7 day trial of Lightroom cloud 9.3.2. It seems good overall, but the location data I updated across 400 photos is not exporting with the jpg files.Pretty annoyed about this really as I now have to tag them again in another app.  Its a deal breaker really and I’m sure there must be other apps similar to lightroom that export location data with the photos metadata.Windows 11 Pro 64 bit

:((fantasydet

Photoshop horizontal scroll bar goes the wrong way when using the scroll wheel button. I have a wireless mouse that you can press the left or right side of the scroll wheel and it will scroll left or rightt accordingly. This works perfectly fine in other Adobe programs like Illustrator and InDesign. But it goes the wrong way in Photoshop and PS beta. When pushing the button to the left, the scroll bar should move left. This is how AI and ID work, and web browsers, and everything else, and is the correct direction. However, in PS and PS beta, pushing the button left cause the horizontal scroll bar to move to the right, which then causes the document on screen to move left. It is very counterintuitive, and makes Adobe programs inconsistent and frustrating to use. In comparison, when scrolling up or down, the vertical scroll bar moves in the direction you scrolled, and the document in front of you moves the opposite direction. Left and right scrolling should mirror this behavior

I cancelled my plan about 6 days ago

I have a question about the subscription cloud version. Until recently, I had a plan with a dozen or so user access points. It expired a few days ago. During that time, I purchased a new plan, but as a new one. It wasn't an extension of the previous one. Several users stored their files in the cloud on the old plan. Is it possible to download these files directly to a user's computer or connect them to the currently active cloud? I tried sharing files through the Admin Console, received a link with the content (.cclibc file) and imported it using something like Photoshop, but I can't see anything.

This just happened to me today. I only needed illustrator for a month so I signed up for the month 19.99$. I checked today when the month is over because I wanted to cancel before the month renewed as I didn't need it any longer. I went to my account and ended the Illustrator which it stated that July 4th would be the last day. Great! I thought. Then I noticed that Creative Cloud Pro was listed underneath and thought that was odd because I never signed up for the Pro. I only used illustator. So I went to cancel that, even though I never signed up for it and it states that to cancel that early would I would be charged 109$ That also had a July 4th date so I was like, okay I'll just wait until the exact day (which is scam that you ahve to cancel ON THE DAY. Adobe is truly hoping people forget). about 20 minutes later I get a notification from my credit card that Adobe has charged me 164.95$ For what, I have no idea. It wasnt early termination fee b/c that is 109$. If it's for CCPro I sho

How do I reach out to customer support for a refund on my creative cloud pro subscription? My student status expired and I was charged far more than I was prepared for. The subscription was renewed today and I cancelled today

I am following all the instructions for various tutorials that I've found, but the eraser tool does not seem to exist. My account is part of a university group license--do we not have access to an eraser tool? Please help! I just need to erase part of a line and this is extremely frustrating.

hey there - i bought annual subscription by mistake and already got charged month 1 and 2. can you please help me cancel this subscription? i can’t afford to pay every month for a year

I got a subscription for adobe around October 2026 but got charged twice and thought nothing of it. One charge on the 2nd of the month and one on the 6th of the month. I was getting charged £40 when I was only supposed to be charged £20.Then at Easter in April, I cancelled the subscription and paid the remaining amount and thought nothing of it.But I am still being charged £20 on the 2nd of the month by Adobe despite having cancelled this subscription. What can I do, because I simply cannot afford it anymore but I also have no subscriptions running according to my profile?

In the new UI, add-ons don't display their icons, and the pop-up menu doesn't appear above the clicked tool; it appears a little further down, above the displayed document. Are these bugs, or is the new UI truly designed against common sense?   Thank you.   New UI:   Normal UI (aka Old UI):

The export button is grayed out.

Hello,I am experiencing a serious problem with Adobe Photoshop on Windows 11.The issue started after Photoshop froze during normal use. The program became completely unresponsive, and I had to force close it through Task Manager. Since that crash, Photoshop has not been working properly. The application itself launches, but when I try to open any file, the workspace appears for a fraction of a second and then immediately returns to the home screen. Photoshop does not open any PSD files, and it also does not allow me to create a new file. In many cases, I get a general “program error” when trying to open a PSD. At one point, Photoshop also displayed an error saying it could not load default keyboard shortcuts and suggested reinstalling the application. This issue affects all PSD files, not just one file. Even after reinstalling Photoshop, the same problem continues. I also tested an older version of Photoshop, but it did not help. Here is what I have already tried: Restarted the computer

I use checkmarks to go through a document to varify both text and numbers. After my first page the checkmarks reapear on the next. If i continue and make checkmarks and so on it becomes more on the next. If i then go back up the checkmarks from later pages comes up on the early ones. Why is this happening?

The photoshop web won’t work.

I done a less than 1 hour trial of using adobe to edit PowerPoint and cancelled. This thriving company continues to steal money from my account even though so do not use their services. It is extremely annoying how u can have access to my account

I have the latest version of Lightroom Classic on my Windows PC. It was working fine last night but today it won’t open. It produced 3 separate error messages saying that the code execution cannot proceed because ahclient.dll (and two other files it also lists) was not found. It says reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Has anyone else has this issue please and why is it happening?

There's an issue with this Photoshop script. When opening a Photoshop.psd file containing layers labeled A2 and A3, the current document dimensions are 2484 pixels wide by 3512 pixels high. The script is designed to scale the active layer to match the document size exactly. While the A3 smart object layer scales correctly with this script, the A2 layer ends up with dimensions of 2482 pixels wide by 3510 pixels high after running—slightly off from the document size. I don't want the layer to be rasterized; although using Free Transform after rasterization produces correct dimensions, I need to keep it as a smart object layer. Running the script twice in succession does yield the correct result, but it's inefficient. I'd appreciate any alternative solutions—thank you all for your help.var doc = app.activeDocument;var length = parseFloat(doc.width); // Get document widthvar width = parseFloat(doc.height); // Get document heightvar layer = doc.activeLayer;// Get and adjust layer size (base
