Bugün bütün gün video oluşturmaya çalıştım hiçbirinde başarılı olamadım. Lütfen kaybolan zamanımın telafisini hediye kredilerle verin. Sürekli şu hatayı alıyorum: “Yüklenemiyor Bu istemi işleyemiyoruz. Lütfen düzenleyip tekrar deneyin.”Çok fazla zaman kaybettim. Başka browserlarda da denedim. Olmuyor.

If I put in details for image development, this has no bearing on the output - in fact, the images are identical to the reference image, suggesting the prompts are not being read.

Min prøveperiode sluttede den 8/6/2026. jeg annullere samme dag, men alligevel har den trukket 399kr får et års abonnement. Jeg har læst hvis man annullere inden for 14 dage kan man godt få refunderet. Og det ønsker jeg

Under OS X Sonoma, I was working on some catalogs. Everything was fine until I opened one catalog and it would not let me import new images or close properly (had to force quit). I tried optimizing it unsuccessfully. I tried moving it locally with no success. I tried importing JPGs instead of DNGs. Didn’t work. I went so far as to do complete computer OS reinstall, upgrading to Tahoe. Didn’t work.I eventually completely rebuilt the photo catalog using JPGs. The DNGs seemed to be the problem, but I’m not 100% convinced. I moved on, but I am now realizing that as I work on more catalogs, the same problem is showing up on other catalogs. The big problem is that the catalogs are not fixable. I cannot optimize them. I have tried using the “check for integrity” on load, but it never finishes. It can go for hours trying with no success.Having to completely rebuild catalogs is incredibly time consuming. This was never a problem before. I can open the source files just fine in Photoshop or othe

I have this little floating panel all of a sudden and can't figure out how to hide it. I'll try and describe it. On the far left is a home button, next to it says Adobe InDesign 2023, to the right has a light bulb symbol and a blue share button, then my workspace name. then an Adobe Stock search bar. Its getting annoying just floating around. Its a horizontal skinny panel.

I have downloaded free trial of the Adobe Illustrator and when I tried to cancel it, it offered an extension of the free trial for another 7 days which I agreed. However on that day, they charged my credit card with name: Illustrator ADOBE.COM IE. I talked to the customer service and he said: "I have checked all my records and also with our Backend Team as well for you. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the charge matching the information could not be found. In this case, I would kindly request you to contact your Respective Bank at the earliest to Dispute this charge and request for Chargeback (Refund) from the bank. " I searched the web and many has the same problem. Is this Fraud commited by Adobe to knowingly charged our credit card even we ended the free trial before it ends? Anyone reported to the police?

My script starts with changing the color settings in a file using loadColorSettings. Immediately after that, it starts processing the file. In version 28, the script works fine. Starting from ver 29 (also tried with 30, same issue), the script breaks after loadColorSettings. app.activeDocument becomes empty and i get the error “There is no document”. What could be causing this?try {var Lvis =[];var LP=-1;var $doc = app.activeDocument;var dot = $doc.name.lastIndexOf('.');var newName= $doc.name.substring(0, dot);bpc_Color_Settings= new File(Folder.userData+"/Adobe/Color/Settings/ISO%20Coated%20v2%20(ECI)-sRGB_bpc.csf");tmp_Color_Settings = new File(Folder.userData+"/Adobe/Color/Settings/ISO%20Coated%20v2%20(ECI)-sRGB.csf");if(bpc_Color_Settings.exists) loadColorSettings(bpc_Color_Settings);else alert_w("Color Setting for BPC not found!","Error");//The below loop does not start, because app.activeDocument is empty = "there is no document" errorfor (j = 0; j < app.activeDocument.layers.

When I click Generate, nothing happens and no error message is displayed. I still have available Generative Credits, and Text to Image works correctly. I have already tried Incognito mode and different prompts, but the issue persists. The problem started recently, although everything worked normally before.

Hey there!Few days ago I cancelled my Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Stock subscription, and today by morning i got charged 60 eur for Adobe Stock assets (which was cancelled already, i double checked in profile and with the chatbot). And because I don’t have any active subscription anymore, I can’t contact an agent and the Ai assistant can’t manage to help me. I’d like to get my money refunded.

Hi. My sister used my card for a free trial of the Adobe Acrobat reader app but didn't cancel it on time. I got changed for an annual subscription on June 5. I requested a refund through Google within an hour after the charge but was rejected. I tried searching here and saw the Acrobat Mobile cancellation form and filled it up but I'm not sure if the form was still working. Google said that I need to contact the developer of the app but I'm not sure how to do that. Can someone help me get my money back?

I am trying to apply the channel blur effect to my clip but the option does not appear in my effects tab. Is there a bug removing some filters or was the effect moved someplace else?

Hello,I am trying to move my licensed copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium from my old Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 PC. I have a valid single-user retail license.Product: Creative Suite 5.5 Design PremiumPlatform: WindowsInstaller used: DesignPremium_CS5_5_LS4 (downloaded fresh from account.adobe.com today)What I have done so far:- Registered the serial number successfully at account.adobe.com – the product was recognized correctly as "Adobe Design Premium 5.5"- Downloaded the official installer from my Adobe account, provided after the registration- Ran the Adobe CS5 Cleaner Tool before installing- Installed as Administrator- Entered the serial number during installationThe problem:I used the LS1 installer (English International) which showed a green checkmark for the serial number during installation, but rejects it at first launch - "This serial number is not valid for this product" immediately when entering the key. The old PC is still running CS5.5 without problems

there is an issue while generating video with multiple images I have tried with different model like kling and veo but both failed (not sure) and now my generation history also has error output and its not opening anywhere though there is an error with output my credits got deducted from main balance and not reverted yet.

From my registered products under my account, I'm trying to download the English version of the Adobe Master Collection (English). For that you need to download a “.7z” file and assosiated “.exe” file.On my page, for alle languages both match, except for English. That should give a “MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.7z” and “MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.exe”, but instead the .exe is for another language pack (MasterCollection_CS6_LS4.exe)ANy idea where I can get the correct .exe file ?

I'm trying to combine multiple files into one PDF. I have 40 individual pdf pages that I want to make one pdf that is 40 pages in length. I then want to edit that document, rotate pages properly and save it. Used to be a simple and straight forward process. What am I missing?I am choosing combine files to a pdf, but regardless of what I choose, it apparently creates a portfolio made up of individual documents. I also want to rotate pages that were combined (some of which were landscape), and there is no way I can see to do that without literally going into each document, rotating and saving.Any help greatly appreciated.

I have a question about Acrobat Preflight and JavaScript.I’m using the built-in Preflight profile “Convert to sRGB” from JavaScript via:Preflight.getProfileByName(“Convert to sRGB”)I noticed that the profile could not be found until the Preflight tool had been opened/added in the Acrobat interface. After that, the exact same JavaScript code was able to find the profile. Is this expected behaviour?Does the Preflight JavaScript API require the Preflight tool to be initialized in the user interface before built-in profiles become available to scripts?Or should built-in profiles always be available through Preflight.getProfileByName(), regardless of whether the user has opened the Preflight tool?I’m trying to understand whether this is by design or whether something is misconfigured on my system.

Hi,In Screenshot below, color profile is RGB but CMYK appears in Gradient Panel. How can I make RGB appear?Hosun

About a month ago, I was using Firefly with no issues. I took a short trip, and now that I’m back, I’m shocked to find that the platform has undergone some really disappointing changes.I can no longer enhance the image quality by spending an extra credit — a feature I regularly relied on.The tool no longer respects the composition or style images. Previously, I could upload a photo of a cat for composition and pair it with an impressionist painting for style, and the result would be that cat rendered in an impressionistic style. Now, it either generates a generic impressionist landscape or a distorted, unrecognizable cat. It feels like the quality has regressed. There are now different versions available — Firefly 3, Firefly 4, etc. When I use Firefly 3, the image quality is noticeably poor. The lines are blurry, as if the model is unsure how to render the image. Firefly 4, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to respect the composition image at all. Finally, I’m aware there’s now a premium o

Hi,The attached plugin keeps popping up whenever I start Premiere and it is ruining my work.Even If I delete/uninstall it from creative cloud>marketplace>Plugins, it keeps coming back like magic. This stopped only when I uninstalled LogiOptions+ software. But I do not want to uninstall it, I need it to manage shortcuts of multiples apps/profiles. I use mx master 3 and mx keys. Kindly let me know if there’s a solution. Thank youSnehith P

Hi guys. Very Sorry for this long post. I'm part of a team creating a 20 minute VR simulation and a small portion is 360 video shot on a beach.  I'm having humongous problems trying to do very simple stuff with a 360 VR file in PP. It's from a camera called INSTA 360 ONE X. Their customer service is poor. They have a plugin specific to Premiere Pro called INSTA 360 STUDIO (actual plugin in Program Files file is called 'Insta360importer'). It does not work. All I get is a green screen (not the spfx capture kind!). I've tried every setting in PP for VR. I've tried every setting with the plugin software. Just does not work. Strangely, the plugin extension does not appear in the 'extensions' pull down tab inside PP. To be honest - as a side note - Adobe does not really seem to be on the ball with VR/360 stuff as their tech support guy from India admitted as much when I called about this issue. He also promised to send me a support link which never arrived. They should as this technolog
