I am modifying this mirror frame image. With the application of a mask it will be shown in different contexts / colour ways. The NEF image was opened as a Smart Object via Camera Raw.I need to make a few changes to the photo ie: removal of the fine casurina needles (leaves) etc.Is there a non-destructive or destructive way retouching which updates with the Smart Object?I think I have exhausted all options. Hopefully a photoshop fairy will appear!Thank you

Hello,We are experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat after performing a silent update of Adobe Acrobat Reader 64-bit.Initial installation:Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit.26.001.21563.X64.exeSilent installation arguments used:-sfx_nu /sAll /rs /msiThe installation completes successfully. After that, the user signs in with an Adobe account that has an Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard license. hoy cancele mi plan y quiero un reembolso de Photoshop y Illustrator

Hello, I would like this to reach the billing department. I would like my account to be permanently cancelled, I no longer require to use your software and I cannot afford to continue to use it. unfortunately your account settings has made it impossible to cancel my subscription and somehow you still manage to debit $80 or so from my account even though I have blocked my card. You want me to update my billing information before I can make any changes to my account. I am getting frustrated having my money just taken from me from your billing team which deliberately makes it difficult to cancel my account. What I don't understand is why I have to update my billing information to cancel my account? I find that extremely brazen and deceiving as a cooperation who has multiple millions why do you need to exploit me? I will continuously follow up on this every day until I am guaranteed that I will not have money taken from me. I have read numerous complaints from other users experiencing the

In Adobe After Effects, there’s a convenient feature where double-clicking a shape tool automatically creates a shape with default settings directly in the composition. It’s a very efficient and user-friendly workflow. Could we expect a similar feature to be introduced in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop?

Hello,I am an Adobe Stock Contributor from Indonesia and my sales have drop to 0 since last May until now (although I’ve never had 0 download this year at all before them) recently I noticed that all of my files, even the older ones that were already live, suddenly show a 404 error when I try to preview them. I also tried searching with keywords and even with the file ID for example #1574852996 and #1508589156, but none of my files appear in the public search results.Could you please confirm if this is a known bug or if my files are under review? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, because right now I think my portfolio is not visible to buyers.Thank you in advance for your help.

I’ve been unable to access Acrobat online for a few days now but can access my other products fine. I’ve tried both Edge and Chrome browser but there is no difference, is the online version down?

Over the last two weeks I have been unable to use the Adobe eSignature function; unable to send requests using the Desktop app or the web interface. The Desktop request eSignature is in an endless loop after typing in the email address of the recipient.  Web Version: Doesn’t matter if I go the below URL or use the link from “Creative Cloud Desktop” - > “Request e-Signatures” I always end up on a page that displays the following error.Error: Something went wrong - We’re sorry for the inconvenience.  Please try again later.https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/sendforsignature/ I have tried both my personal and business Adobe license, both have the same problem.

Every time I open a new document/artboard (File > New), I have this huge red outline around my artboard.  Then, when I save things, it is saving it as the red box is my artboard edges, so everything I save ends up very small.  What is this and how do I get rid of it/keep it from populating when starting new?

I have been using Lightroom 5 for some time and just recently my photos are importing out of chronological order. It will import photos from all over the card. They appear in chronological order but they are numbered according to which one was imported first. I can see them in chronological order on my computer but when I hit import through Lightroom the photos are imported and numbered in a non chronological order. This only started happening recently so I think it has to do with a recent update. I've tried formatting my card, using another card, and importing to another catalog, but nothing has changed yet.

Is there a way to permanently disable Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer? For reasons beyond my control I am not allowed to use cloud storage. The Collab Sync process holds files open, meaning I often cannot regenerate a PDF file if I've viewed the previous version of this file in Acrobat. I can get around this by using task manager to shut down the Collab Sync process, but it's a pain to keep doing this.I found a different solution which was to locate and delete the AdobeCollabSync.exe file - which works for a while. But Creative Cloud is constatnly pushing updates which include reinstalling this file. I'm looking for a permanent solution to eliminate this process.

I'm trying to split pdfs into separate pages using the supposedly "free" adobe acrobat pdf splitter tool. I was able to do it with one file, which required me to log in. I used to have an Adobe subscription but no longer do because it was a waste of a LOT of money & I never really learned much with the different programs. Every help thing or search engine thing I find claims the splitter tool is free for use in a browser. But after I did the first one, every time I try to do the next one it tries to make me sign up for a subscription & doesn't let me get to the actual tool to split the document. Adobe is simply not worth the money for me as I am not really a designer & as far as I know they started doing a lot of unethical things that screw over their customers/creatives. Just trying to use the free version of Canva for the moment. What am I missing? Adobe's own help articles claim that the splitter is free to use. I'll look into finding another free splitter but this is dr

When I hover my pointer on top of a page this annoying box pops up and show me the ‘summary’ of the page, how do I get rid of it?I have already turned off the ‘Generative AI’ preference, and it was no use.

It appears that the AI Assistant is not reliably aware of Adobe Acrobat’s own interface or version-specific behavior. When I ask basic, practical questions about Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) version 26.001.21563 on Windows—such as how to color fill in a text box or how to view the same PDF side-by-side for same document review— the AI Assistant becomes unresponsive or appears to load indefinitely when I ask these types of interface-level questions.Could someone clarify the intended limitations of the AI Assistant within Acrobat? Specifically:Is it designed only for document summarization and content analysis, rather than UI or workflow support? Does it have access to real-time knowledge of Acrobat’s current interface and version changes? Are there known limitations or bugs when asking for procedural UI help (e.g., form filling, split view, tool navigation)?I’m trying to understand whether this behavior is expected, or if I’m encountering a malfunction or misuse of the feature.

Bonjour, j'ai une question par rapport à Adobe Firefly en France. Est-ce qu'on peut utiliser des contenus générés par Gemini depuis Adobe Firefly pour l'utiliser dans des communications commerciales ?

This issue has been-posted before, but a solution has not been found….Whenever I open PDF documents in Adobe Acrobat Pro X, it stops working while a dialog comes up that says "preparing document for reading".Most of the files I open are a combination of engineering drawings and text.  This dialog freezes Acrobat for several minutes until it is finished. It does this with most documents, but not all.  It also does this when I use the "Combine supported files" feature in Explorer, and when I print documents to the Adobe PDF printer.  Once I create and save a document, it does not come up, however, I have noticed that documents that are new to me, or created new, seem to have this problem. What is this? Why is it set to come on by default?  And, most importantly, how do I turn it off or disable it?Is it possible to go into the setup for Adobe Acrobat pro x and uninstall this "feature"?  It is entirely useless to me, and very unwanted.-------------- I have tried the

When I export a file to jpg with imaging sizing such as 1920 x 1440 px and select include all metadata selected, the resulting file seems not to include some of the brand’s proprietary metadata.  I only look at a couple of things, so I don’t know if it is all or just some items. When I export the original, the metadata is available. When I resize in Apple’s Preview, the resulting file also is missing the proprietary metadata.Classic Lightroom  v 15.3.1IOS Tahoe 26.5.1 (released last week)Pentax K3-iiiWill all proprietary data be available in future releases?

About once  a day, when I click on an object with the direct selection tool, the bounding box will be way larger than it should, implying another object on another artboard is included in the selection. This happens when the object I am selecting is NOT grouped with anything else. Moreover, is seems buggy because the mystery object doesnt have its "edges" visible the way it would if it were legitimately selected. I can deselect all, but then anything I click on, the selection's bounding box is expanded to include the mystery object. The only way I have found to deal with it is to drag a corner of the bounding box, then undo, and then click off again. Then Voila! I am able to select my object (or any other) without the mystery selection happening. I use clipping masks a lot, as well as many artboards, and have wondered if it's related to this, as the mystery objects are sometimes masked images, and often on another artboard. However, the mystery objects are not always masked.Anyone

Hello everyone,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently deactivated due to alleged violations of the Generative AI submission requirements.I had over 900 vector files in my portfolio (both AI-generated and manually created vectors). While some files had previously received rejections for similar content, quality issues, and occasional intellectual property concerns, I never received any account warning before the deactivation. My account had approximately $197 in earned royalties at the time of deactivation. I have already submitted an appeal and requested both an account review and clarification regarding my earned balance.Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, were you able to get your account reinstated or receive your outstanding royalties?Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
