I have recently been having the same issues across Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop: my CC Libraries window is unresponsive. I use this feature a lot to have my company color swatches constantly on hand no matter the platform and to share with vendors and other coworkers but recently its been unusable.Issues:It's the only window to freeze (everything else works in the program),Sometimes when it does work, if I click one color it actually uses another color that I did not clickClosing and reopening the window and/or the program itself does not help. This started in December 2020. I have since updated all of my programs twice but that doesn't seem to have helped. The issue still continues.

Hi, I was on a beautiful places and took many photos, so some are indeed similar and some where not at best quality, fully fine. However, in too many cases I just got “Similar...”.I highly believe Adobe has NO content from that locations, and if so, the situation changes over day, within a year, etc. Often the context matters, like maybe Adbobe has many pictures from lakes, but not from the little lake you have good memories of!For me the new Adobe algorithm for this decision might be broken. If would be great that the software would simple show me 2 or 3 of these similar pictures! Are they really similar, like very similar regarding orientation, framing, light situation, mood, quality, black-white vs color, etc.? For me it looks that the AI behind is overlooking several elements which make a picture worth buying. Also having something similar but a bit different may matter a lot for a buying decision, e.g. 10% closer to my expectitions might be the decision to buy or not. Thanks for f

Hi,Is it possible to add an action button wich can, on click, send the form to e-sign ?If it’s possible, is it possible to use the field “e-mail” to send without user action ?

Hi guys, I have a problem, because I don’t know how it happened, but after drawing an object with the Pen Tool and turning it into a clipping path, it selected and cut out the area around the object instead of the object itself. I’ve been looking everywhere for a solution, but I don’t know what to do. Also, I’m working on Windows. Could someone help me?"

Hi, I am a teacher and so I would like to apply for the teacher discount. However, I am encountering some isses in trying to achieve this. I have submitted 2 applications with 2 different credentials, yet I am receiving replies stating that they are unable to verify this. I would like some further help or explaination as to why it is not being accepted. Thank you.

This does not help.  LR continues to apply presets.  I also changed the Develop  Setting field to None in the Apply During Import panel.  It still makes changes to my photos when I import.

I recently factory reset both my computer + lightroom classic because of some annoying bugs i was dealing with. Before i reset everything, i was sure to export my presets like normal and store those on my external hard drive to keep them from getting deleted during the reset. Now that I am ready to go back in and edit, i’ve tried to import my presets like i always do with no problem. However, only a small fraction of the presets I exported are showing up. They are all in the zip file, so I know they exist. They’re just not showing up for me to edit with, which is incredibly frustrating. I feel like i’ve tried just about every fix i’ve seen online to no avail. please help!!! :,))))

I just resubscribed but when to go to print something from my iPhone it's asking me to subscribe again.  Any ideas? How can I contact Adobe?

Hello everyone~The paragraph styles starting with @m2 are the ones I want to use for generating the “table of contents”.However, the Toc Style window is too small to work with comfortably, and I’m worried about missing something when paragraph styles are changed. If I could move all @m2 paragraph styles to the left side of the TOC Style window at once, it would save me a lot of work. The number 2 in @m2 indicates the second level.

Adobe Firefly Generate Video is telling me the 2 reference photos that I generated using Adobe Firefly can't be processed because they don't meet the guidelines. I’m confused. How do photos that were generated using Adobe Firefly not meet the guidelines?

Hello, I need to download a copy of the above Prem Pro Version but is no longer available, for a legacy laptop running Win 10. Is there any links that you can provide to allow a download? Thanks

The Paint Bucket effect disappeared from my Premiere; it’s not where it should be, and with its disappearance, all my presets that used the Paint Bucket are also gone. I use this effect a lot; it makes no sense for them to remove it from Premiere. My current version is 24.6.1

I don't use the MIX track, and it takes up a lot of space on the screen. How can I hide or remove it? Thanks for your help!

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to create "repeating" radio buttons in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have a PDF with multiple pages that needs to be filled out. The first section is the gender. First I created a group and put 2 choices in (male and female). Afterwards I duplicated the group using the "duplicate across pages" function. The problem is, that if I select "male" on page one, on page two, the radio buttons ar still not checked. With a text field this is no problem. I duplicated the text field "name" from the frist page to the second. If I write a name in the field on page 1, it automatically transfers the same name onto page 2. Is this possible somehow with radiobuttons?
