Solved

I have a similar problem---cannot open top menu because of spinning blue dial. Cannot open preferences or any other menu item.

I open several images and that is fine, I can see them all in Photoshop but when I make one of them 'full screen' to work on it and then after closing that one image all of the others are hidden and I can only bring them back by going to 'Window' to choose open files and can only make them visible choosing them one-by-one... I've tried searching, like choosing 'Bring all to front' but that does not bring them back into view. Is it possible to bring back all open documents so I can see them again rather than having to bring them into view again one by one? Thank You, - Ken

Hi Everyone, I’m using an updated version of Adobe Acrobat on a Windows 11 machine, using an Adobe Acrobat Individual license.I know this may be a hard question for y’all to answer, but I would love any ideas, even if they are long shots. This is a nightmarish problem for our small business. Here’s what’s happening:We use Acrobat to create multi-page PDF documents for our clients, who are schools (the documents are teaching materials that are printed for students). We are not present when these materials are printed. We’re creating them and sending them over and the schools print them. Over the last year, we have updated, edited, and rearranged pages in a number of our materials, and during that same timeframe we have noticed our clients struggling to print them. I cannot, however, provide any of the error messages or exact details about what’s happening, because the schools are not tech savvy enough to describe the issue or send me the error messages. They just send us emails like “It

Hello everyone,I have a question regarding Adobe Stock contributor accounts. If a contributor receives a very large number of file rejections, can Adobe Stock block, suspend, or permanently close the account because of the high rejection rate?I understand that rejections are a normal part of the review process, but I am curious whether there is any specific limit or threshold that could put an account at risk.Has anyone experienced this personally or received any official information from Adobe about it?I would appreciate hearing about your experiences and insights.Thank you!

the issue started today, window 10 PCs, Adobe XI launches then closes within a few seconds.  Anyone else experienced this today? Wondering if its a Microsoft or Adobe update.

My workspace preferences are all grayed out, including the defaults. I’d prefer to not reset all prefs. Can I just delete the workspace prefs? Where do I find them?

I have contacted adobe via chat agent. They said that they would email me.  They emailed me to a page that didn’t have a solution. They closed the Ticket. Contacted Agent and they told me to post on here.I would like my serials deactivated on the dead computers they’re registered please.

I guess 2 different teams manage the update cycle and the winget manifest files and they don’t talk to each other. RIght now, the manifest points to a “vanity URL” that never changes to download the package (winget-pkgs/manifests/a/Adobe/Acrobat/Pro/26.001.21529/Adobe.Acrobat.Pro.installer.yaml at master · microsoft/winget-pkgs · GitHub)But when a new version of adobe pro comes out, the SHA256 hash changes, and winget gets a hash mismatch. Adobe reader has no issue from that since you actually point to a different URL every version (as it should be), but your paying customers are left behind for software installation/automation. This is such a weird thing to see. There is no “feature request” for acrobat pro, so I guess I’ll ask this hereEither create new packages and update the manifest, keeping your old manifest versions like you do for adobe reader, or update the SHA256 hash whenever you release a new version. Please.

I'm using Indesign 2023 and I'm trying to type Arabic. I turned on the Adobe World Ready option in the Paragraph panel, but the direction of the text is wrong. symbols end up in the opposite area instead of the correct area.  I looked at YouTube videos and the place where they go does not exist in my version, where should I go for this? to make the text direction RTL for a certain paragraph?  Thanks!

I’m creating a Regional cookbook in InDesign. Each document has multiple recipes. There are multiple documents for each region. When I bring the documents into a Book files I don’t see a way to group the 5 different regions.  Sorry, it’s hard for me to explain.Example:Northern region has 7 files (each a different state with multiple recipes)Middle Regions had 5 files. “  ”Southern Regions has 6 files. “  ”When I bring each file into the BOOK project, I don’t know how to differentiate which chapters go with the separate regions. I would like to color code each chapter to show which region it’s in. Is there a way to group chapters or make subchapters, or anything to group things together?

Dear developers, can you make this program on Linux?   [title edited by mod]

I would like to increase the thickness of the logo (image 1) like in the second image which I got chat GPT to render, although maybe not quite as thick - what is the easiest way to achieve this?I created the attached shape (image 1) using a grid split into triangles, The logo is made up of multiple different shapes - red section, green section, yellow section, red-yellow gradient section, yellow-green gradient section, I also had to add gradient rectangles in the negative space within the logo after making the corners curved so that they inner curves would capture the gradient in a clipping mask.Any help would be much appreciated!

I have a photo that I want to add to an album in Lightroom (let's call that album X). The photo already exists somewhere else in my Lightroom collection. When I try to drag the photo's image file from my computer into "album X", Lightroom tells me that the photo is "Previously Added". This is true from the perspective of the photo and my Lightroom library as a whole, but it is also false in the sense that the photo does not already exist in the album that I just tried to drag it into.   Finding a copy of the photo that is already in my Lightroom collection is a massive task considering the size of my Lightroom collection (slightly more than 64,000 images). Since Lightroom OBVIOUSLY knows where the photo can be found in my collection, it should offer to add it to the aforementioned "album X" instead of expecting me to spend what could be quite a while finding where the photo already exists in my collection so that I can drag it into the "album X".   [Moved from Lightroom Class

am using Photoshop version 26.10. The Generative Fill feature works perfectly, but the Remove Tool is not working at all. Whenever I try to use the Remove Tool, it either does nothing, shows a program error, or fails to activate. I have already tried changing the Remove Tool Processing to "More Stable" in Preferences and restarted Photoshop, but the issue still persists. Resetting the tool and resetting Photoshop Preferences did not help either. Is anyone else facing this issue in the latest version? Are there any reliable fixes or workarounds, or should I roll back to an earlier version? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How can I fix the start point and the end point of the video box in Youtube Shorts, or fix the position of it?Because as you can see in this photo, the position of video boxes in Shorts same person uploaded are all identical, and I don’t know the way to do it. I generate a video with Firefly and drag it to the board. Once on the board, I cannot export it to Premiere or download the video. I wasted SO MANY CREDITS for nothing.I used all my credits making these and now can do NOTHING with them. Get it together Adobe or stop charging people to use features that aren't working

I am working on a 550 page book. I have added a Table of Contents and am currently adding extensive indexing. i hear that as I add more and more index entries that InDesign is more and more likely to start crashing. Are there ways to help avoid it crashing?
