Solved

When I try to import the PSD file, Adobe Express does not accept it. This issue is slowing me down significantly.

Is there an equivalent of the Project Manager from Premiere in AfterEffects?  I keep running into the same issue, where I think I have saved a backup of a project only to come back to it later and find many of the assets are missing.  Yes, in a perfect world, all necessary assets would be in the same folder and this wouldn't be an issue.  But that is not my world.  I use the Project Manager in Premiere as the only reliable way to avoid this problem, and was very sad not to find a project manager or equivalent in AE.  Any suggestions?  Thanks much!

I'm having a problem with the highlight tool: every time I use the tool, Adobe automatically stops understanding that I want to continue highlighting, and instead goes to the text selection tool, which is very inconvenient, because it means that every time that I want to highlight I must select the "highlight" tool again. Does anyone know what can I do? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but there is no solution.

Just trying to work on an image in Elements ‘24 like usual, only to find the Hand Tool no longer appears when I press space.  I can bring it up when I press H, but I’m way too used to using the space bar to want to adjust my instincts.  Any suggestions?

I provided a clear prompt for Firefly to remove vehicles from a parking lot, but it also removed the business buildings. I need a refund for credits spent on subpar AI generations that failed to follow the prompt and produced unusable results.

Right now Adobe only supports provisioning on enterprise accounts from Azure AD and Google.  You can do SAML SSO with Okta but not assign or remove licenses or create accounts. Many organizations (including mine) have centralized our AAA at Okta and it would be great if Adobe supported provisioning through Okta as well. From what Okta has said, they would need Adobe to submit a SCIM setup to them, this isn't something they can do on their own. I'm sure my organization is not an outlier considering how many orgs use Okta as a login system. Thanks

I describe a specific color palette to use in the image background, but it’s not actually using it.  I’ve tried this NUMEROUS times and it’s always wrong.

I’m trying to crop an image, but every time I take the crop selection to the edge, it goes past and wants me to generate. It won’t let me crop off the portion not selected. The artwork goes the the very edge of the image, so there is no room for me to stop short. What do I need to do to get it to stop at the edge rather than going past or to switch it back from generate to crop?

when I double click text In a PDF to edit It It moves the text box under the selected text slightly so when I enter text It doesnt line up correctly. And It also deletes the entire line when I start typing Instead of just the highlighted characters. Any help? I was also hoping to do a font match but that doesnt seem to be working either. Thanks

Hello! I'm a new autor. My photos were declined. I'll be glad if some professionals write me just main concretly problem of every this photo, like: "it's a exposure issues", "soft focus", "excessive filtering", "artifacts/noise". Respect and best regards.

I’m experiencing an ongoing access issue with Adobe Firefly. For the past ~1 week, Firefly image generation fails across different models and shows the message: “Can’t access — Sorry, Adobe Firefly isn’t available in your region.” At the same time, Generative Fill is also not working. Firefly should be available in my region, and I have used it successfully before. I’ve seen this issue once in the past as well — it later resolved — but now it has returned and has been persistent for about a week. Could you please verify my account’s region/eligibility settings and investigate why Firefly and Generative Fill are being blocked?

I’ve been working on making an ADA Compliant PDF for weeks. Everything is great except for the read order specifically in table headers. Accessibility Tags are in the correct order. The Order is correct. Specifically the table reads: MCLG or, MCL or, Detected in Your, Range, Range, Sample, Contaminants, Low, High, Date, Violation, Typical SourceAccessibility Tags are in the correct orderOrder is CorrectSomehow I get into a phone call with Adobe.  Wednesday, May 27Goal is to get Acrobat to read a table header aloud in the correct order. Spent 1 hour 15 minutes with Adobe while they controlled my computer to get a table to Read Aloud correctly. They use Automatically Tag PDF (autotag) on the 8-page document. I follow the directions to autotag the document which deletes all of my indesign alt tags. There are several other accessibility errors after autotagging the document that weren't there prior to the "fix."Adobe suggests: Export the pdf from acrobat as a post script file, then put it

Already posted in user voice, but duplicating here as I rarely see answers in that forum…  Wondering if anyone is seeing this?Previously, the Eyedropper allowed formatting to be applied only to selected text. In 21.4, it now applies formatting to the entire text block, regardless of what is highlighted. Even worse, there appears to be no way to apply a style with the eyedropper only to selected text or to text selected after picking a style with the eyedropperThis completely destroys an established workflow relied on for years. What makes this even more frustrating is that after discovering the issue, I rolled back to version 21.3. The behavior remained exactly the same, meaning the update appears to have permanently altered functionality even after reverting to the previous version. This is not a minor annoyance—it's a significant regression that fundamentally changes how text formatting works. A core editing tool has become far less usable, and users are being forced to completely reth

Hi, when i OCR scan pages and convert to text. The text is selectable in Acrobat (Pro). But once i open that (saved) document in the newest version of InDesign it doesn’t recognize the text, and still opens it as an image. Is there a way to apply the new scanned text to the document. And remove the underlaying text and preferably keep the images? Thanks

I tried deleting the guides, but it only executed up to the second loop.Is there something wrong with Illustrator’s scripting architecture? Some scripts that worked two or three years ago seem to have stopped working.It’s such a mess—no wonder so few people are working on it.var d=app.activeDocument;var pl = d.pathItems.length;//var isg = [];for (var i = 0; i < d.pathItems.length; i++) { var p = d.pathItems[i]; if (p.hasOwnProperty('guides')) { p.remove(); } //if (p.guides == true) { // //isg.push(p); // p.remove(); //}}

Bonjour, j'ai une question par rapport à Adobe Firefly en France. Est-ce qu'on peut utilisé des contenus généré par Gemini depuis Adobe Firefly pour l'utiliser dans des communications commercial ?

All my adobe apps as part of creative cloud which I have a plan for have this message pop up no later than 2 minutes after opening. It is super annoying, I can’t use any of the apps I pay for and haven’t been able to since I bought the plan over 6 months ago.

I use an enterprise license for Adobe Sign and when trying to load a document for signing, I continue to get a "Server Error" dialogue box pop up. It tells me to reload the page but the error persists.  When I click on the link for 'customer support', I do not get an option to contact anyone and was eventually led to this forum to post my issue.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi everyone.I don’t know what’s going wrong.I have to keep testing by using `alert(“00”);`.I tried using `exit();` to stop the program, but it seems like Illustrator doesn’t support `exit();`?
