How to refund

Hi.  I’m trying to generate an image and while it does turn it into a generative object, I can’t seem to access the slider bar whether I’m using regular AI or the AI Beta version (both up to date.)  How can I fix it?

I own Adobe Pro 20.0.I have it installed on one laptop and want to put it on another.I can see the serial number on my account page. I downloaded the software from there.I have installed it, and now it says that it’s not the serial number for a qualifying product. But I do own 20 and this is the right serial number (number changed to all 9s in screenshot for privacy)Is it that this version is not supported, that I cannot install it any more?Or it thinks this is an upgrade? I’m not trying to upgrade.

So when editing photos and trying to save edits to several photos at once, the crop sign is blanked out...like it is dimmed and cannot be turned on or off so it is cropping all my photos!  Also when editing, these stars are showing up and it is taking so much longer to edit.  What is going on??  Biggest issue is the crop.

My generated video is in another language for which i cannot figure out which one. It is weird that before paying, the video was being done in a professional way. After paying my subscription, all is going upside down. I want a refund and wont ever use your software again.

We use FileMaker Pro 11 and in one of our databases we use the PDF integration feature to view PDFs within FileMaker Pro. It was working without issue prior to updating to the newest version. After updating to the newest version of Adobe, the PDF fails to open. I’ve tried reinstalling / repairing both Adobe and FileMaker both of which appear to do nothing in terms of helping. It appears as if the PDF is trying to open in the web browser instead of in Adobe. Screenshot attached of what opens instead of Adobe. I’m under the impression that this feature in FileMaker Pro uses the Internet Access Plug-in, which shows to be updated to version 26.1.21651.0 as of 6/4/2026 at 8:03:24 PM. Thank you to all for taking the time to read and help.

I'm running into an Out of Memory error in After Effects 24.2.1 that I just can't fix and am looking for solutions. Here are the errors, they always happen together, there's usually about 30 of them that pop up back to back:  This happens on all of my projects, when I render a video or just RAM Preview my project in AE. There is no specific frame that kills it, rather, it appears that AE uses more and more memory until it fails. In the past when I would RAM Preview my projects in AE I could watch as it reached the limit of how much it could render and earlier parts of the timeline would lose their rendered status as new frames were rendered. This does not happen anymore, once I reach the limit of my memory the program just crashes and gives me these errors. Memory while rendering, fills up and then crashes AE:   Solutions I've tried (purging memory and disk cache and restarting AE in bettween each attempt):Restarting my comp.Turning Multiframe Rendering on/offTurning CUDA

I found a poster template that I thought I liked. However, after I sent the completed poster to everyone, I noticed the main decorative image was AI generated. This is absolutely unacceptable to me and I am wondering if there is a way to keep it from happening again. I thought I could trust things like templates from having AI slop in them, so I did not check closely at all of the assets in the template.

I need to scale / tranform 30 - 40 circles from .5 to .25 that are in specifice locations, without moving the circles when scaled.Any suggestions are welcomed.ThanksDannyAI CS6

Do I need to register my Photoshop Extended CS6 or just carry on using it as is? it is a perpetual EULA but want to make sure I can continue using when they discontinue it

Can webpages be published privately? There used to be that option in Spark pages, but I don’t see it in the options for AE webpages.

Dear Adobe Support Team,My name is Kamal Abdel Nasser, and I’m passionate about video editing and digital design. I truly love Adobe products — especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects — and I’m working hard to make video editing my future career. Unfortunately, my current laptop cannot run the latest versions of these applications due to limited hardware specifications. I would really appreciate if you could guide me on how to legally access or subscribe to older versions (such as 2017 or earlier) from official or trusted sources. I’m willing to pay a monthly subscription for these older versions, as buying a new high-end laptop is not affordable for me right now. Thank you very much for your time and understanding. I’m looking forward to your kind support and advice.

I was newly added to my company's Adobe Standard plan with my own new profile. I want to use the premium features of Adobe Scan. If I log in with my phone, I am added to the Adobe cloud and the app but I can't access Premium features. They are not unlocked and clicking on the option to unlock them says the access has been disabled by my admin. He did not do this and does not know what to do. Other than with my personal free account it says that the AI assistant is unlocked but the premium features are not.Everything works perfectly if I sign in with my account on my admin's IPhone. It also works for other accounts in this plan. So I am assuming it has to do with my phone. I am using a Motorola Edge 50 with all updates installed. I have tried many things including logging out of all Adobe Accounts on the phone, deleting cache and all user data through settings, uninstalling all Adobe apps, and reinstalling Adobe Scan. After logging in, the issue remains. Please help!

Hi there,I am using CS4 and want to make text boxes with backgroud (e.g., white). I know I can add a white box but is there a easier way? Thanks!

I have a large image to print true to size (29” by 12.5”) and that will take multiple pieces of paper. That’s fine, but my question is, can I get each individual piece of the file to print in the center of each page rather than off-center like what is shown? It’s easier for me if I have larger margins to piece the image together. In the photo, you can see that the file is split into six pages, the only ones with the image in the center are pages 2 and 5. Can I get them all to print centered to allow for more border space? Thanks!

Thank Yuo.
