Bitte Adobe-Team. Kümmert Euch endlich. Danke!

I am trying to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. But everytime I get an error  The operation may fail for various reasons. Double-check your payment information and make sure you entered it correctly. If this problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.  I have tried several different cards but it throws the same error. I have contacted my bank(s) and they say everything is fine with my card.

This just started happening.  When I try to update the APP it says an update is available but then the process cancels because it says it can’t find a file.  I have tried multiple times uninstalling Adobe with the special tool but that does not help.

I have the same experience with all CC apps. Maybe the updater daemon will actually receive Intel-based updates, but they won't run on Apple silicon based machines anymore.

Add text to the window. Select a voice. Test the voice. Click ‘New Project’.. A warning pops up telling you that completing the action will result in changes being lost. There are no options anywhere on the page to save the current state of the current activity. Why is it apparently not possible to save state of control settings to pick up later?

I recently uninstalled the PRO version of Acrobat Reader. I then installed the free version. How can contact Adobe to make sure they stop charging me for the PRO version? Thanks.

After I received this cancellation on 16th I still got debited today 26th

It's been driving me nuts, ADOBE seems to have forgotten about color separation when using the export to PDF method.  Even quark has this option.Anyway I was hoping to know if there is a way that I don't know.Cheers

Hello!I’m currently with the latest Lightroom Classic, and a gallery with a ton of photos to cull and edit. I have two monitors. On my main monitor, I do the edits and see the photo full screen. On the left monitor, I browse the grid view, select, reject and set my filters to sort the photos. Now, I like to use some keyboard shorcuts, not many, but the main ones are the arrow keys to cycle through my photos. Sometimes, tough, they do not move through the photos.I found a simple workaround but this seems a bug of some sort.I pick the Windows task bar, and move back to Lightroom window. And the arrow keys are working again. After a while, maybe with some edits, or alt-tab, I still don’t know what triggers it not to work, they stop working. So I go back again to Windows task bar, and make Lightroom Classic active again.Altough this little workaround works, I would like to know if this is a known bug. I found other threads with similar issues, but they were very old and closed for answers (

i did a brand new installation, restarted, reinstalled Creative Clound and installed Adobe Acrobat again NOTHING works here.Whats the point of paying a software when it dosnt even work ??????Why are you like that adobe ? my 3000€+ cant handle it ?????[Profanity removed by moderator]

Hi,I subscribed a free trial for one week and then i cancelled the subscription one day before it expired .But adobe has taken the payment from my bank account

i wonder why remove tool worked without problems with macOS 13.7.8, but when, a few days ago, i updated the desktop app to 27.6 version, the same tool results unavailable because… macOS 14 is requested.A joke inexplicable for me.Is this a bug or a way to make me spend money that i don’t have to buy a new mac?

I’m using InDesign to create a magazine. I’d like to remove the background for some of the photos I’ve placed. Usually I would use:Edit > Edit with… > PhotoshopHowever, ‘Photoshop’ isn’t popping up as an option. Instead, Adobe Express Beta is the only usable option. As such, I tried using Adobe Express’s new Beta feature to remove the background. It does a great job-- however, once you hit ‘APPLY’, it seems to automatically save the photo as a .jpg without giving you the option to save it as any other file type (that I can find, anyway). This makes the whole thing a bit pointless, as the background is just white instead of transparent due to the file type. For context, the pages are black. A white box for a background is worse than if I just left the normal background. I might just be unfamiliar with the new feature, but is there any way to save those images as a .png instead of the automatic .jpg? It would be really convenient if not for this hiccup. I can still use Photoshop, i

have not buy anything in programme and adobe ask me for payment in revolut. Why???

Windows 11/64 - INDD 2026 up-to-date - Intel Ultimate 9 3.5 - 96 Gig Ram - Nvdia 5080I am trying to finish a historical quarterly and InDesign is inserting spaces between words that I cannot remove. I am trying to get this job to the printer and this is holding me up. Screen shot attached. Any help appreciated. Thanks to those who know more than me. Joe

I want to design posts for Instagram and Facebook but have no design experience. What's the best starting point templates or scratch? And how do I pick fonts, colors, and layouts that look clean and modern? Any beginner tips or key features to know?

Im getting “unexpected error occurred while processing” when trying to sync a background mask to multiple canon raw .CR2 files from an EOS 5D MkIV, Nikon .NEF files seem unaffected by the issue. The “Previous” button also has the issue with the canon files. Lightroom Classic version: 15.3.1 [ 202605261338-e36f8566 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: enOperating system: Windows 11 - Business EditionVersion: 11.0.26200Application architecture: x64System architecture: x64Logical processor count: 32Processor speed: 3.3GHzSqLite Version: 3.36.0Adobe GSDK Version: 1.4.0.213CPU Utilisation: 1.0%Power Source: Plugged InBuilt-in memory: 65456.5 MBDedicated GPU memory used by Lightroom: 725.6MB / 7995.0MB (9%)Real memory available to Lightroom: 65456.5 MBReal memory used by Lightroom: 15996.6 MB (24.4%)Virtual memory used by Lightroom: 20800.7 MBGDI objects count: 1529USER objects count: 4497Process handles count: 6641Memory cache size: 0.0MBInternal Camera Raw version: 18.3 [ 2530 ]Maximu

I have the main photo on a A3 document.  Around the side will be detailed photos or text of a particular spot on the main photo.  I will have line going from the selected spot on the main photo going to the relevant frame.  is there a way of anchoring the line to the spot on the main photo and the frame, whereby when I move the detail frame the line remains ‘attached’ to it?  Currently, if I have to move the detail photo, I then have to select the appropriate line and move the end of it.  That is a real pain and, hopefully, there is a solution.
