Solved

I’ve been around and around with support on this and am hoping someone here can be of help. Long story short, all of my libraries on Stock have disappeared and I need to get them back. I’m missing years of collecting content for my client projects.I’m a Creative Cloud Pro user with a Stock plan. I had some questions about my Stock plan and an Adobe support agent recommended I change to a Teams plan so I could get unlimited stock. This seemed like the right choice so I made the switch and migrated my libraries to the Teams account. Well, it turned out that this was not the right plan for me because I need extended licensing.I switched back to a personal plan, losing my libraries and my credits.Does anyone have any suggestions on who to contact for this? I’ve tried multiple times and it seem like I’m just getting routed to a salesperson and it feels like they just want me to change my plan for a commission.

For the last month free transform has been on whenever I’m trying to scale an image. Holding shift works for proportional scaling which is what I used to do for free transform so it has somehow switched? I have tried Edit > untoggle Free Transform, but it stays on. If I click maintain aspect ratio between width and height it works but if I click away from the image I just have to toggle it again. Help!

And before you say it, I have checked my Spam multiple times. I've checked the forums to see that this is an ongoing issue, where once you enter your email for the Student License it just never actually is sent. I'm sending this out in the hopes someone from support can look into this issue for me. I've tried with another email and I get the exact same issue.

I started using Loupedeck CT with Lightroom Classic. It boosts the workflow. While using it, whenever I change a setting, on the screen there appears an indicator that says which setting is being handled. Is there a way to also indicate or show a progress bar by how much it is changed (value)? It would be super helpful as I don’t want to all the time have to scroll the right bar to find the setting that I am currently changing. Thanks a lot for your help!

My skills andMy skills and experience in Premier Pro are somewhere between mediocre and low. That said, I came up with an idea to fake in a morning sunrise on an old church I had photographed in full light with some dramatic clouds. I'm wondering if it is possible in  PP to open a sequence with the morning image and gradually replace it with the full daylight, and if so how? Or is this better in after effects at which I am worse than PP. Any and all replies are welcome, good, bad or ugly. I took a break from Fresco for 2 weeks now all of a sudden my left side toolbar is gone and the app is borderline unusable. Is there a way to change these settings back or rollback the app so it will work again? I spent months learning this app and now it sucks and I don’t want to have to learn a new app. Any suggestions on similar apps if I can’t change it back? I am on iPad. Thanks!

How to determine in Photoshop whether the current layer is a manually converted smart object, a placed embedded object, a placed linked smart object, or a vector smart object? The properties of these smart objects are almost identical, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to distinguish between them. I'd appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on this. Thank you.

This happens to me quite often, where there will be inconsistent spacing in normal lines, but often in the footnotes section. When I highlight the lines, they all have the same settings, and yet the spacing is clearly different. I’ve tried going in manually to just change the line spacing on just the lines that are different and the number on the dial goes down but nothing budges on the actual document.

My object/shape dimensions used to appear in the top right control bar. Now, they are gone & don't appear in transform menu either. But "Turntable" does. How do I get my object dimensions to appear when I select that object? Thank you. When I will turn the Control bar off and then on, my object dimensions appear, but when I click off the object and then back on, the dimensions disappear again. Is the appearance of the “Turntable” function in the Transform menu where the dimensions used to be part of it? How do I turn off Turntable to test this?

We have several people sending out agreements for approvals.  We are seeking to enable a central support team to pull a report of agreements that have been shared with them on who has been sent the agreement and approval is pending or completed.

I was trying to make 2 or three videos but Firefly keeps adding words, changing the faces and other artifacts and errors, then it’s costing me hundreds more credits to fix the issues.  Can you help me get some credits back?  I’m a student and can’t afford to buy more credits.  Thank you.

I want to adjust the opacity of the objects on Layer A so they serve as a light background, and then trace over them on Layer B.Is this possible? If the objects on Layer A already have opacity settings, can I preserve and restore those settings?A script would work too. Shift + Ctrl + F10This seems to work only on the selected object.

Hello everyone,we have a question regarding an ACES workflow. Background: We render in Maya/V-Ray Multichannel EXR 32 bit files and and edit them in Photoshop.Previously, we only required 8-bit TIFF images without layers. Now, however, we need PSD or TIF files with layers and transparency.Summary: We have a PSD file with three layers, two of which contain transparency in the ACES color space (See Image 01). We require this PSD file—with the 3 layers and transparencies—in the Adobe RGB color space. If we use "Duplicate Image Into Profile" (see image 02), the image looks exactly the same as before, but we lose all layers and transparencies. Is there a way to convert the image—including layers and transparencies—to the Adobe RGB color space? I just asked this question in a thread about multichannel EXR files. Please excuse the duplicate post; I thought it would be better for others if it were in its own separate thread.  Thank you in advance for your help.Best

I have dozens of text items that I would like to reposition with one command rather than moving each individually. Is that possible? Using the Master Style tool I can adjust their color and fontof all text items simultaneously, but somehow Master Style does not include any text alignment parameters. Intuitively, you would expect that you could select all text items and then just go to the Effects panel to transform them as you'd do for a single text item. Sadly, that feature isn't implemented. These text items are burned-in Closed Captions that I created manually because the editing of built-in Closed Captions is a mess, but now I'm seeing that the text tool might be limited too. Please help, thank you! EDITED 5/21: for clarity

i wanted to try out the free plan, and i cancalled it before getting billed, i recieved an email and everything confirming the cancelling of my subsription, but then in a few days i got billed and found the plan was still somehow ongoing and thats already unpleasant enough but it was fine since i got a refund and cancelled the plan but now when i got the refund today just about 10h later i was once again billed this time there is no ongoing plans and nowhere on adobe can i find that theres a billing record after the refund. respectfully i feel scammed and want to get a refund and remove my card especially considoring i have seen multiple cases online where something simmilar happens to people and they dont get help. if any sort of proof of a transaction on my side is needed i can link photos i just wasnt sure if i should link them here.

Is it possible to download a file rather than just view it from the online portal of assets.adobe.com. I want to be able to share my assets but these are the only options:

플랜 변경하여, 카드 결제 완료까지 되었는데,  “곧 이플랜을 관리할 수 있게 될 예정입니다”라고만 뜹니다. 빠른 조치 해주세요.

I currently have an active Adobe Scan subscription, but I am unable to use the editing features. Whenever I log in, the app keeps asking me to subscribe. When I select the subscription option, it shows that I am already subscribed. After I tap “OK,” the app keeps loading and does not proceed further.
