I canceled my free trial within the 7 days. Today I got billed. How do I get a refund? Can’t find a customer service number anywhere!

CHIEDO RIMBORSO DI 35 euro perché non sapevo di avere questo abbonamento!!!!! Grazie  attendo vostre sulla possibilità di averlo ?

I started the 7-day InDesign trial for a university project. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel before the trial ended and I was charged today. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription immediately. It has been 7 days since i started the free trial and today i got charged and cancelled it. I have not intended to continue the subscription and would like to kindly request a refund for today's charge but i don't know how to request it.I would really appreciate your help.

Please add Threads, Behance, and Dribbble to the connections for posting. That would be a big help. Thanks!  {Note- Title has been updated by the Moderator}

I want to resync my fonts since they are not being recognized by FontBook.

Firefly Pro is rejecting 2 of the baseline images for Scene 3 due to guideline violations, while it accepted the Scene 2 image. We do not understand where and/or why. Can you review and advise? Both Scene 3 images were rejected for guideline violations, whereas Scene 2 was successfully rendered. We need a specific reference to the violating component, as there are MANY scenes to be rendered. And we are dead in the water until it is resolved. Thanks,Michael

Hi everyone, Although I have a paid subscription and credits available in my account, when I try to create a video from an image using AI with the RAY 3.14 model, I receive an error message saying that I don't have enough credits.

It is very annoying when we add an element to our page, if we touch that element and we want to go back, there’s no anchor to where we left off. I

How do I delete the copyright information from the metadata? I no longer have my business. Lightroom has changed so much since I added the information a decade ago and now I can't figure out how to remove it. I just took my nephews college graduation photos and my brother can’t print the images without a release from my business. I can give him one for these photos, but I don’t want to have to deal with this in the future. I see the copyright in the image information, but it isn’t removable.

I bought an annual subscription for an Adobe cloud from the salesperson on the phone. She  lied to me and misled me with the information.I had to pay for a yearly subscription and she forced me to get an additional AI software which I didn't need to complete the offer.  However on my Adobe account there was a 50 percent subscription offer and option to pay monthly, I called Adobe customer service straight away and cancelled the subscription and signed for a monthly option. I am desperately trying to get my money back £530 for the cancelled subscription since the 20th of March. Made endless amounts of phone calls and was promised a refund on the phone and in emails from Adobe staff. But it has never been finalized.  It is utterly disgraceful, they stole my money and I am loosing my hope to ever get it back.  Please help me with any suggestions on how to get justice from this awful company that treats their customers so poorly.

Hi,Getting an issue with indesign and not recognising the calibri system font installed. From what I can see, there’s a new version of calibri with a latest windows update. V6.26 > V6.27.   Myself and colleagues are effected, and this is spanning across a lot of our documents. Replacing the font does not fully solve the issue as any forms text fields will not update to the font box.  I’ve seen a similar post regarding this with the same issue on times new roman which is marked as resolved but it most certainly not.  FYI, installing calibri via adobe fonts does not work, we are getting a conflict likely due to it already being a system font. We also running the latest version of indesign. Any help on this?

I have a top of the line machine. i9-14900k, Radeon 9070XT, 64gb DDR5 RAM, and a fast NVME drive.InDesign lags more than any adobe program, because of the AI Generated Alt Text, which is enabled by default and I cannot disable it, as I have a pro plan.Every time I drag an image onto a file, it lags for a good 5 seconds while the AI generated text does its thing. I want to disable this feature fully. I do not use any AI in InDesign. Please recommend a way to permanently disable this feature, as it nearly doubles my working time on any document, lagging with every adjustment. If I have to edit something in the registry to do so, or block something on a firewall, so be it. Please release me from this torture

something has corrupted a LRC file   I can not delete the corrupt file and I can not open Lightroom because it says it is in use.  ????  help please    <removed for privacy>

I am trying to edit jpg image files from a recent trip, but while Photoshop allows me to open the jpg, it won't then allow me to use any of the editing tools (apart from the crop function).  I also found that Photoshop will not allow me to edit some older jpg images, including some that had previously already been edited in Photoshop without issue! If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve this matter, I would really appreciate it.Thanks for your help.

The function File → Export → Color Lookup Tables does not create the correct 3D LUTs anymore. The output cube files are valid, but the values do not match the adjustments made in Photoshop.

Hello everyone,I’ve been working with Photoshop since my student days. Now, almost 20 years later I still do (in combination with Lightroom) and would like to buy a new workstation, optimized for these 2 apps. I’ve always used Photoshop on an older computer or a laptop and would like to improve my workflow with a more powerful system.I do not want to make this question go on for to long so I’ll get to the point. I would like to buy this exact system and while it is technically a gaming computer, I ‘m sure it is way more powerful than all my other computers I’ve ever used for Photoshop.I would like to configure this system with an 9900X, 64GB RAM and an RTX 5060.Now my question(s): Are these specs wrong or not ideal for Photoshop / Lightroom? Are they maybe too powerful and am I wasting money on specs I won’t ever use? Should I be worried about having a watercooler? Will it leak ever? Thanks everyone for taking the time to read through my questions.

Recently I have had some poor experiences with the Adobe Support Chat. As a last resort I am wondering if the shame approach might prove fruitful.I just clicked on an asset by mistake and cancelled the download yet a credit was taken away immediately.I asked an agent for help. At first he said he has helped many times (stock response, oh the irony!!) then he said it is not possible upon realising what the request was.I notice two posts where the license has been cancelled and the credit restored. Any help would be appreciated. I will be happy to DM the details.

I don't know what the enhancements are in 29.6, but there is a bug with rotating and scaling illustrations that have gradients. Radial gradients suddenly scale drastically in a non uniform fashion when moving in rotation or scaling in constrained x or y axis.       <Title renamed by MOD>

Recently, every time I open Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit) on Windows 11 (both with the latest updates), Acrobat crashes after 5-10 seconds. I don't even need to open any document, it happens even when opening an empty program.I´ve tried all sort of troubleshooting as for uninstalling and installing again, removing using the Adobe Remove Tool, updating with the creative cloud, and so, what else can I do to solve this one? There will be attached the log file I generated for the record.AdobeLogs_20251013_012008_517-win-GS.zxp

I receive monthly emails with new features and links. the links don’t work and an Adobe chat says that it’s phishing. Are there genuine monthly emails?

Firefly text-to-video (Sora 2) 12s videos: I keep getting “something went wrong, try later” errors. Credits are deducted even when no video is generated. Is this expected, or can credits be refunded? I’ve successfully generated 12s videos before.
