. An Adobe chat agent just told me that I cannot cancel Creative Cloud Pro without losing access to all my photos in Lightroom (imo, it seemed he was just keen on selling me a different plan and was not invested in my concern). I've used Lightroom for years free of charge before I signed up for Creative Cloud Pro. Is there a way to revert to the free Lightroom version before canceling Creative Cloud Pro? Or is that agent wrong to begin with?

Hello Adobe Support, I have just sent a formal notice of default via email regarding double billing on my Adobe subscriptions. But all mailadresses bounce and its simply impossible to find one that works (intensly frustrating and unfriendly customer experiance because of this)  Since November 4, 2023, my existing Lightroom subscription ran in parallel with my new Photoshop subscription, even though Lightroom is explicitly included with Photoshop. As a result, I have overpaid €353.76. I urgently request: Immediate consolidation of my subscriptions into a single package with Lightroom + Photoshop,Waiver of any cancellation fees,Confirmation that the overpaid amount will be reimbursed and that appropriate compensation will be applied.  My email with the formal notice contains all the details, including my bank account information for the refund. I kindly request immediate action and a confirmation of the steps being taken. where do I send this to get thi

Hello, I would like to ask for assistance with my Creative Cloud annual plan. Yesterday, the day before renewal, I wanted to cancel my subscription, as described in the renewal email (“If you cancel before the renewal date, no fee will be charged”). However, the system showed me an early termination fee, so I was unable to cancel on time. Today, the payment for the renewal did not go through on my bank account, but the system still treats the plan as renewed and continues to show a fee for cancellation. I kindly request help with cancelling this renewed term without a penalty, as I was not able to cancel before the renewal date despite trying to do so.

Hello,I was recently charged for an annual subscription that I did not intend to renew. I kindly request a full refund and the cancellation of the associated subscription.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,

The problem is that I accidentally activated 2 plans and I didn't know about it. I was only using one and the second one was charged to me, which I can't afford to pay. I didn't know about the second plan and I never used it.

I was charged in the day 7 of the free trial. I just canceles but how can I recover my money? I don't need this app. Please help me

Hi, I'm fuming because I've been subscribed to the Photography plan @ £14.99 for a long time now and I got an alert saying that there was an issue with my billing, so I checked it and there was some issue with my paypal apparently. So I quickly went in, resaved the details and it said it had now received payment for my outstanding plan, great.  Problem is I was signing up to the Creative Cloud Pro plan, even though I had a Photography plan and I had no idea I was signing up?!  As far as I knew I have never used the Creative Cloud Pro plan as I only use Photoshop and had no issues for a couple of years at least.  Now I feel I was misled by this and I cannot cancel the plan as even just two minutes after realising the mistake I tried to cancel and it said that I would owe them this much:I mean, this is ridiculous right?  You can see here that I now have two active plans, and this latest one is £68 a MONTH. I've never falled for a trick like this before and YES I'll probably get no sympath

Refund please and cancel auto -renewal

Dear Adobe Support Team,   My name is Thomas Alejandro Rojas and I am contacting you to request a full refund of the payments made for two Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF subscriptions (one monthly and one annual).   The problem is that I haven't been able to use any of the subscriptions, as none of them appear to be associated with my Adobe account: [Personal information removed by moderator.] .    Furthermore, I don't understand why the payments were linked to my Samsung account [Personal information removed by moderator.] without my intentionally performing that process.   I currently have two charges for services that I have been unable to activate, use, or manage, and for this reason I request    kindly request a full refund of both payments and verification as to why they were not correctly associated with my account.

Adobe, you did not honor what is stated in this email. You charged me $39.99 on November 21, 2025 instead of $15.99. Since you’re not able to honor this email, I have cancelled my renewal and filed a dispute with PayPal.  Sincerely,  Gary "We know price changes are hard, so we’re applying a discount to your subscription for 3 months. Starting 21-November-2025 (PT), you’ll be charged the promotional price of US$15.99/mo (plus applicable taxes). After 3 months, you’ll be charged the regular students and teachers plan price of US$39.99/mo (plus applicable taxes) for the remainder of your subscription term."On Oct 22, 2025, at 10:55 AM, Adobe <message@adobe.com> wrote:   Dear Gary,At Adobe, our mission is to support your creativity. I recently moved from the US and I tried to convert my Adobe account to India. I had a Creative Cloud Photography account and I wanted to convert it to just a Lightroom account in India. The price for Lightroom 1TB account is INR 382.32/mo. The virtual assistants keeps on telling that it's INR 811/mo. And I am like, nope I can see it's 382.32/mo. Then one of the virtual assistant went ahead and cancelled my existing US-based account stating that they will honor the price that is listed on the website and I can go ahead and buy the plan for 382.32. Everytime I click on buy now, it takes me to a webpage which says "Something is wrong, to buy the product over phone, contact xyz" when I call the number it rings and no one picks up. A horrible experience.    Then later another virtual assistant says the 382.32/mo price I am seeing is a "technical glitch". I mean really? That's the excuse?? Technical glitch across the board for days. What is this extortion procedure??
