Solved

I’ve read all the FAQs related to synching my LR Classic library to the LR ecosystem and my online Adobe storage, but things just do not seem to work. The instructions are confusing, at best.See the screenshot below. It shows the exact same numbers now, 76.1Gb used and synching 22 photos as it showed 6 hours ago. Doesn’t look like it is doing ANYTHING.  What is going on with this? I have something like 5700 photos I’m trying to synch. What is the point of paying for this online storage if actually getting any use out of it is so difficult?

Al inicio cuando instale adobe, me salió la opción que si quería enlazar mi cuenta de drive (Google) a la cuenta de adobe. Puse aceptar, pero ahora no quiero tenerlas ambas, no sé cómo desenlazar ambas cuentas.

When I try to open a JPEG file on my hard drive, even one I’ve opened before, it won’t open it.  I also cannot save in JPEG format now, either.  It gives me an error message ‘Could not complete your request because of a program error.’  I click on the ‘let’s fix it’, but it sends me to a page of helps that tell me to update the files and restart the program.  I did, and it did nothing to help.MIcrosoft Surface with Windows 11.  Photoshop is on my desktop.Photoshop current version 27.6.0Steps to reproduce:Open an existing document.Click Save As and try to find a JPEG extension to save it as after editing the photo.Expected result  is to scroll down to see a JPEG file extension and save the picture. What actually happens is not finding the right extension and not being able to save it.

The last time I exported a DXF DWG file to be used in Solidworks was about a year ago, it worked fine just like it did for the last decade. Something has changed in Illustrator within the last year. Solidworks 2017 can’t recognizes exported DXF DWG. I had to install and use Autodesk DWG TrueView to repair exported files from Illustrator, which works after “repaired”.

Estou criando uma faixa de 8 metros de largura, porém o Illustrator me permite criar pranchetas de até 5 metros e pouco.Qual o procedimento para aumentar esse tamanho?

I have acrobat pro on my ipad pro. I was trying to make documents read only but the password protection feature seems to have simply made it unable to open without the password. Now I can't remove the password protection. I don't want users to need a password to open I just want to prevent unauthorized editing.does anybody know:1. How do I remove password protection from my own docs?2. How do I make my pdf docs read only?

I'm not satisfied with the app if I pay for my app but can't use it on my Computer

How do I change my registered in email because I no longer have access to that email address.

The past couple months, I’ve had issues with a particular Illustrator file on my work laptop. It would often get stuck mid-save, causing me to lose the file. But since it’s on a network drive that’s regularly backed up, I was able to restore from a backup. I’ve tried moving it offline to my desktop and it would still get stuck saving. However, now my Illustrator won’t open at all and just freezes once the main window appears but before the Home screen appears. This problematic file seems to work just fine on my work desktop though. I’m able to open the file and save it just fine. It’s only on my laptop that the file gives me problems. They should both be on the same version of Illustrator as well, but like I said, I’ve had this happening on and off for months now. What should I do to troubleshoot? Would it help to provide the file for possible corruption? The laptop is a Dell DA16250. The desktop is a Dell Precision 3630. It’s a powerhouse and I’ve rarely had issues with it.

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help. I am designing a product label for a sauce that will go on sale in UK. The initial print run will be under 500,000. Is this classed as a product for resale, and therefore I need an extended license?Or, is it ok to just use a standard license? Many thanks!Molly

I am using an iPad. The button to import files was there this morning and now it’s gone.

I need an image for under layer and the new update makes me crazyi looked for the import function everywhere and I freak out now help

With the new update all the video clips I put on my second layer automatically got a cross dissolve effect. I always put the clips I want to use on the second layer, but they all have this effect now (very annoying). Question 1: Any possibility to delete this effect for all the video’s at the same timeQuestion 2: How to turn off the function of automatically adding this effect to all clips.

I have changed fits and not used resize, and I still cannot use Adobe Express for free. My work is trapped and I cannot download it without upgrading for a fee. I work for an anarchist grassroots org and we can’t afford to pay. How do I block premium features?

When Sending a document to be completed electronically if password protected the client uses a password to open this and sign. They are then receiving a copy of the signed document however this version is not being protected with a password and is automated. If i do not wish for the signee to receive a copy of the agreement afterwards (for security reasons). How do I switch this functionality off? Alternatively if not available, how do i ensure the signed copy sent to them will be password protected when not being issued by me but instead Adobe itself?

When I set an action top open a raw image in one folder, The raw process opens, I click apply AUTO as a general setting, then OPEN the image and set a SAVE AS then close. The action record stops. All fine and dandy, however when I try to run the action, the only thing that happens is that the image opens in Photoshop RAW and that is it, the Set to AUTO does not happen, it just hangs until I cancel. What am I missing?I had this working before but when I ran it, it did what my new recording does, so I deleted it and saved a new one, no luck.

A long time ago I had a tab open that explained how to find a font that contained a specific glyph, but it’s been lost to too many updates. Who knows how to use InDesign to find a font that has a specific (semi-obscure, an asterism) glyph?

I've searched in vain for a way to open Adobe Camera Raw from within Lightroom on my Nikon NEF RAW files. While I've read that ACR is built into Lightroom, I specifically want to use the new experimental "Distraction Removal->Remove Reflections" feature in ACR on a number of photos that I took out of a bus window in Cairo a few weeks ago. It works fantastically well. While I'm sure this feature will eventually be included in Lightroom, I want to use it now.  The only way I've been able to do it is to find the image in Windows Explorer and then choose "Open with Photoshop" , which brings up ACR. In Lightroom, "Edit in Photoshop 2025" doesn't enable the feature (I guess it's sending a TIFF or PSD) and "Open as Smart Object in Photoshop" and then choosing the Camera Raw filter doesn't enable the feature either -- says "wrong file type". Is there a .EXE for ACR that I can choose in Explorer, or add as a second "Edit in..." option in LIghtroom?  Or should I just wait for Li

I am trying to page number a document with front matter in Roman Numerals. I thought the issue would be using two number types but I can't even get past the step to use Roman Numerals as the format.  I tried in adobe for google drive, the desktop version, and the web version. I saw there was an issue in 2017. Could it be true that this still has not been figured out? Any help or referrals to something that actually works would be great!

I find this an absolute stain on Adobe.  never have I come across a company that makes it impossible to cancel a subscription, I have recently run into a crisis and can’t afford the subscription, yet Adobe makes it impossible to cancel.  im reporting them to the ACCC. this is so so wrong.
