Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic do not handle multi-monitor (different DPI) setup properly.Issues:When launched on Display 1 (see below) all is displayed and scaled ok. When moved to Display 2 (see below) all UI (window titlebar, menu and also window content) is too large - scaled incorrecly. When launched on Display 2 (see below) part of the UI (window titlebar, menu but not window content) is too large - scaled incorrectly. When moving window to Display 1 (see below) part of the UI (window content but not titlebar or menu) is too small - scaled incorrectly. It seems scaling is not handled properly on launch on Display 2 (non-default). Also, moving windows between displays is not handled correctly. Result is that on one of my displays Lighroom cannot be used with proper scaling at all. Display 1 (laptop screen) Windows Display SettingsDisplay resolution: 3840 x 2400 (Recommended)Scale: 250% (Recommended)Display 2 (external monitor) Windows Display SettingsDisp

Hello Adobe Stock team,I'm trying to submit my drone footage as a contributor, but I keep getting the error: "Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."I previously had a second account, which I have already deleted, but the error still appears. I also opened a support case about this around two weeks ago (Case #00515944) but have not received any reply yet.I would like to keep only ONE contributor account and have the other one fully closed. I can share both account emails privately via DM if a moderator can assist. I confirm I intend to operate a single contributor account going forward.Could a moderator please help escalate this so the residual link from the old account is cleared and I can submit again? Thank you for your help.

I made a payment on May 30. Two days later, I tried to cancel my subscription and thought it had gone through, but it seems it didn’t. I finally canceled it on June 14, which means more than 15 days had passed. Is there any way for me to get a refund in this situation?

Id like to make sure I am looking at this correctly, as another user im talking with I think is mixing ppi image resolution with dpi print resolution meaning….  I have the attached image I open in PS and I see Resolution 96 ppi.  Is this the same as what I see in Finder ?  I believe so….  The person who supplied the image says all his all his supplied images are at 360DPI - including these examples.  So what is the resolution of the image?  They are SUPPOSE to be at 360ppi….. Photoshop screenshot:  ( I had to reduce the file size to meet upload requirements).  From finder on Mac:

Hello, after laptop reset I just reinstalled premiere elements I purchased in 2014. Installation is OK but at software launch I have an Adobe popup message that requests to sign in. Sign-in is OK and detected but afer the popup disappear, nothing happens. The software never launch.I don't remember I had to sign-in when I used it before reinstallation.Any idea ?

I own Adobe Acrobat Classic.  I got a new computer and when I log in Acrobat it will not let me because it said, my email is in use and can’t use it.  Of course it is in use, it is my email.  How can I log into Acrobat?

The Goal:  To sync an interview that involved 2 Nikon DLSrs, with external audio from a sound guy.  There are about 8 clips from each camera, and 8 audio files.I tried to drop them all in a timeline and just select all and sync.  Sync was greyed out.  I then tired just 1 set of cam a cam b and audio file, sync was greyed out.I then tried just selecting the audio waveforms form independently of the video clips, without the external audio...greyed out.Not sure what I need to do.  Meanwhile I am in manual sync mode.  Good thing the team that shot this stuff is on it with slate and keeping the clips tight.Any help would be awesome.ThanksRex

Hi everyone, I am setting up my workflow for digital documentation and content management for a regional info portal project. Glad to be a part of Adobe Community!

Good evening. I deactivated the 20 GB photo plan (expires at the beginning of next month) but I would like to reactivate it because I need it. Am I still in time?

This should be in the Creative Cloud Desktop Forum, sorry for posting in the wrong one.   Recently my Creative Cloud is not able to update and shows error 146. I can update my apps and even the desktop app updated because I have all the new icons and navigation (Quick Actions etc.). I also tried the repair tool but that did not help.   I run older versions so I really don’t want to uninstall everything to being able to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Any tipps? I’m on a MacBook Pro 2018 with an 2,9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9, 32GB RAM.   Where can I find the log file on the mac so I can see which directory is affected? There is no error summary in the alert pop up.

I keep on trying to open creative cloud and getting the error code {"error":"invalid_credentials"}Ive tried to uninstall but it wont let me because it says that other applications require creative cloud, but when i try to uninstall those it just takes me to cc with the same error. is there a way i can fix this? (also I have no clue what the topics mean, so I chose one i think fits, sorry if it doesnt)

I need help fixing a problem I cause moving photos from one folder to another. I had two folders, Lightroom Photos and Guy’s Lightroom photos. They seem redundant so I dragged the photos, in Lightroom, from the Guy’s Lightroom Photos folder into the Lightroom Photos Folder and then I remove the empty Guy’s Lightroom Folder.  Now, when I open the catalog and go the Lightroom Photos folder, all the photos are there but the chronological file system is gone. I have one big group of 14,000+ photos.  When they were in the Guy’s Lightroom Folder the were saved under Year/Month/Day/Capture Time.  I’ve lost that.  Is there a way to created that structure to where I moved the photos in the Lightroom Photos folder?  I’m completely confounded by this situation.

Hello Adobe. I would like to get a refund. I was charged for 35.99 euros today on my card. I've used adobe once on a free trial for university and then canceled. I have no idea why is my card being charged now. I can't even see the transaction on my account here with todays date.

Prélèvement sans prévenir, interdit

I recently installed a perpetually licensed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on a new machine. I went to Products → activated devices to remove it from the old machine and I do not see any activated devices. When launching the program, I do receive a warning about not being able to use the product in 30 days. In the past there was a list here of every device. Is there a way to reset this or bring it current? Thanks,Theo

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am interested in purchasing the Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher plan with the introductory price of US$7.99/month.Before subscribing, I would like to confirm the eligibility and verification requirements for a teacher in Vietnam. The person who would register is currently a lower secondary school teacher at a Vietnamese secondary school.Could you please help clarify the following questions? Is a lower secondary school teacher in Vietnam eligible for the Adobe Student and Teacher plan? For teacher verification, could you please confirm what types of documents are accepted? In particular, would a teacher ID card together with an official employment verification letter from the school be sufficient, or is a recent payslip mandatory? Also, do the documents need to be in English, or are Vietnamese documents accepted? Can the verification documents be submitted as scanned copies or clear photos? If the school does not provide an official school email address

Hello! I was charged by Adobe after my trial ended yesterday. I forgot to cancel my trial and I haven’t been using the application ever since I signed up for it. When I go to “Manage plan”, is says “Unable to manage, You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan.If you take no action, your plan will be suspended.” How am I able to resolve my issue without my card getting charged for incase I put some money in it?

I’d like to duplicate  an entire file easily to be able to reuse and create multiple campaign from them.  I can only find a way to duplicate pages within a file. Is there any easy way to build other creative and new files from a single body of work (many pages().

I'm working with Photoshop 22.0.0 and I have a PSD containing more than 1000 dividual shape layers (vector layers). Many of these shapes overlap each other. For example:     Even if Shape 1 does not directly overlap Shape 4, they should all be considered part of the same connected group. So I need a Photoshop script that works as follows: When I selects a single Shape Layer, the script will find all Shape Layers that overlap the selected layer. All layers in that connected group should be merged into a single Shape Layer. Layers that are not connected to the group must remain untouched. The final merged shape should use the appearance (fill/stroke/style) of the originally selected Shape Layer. Thank you for your all help!

I am now totally frustrated!!! I work hours on my own images with AI, and they keep getting rejected for similarities. I put each image into TinEye, and they always return 0. Not only that, but I don’t spam the system. Furthermore, I might put up six photos a week. All were rejected, not for problems but because they had too many. They should let clients decide which picture they want if there is nothing wrong with it. And what photographer they would like to work with,  I spent credits on these. Time on these, I am getting so frustrated. Kitchens and bedrooms sell really well. I don't want to create wild, crazy stuff that is just going to sit in my portfolio. How do I handle this frustration? What is the marketing strategy behind this? Can someone help me with my frustration? And all the money I spent generating these images. The small images are just to show you what they turn down, not to critique. I'm really not looking for a critique on these images. They just turned them down bec
