Hi,I got a new machine – a Mac Studio M3 Ultra. When I move the cursor (over the artboard or outside of it), the colors change — they become either more saturated or less saturated. I can’t find any logic behind what causes the shift.I thought it might be related to the low refresh rate of the monitor (Apple Studio Display 27"), but this only happens while working in Illustrator. Everything looks fine in Photoshop and After Effects.

Hi,I saw i was recently charged for a subscription (acrobat) I no longer use. I was charged three days ago but only saw the money exit my account today. I was wondering if it is possible to request a refund, and if so, how long does the refund take?I am also confused because if it is automatically given back ot customers within the 14 day window, why do you still keep access to the subscription until the end of the month?Thank you to anyone who offers adivce.

We had a user report an issue to our helpdesk yesterday, she was downloading a PDF document via Chrome, and the document was opening up in Adobe Reader automatically. We checked the settings in Chrome and it was not set to automatically open Adobe Reader after downloading the PDF, and the Adobe Reader extension was not installed, so we weren't sure why this was happening. On further investigation we found a setting in the Preferences - General tab called "Open PDFs automatically in Reader when they are downloaded in Chrome browser". Initially when we tried to turn this setting off it would re-enable itself when we closed and reopened Adobe Reader, however clearing the user's preferences from the registry and trying again worked for us. The setting is under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AutoDocOpen - bIsAutoDocOpenFeatureEnabled dWord 1. The user is on the current DC build 2003.006.20360. Has anybody else experienced this, and is there a

I understood that I was enrolling in a 7-day free trial and expected to be charged only after the trial period. However, ₹790 was deducted immediately upon enabling auto-renewal. Since the charge was unexpected and I cancelled the subscription right away, I kindly request a full refund.

I'm an interaction designer, and therefore my designs are composed of a multitude of controls, each one with different details. Right now, I'm working on a 141 layer document. It would come in handy to have several layers grouped by UI control, making it much quicker to find and edit what I want.

Firefly keep resetting to 0 instead of showing the results, but still consume my generative credits...

I have encountered an issue in the latest version of Photoshop where dragging a layer results in the specific area I'm moving it to turning white, as depicted in the attached image. It is important to clarify that it is not the entire screen that turns white, but rather only the region affected by the layer movement.Additionally, I have learned that this problem is not unique to my workstation, as several colleagues in the office are also experiencing this issue, despite utilizing different PC setups.I would greatly appreciate any assistance from professional individuals who may possess a solution to this problem or have information regarding an upcoming update that will address this specific issue.

Whether I'm using my Photoshop CC 2019 or 2020, when I use the brush tool to paint over my image or even the heal tool, I'm having an issue with the screen in Photoshop going white when I click. Which makes this impossible to see what I'm doing. When I unclick the mouse, the white screen goes away and I can see where I just painted. So It's not like the tool doesn't work, just can't see what I'm doing.Any help would be great! ~Amanda Using:MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i716 GB 1600 MHz DDR3OS Big Sur

We just started publishing our RH projects to Zendesk and most everything is working just fine, However, there have been a few topics that won’t publish and if I ask to just publish one of those topics, it fails. I get a pop up in the corner stating “File upload failed.View publishing log for details”  However, the publishing log is basically empty

Hi, my free trial rolled over into a ₱1,750.00 annual subscription charge via Google Play on June 10, 2026. I cancelled immediately. Google Support denied the automated refund and told me to contact the developer. I submitted the Microsoft escalation form but haven't received a reply. I have not used any premium features and urgently need assistance from an Adobe representative to look at my case. Google Order ID: GPA.3395-3077-0708-02401.

Lightroom Classic versjon: 14.4 Operativsystem: Mac OS 15   As of this new version I am not able to denoise a batch of photos, only individual ones. Can't find any guidance as to how this can be fixed. Hope you can help me, thanks.

I typed a space after the *, but the spacing became really wide and hard to control. The space also disappeared.I copied a half-width space and pasted it after the *, and now it looks normal.

i had a free trial session but before the sub i cancelled my pland and i have got message that i cancelled it but still they took money from my bank account. so i want refund Ассалаумаалейкум soon Ассалаумаалейкум possible

I purchased a subscription on the mobile app, but cancelled within the free trial period. How can I be eligible for the refund since the chatbot is telling me to follow the instructions through Apple, yet Apple is telling me there are no refunds eligible.

I’ve tried Effects > Stylize > Projection, but found that it creates a spotty projection that’s hard to control over large areas.

Hi,I'm developing a third-party panel plugin for Adobe Illustrator 2026 (version 30.5.1 on Windows), but I'm stuck on which framework to use. Here's what I've tried and found:CEP: Placed the extension in both C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\ and %appdata%\Adobe\CEP\extensions\, set PlayerDebugMode=1 in the registry for both CSXS.11 and CSXS.12, but the panel never appears under Window → Extensions. UXP: I understand UXP is not yet available to third-party developers for Illustrator. My goal is to build a persistent side panel (similar to the Properties panel) that calls an external API and helps designers with their workflow. My questions:Is CEP still supported in Illustrator 2026, and if so, what am I doing wrong? Is there any other framework available for building panel-type plugins for Illustrator 2026? Is there a roadmap for when UXP will be available for third-party Illustrator developers?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

So Adobe has decided to nix Reader and combine everything in Acrobat.I launch Acrobat, it prompts me to sign in, or Cancel. So how do I launch Reader? There is no option.Win 11, latest Acrobat version.

I didn’t expect to need Find and Replace in Illustrator.I tested the Find and Replace option under the Edit menu, but found it wasn’t very user-friendly.The main issue is that the layout gets locked when using it.It also lacks regular expression support and a history feature.Do you have any better suggestions? Thanks.

I have many objects, and they all use the same transparency settings.I’ve found that the “Appearance” and “Transparency” styles can only be applied to an entire layer and don’t allow for flexible control over objects on different layers.I have to select the object every single time just to adjust the opacity—that doesn't make any sense…I tried using “Graphic Styles,” but found that they can’t be modified later. In InDesign, there are object styles—is there a similar feature in Illustrator?

Hi. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and cancelled it ahead of the deadline. I was charged anyway and somehow on my account it appears I will be charged monthly. How do I stop this? I did receive an email from Adobe saying the subscription had ended, so I don't understand why I was charged and why it appears I will be charged monthly! want to ensure that I get refunded for €7.92 which I was charged; and ensure also that I will not be charged again.  I need to be removed from the monthly subscription which I did not sign up for.
