Solved

Hello, So starting today when launcing Premiere Pro I've noticed none of my recent projects show up as suggested options on the list anymore, instead just saying to create a new project. I'm used to seeing at startup a list of multiple recent projects I've worked on, which is helpful as I have separate projects/sequences for various clients I access daily. I obviously can just open a project manually each time, but it isn't preferred of course. I know you can change the preferences At Startup to just open your recent projects all at once, but I just want the list to be present again to click on a project with ease. Definitely not a serious issue (or bug?), just a little annoying. I've already restarted my PC, cleared cache, signed out and it still isn't showing my recents list when launching Premiere.  Any suggestions or is anyone else not seeing their recent projects too? Thanks!

I asked a similar question a good while ago and it was answered. However, the referenced answer doesn’t work in a current document because the Include Paragraph Tags in Bookmark Text option in FrameMaker resets to the selected state during PDF generation. FrameMaker PDF setup block immediately before PDF generationFrameMaker PDF setup block immediately after PDF generationAny help will be greatly appreciated.

I have had no formal training with Illustrator, but I use it almost every day. When preparing new graphics that will be used across many formats -- what size artboard should I use in relation to the graphic size?If I have a 40x40 pixel graphic with a 2 pixel stroke it could potentially be a 44x44, but Illustrator will still read it as 40x40. Meaning if the artboard is 40x40 it will not actually export the completed graphic when I export using artboards. Is there a professional/industry standard rule of them for setting artboard sizes? I’ve never seen any proper training about preparing files for use across different formats and dimensions.Should I set the artboard size after I create my graphic and size the artboard manually?

Hey can you bring back the "save as" button? You only kept the "save button" and there are no file tools in the new update. Tried to leave feedback through the app, but the pop up is being blocked by admin security. You have to search for the function save as, use the save as PDF/A, and then change the file type to adobe pdf?

Greetings, I have Adobe Acrobat DC (reinstalled 6.13.26 with latest version) on a Macbook Pro M5 using Tahoe 26.5.1. I have used this program for years with no issues where I can create/use my electronic signature or fill in dates, etc. for PDFs that I have created (not created by others that may have certain permissions). Starting yesterday, I had a blue box with a question mark where I would normally click to select my signature. After trying every suggested thing on the internet and it not working, I uninstalled and then reinstalled today. It did not fix it. Instead of the blue box with question mark it is the broken picture with the blue sky, one cloud and mountain.  PLEASE HELP. I cannot figure out how to fix this.

I subscribed twice monthly credit, I wanted to unscrib one of them, but everytime it is saying “an error occur, please try again”. those subscription are renewed monthly, not annual. Someone knows why? Thanks

Hi all! I wanted to share a script I've been working on - Text Substitutions! Inspired by PhotoMechanic's Code Replacements feature, this lets you add substitution [[targets]] to your metadata, and then have them replaced by any kind of text! About 50 substitutions are built in - letting you quickly swap in other metadata fields like the creation time, credit line, and location - and you can also create your own substitutions. You can find the script on Adobe Exchange for $5/month, or for free in my bridge-scripts github repo (the two versions are identical). Detailed information about how to use the program and its various features can be found on the wiki. This is still in development and it's based on my workflow, so if anyone has any suggestions I'd be happy to hear them out!

Hi, I see in my bank account two subscriptions running from Adobe and I don't know how to cancel it, when I'm clicking on manage subscription it opens in Google Play store, but they are no subscriptions from Adobe there.

I am experiencing a persistent "Error updating links/artifact" when trying to update an existing Share for Review link. I need to keep the current URL to preserve existing client comments, but the update fails every time with a generic error message.I have inspected my UXP logs and found a specific HTTP 400 (Bad Request) error. Here is the relevant snippet: [Error] [console] Unknown error getting asset with cloud ID SAMError: [UNKNOWN] Unexpected response status: 400 for https://platform-cs.adobe.io/content/directory/resolve?id=xmp.did:1937be00-1b1b-49fd-a2ff-1b62346e8a9cTechnical Details: InDesign Version: 21.3.0.60 (2026) OS: macOS (Mac Pro) Error: artifactUpdate failure for asset urn:aaid:sc:US:2b61c263-aa20-4bf9-a872-70744038f35f Troubleshooting done: I have tried restarting CC services, clearing UXP caches, and re-linking the document, but the "resolve?id=xmp.did" call continues to return a 400 status. Is there a way to force a metadata refresh or fix the server-side artifac

It disappears after a focus change, but editing continues normally after I click back in the text. When I click back into the text, the insertion point does not reappear until I have used an arrow key or typed something. When it does reappear, it is wherever in the text that my mouse cursor was when I clicked back in. I can work around the problem, but it's a nuisance. Has anyone else experienced this? There is no similar behavior in any other application; it is peculiar to ID.Thanks

I don't want to seem overly negative, as I really like Adobe products in general... but I've just paid full subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro, hoping that the OCR would do a good job, and it's terrible. No better for accuracy than OCR scanning I used 20 years ago. Are there no settings to adjust the scanning quality? To adjust the contrast. It's one option and that's it seemingly. I was hoping to convert this PDF document (1981 PDF Document) to maintain the original 1981 look, but be possible for blind people to use with a screen reader, without having to almost re-type the entire document. I can't see any options to tweak the AI / method used to try to get a better result. Am I barking up the wrong tree with Acrobat?

I don’t know if this is even possible to calculate somehow, but maybe someone can help. If i have a 200ppi image in a file, and i want it to keep the size, but have 150 ppi, is there a way to calculate what ppi i have to use for rasterizing? I am aware that rasterizing an image from 200 ppi to 150 ppi will not give out the same result as rasterizing a vector object to 150 ppi. Again, for exampleVector object > rasterize 150 ppi > object with certain “pixel density” 200 ppi image > rasterise ? ppi > object with same pixel density as option 1 (150 ppi) < is this even possible?

I'm afraid to ask based on what I have read about radio button groups. All I want is the most basic functionality that anyone would expect to see happen. I have 3 questions that require a Yes or No answer. I added a set of 2 radio buttons to question 1 and set them to Yes or No, making Yes selected by default. Of course they were automatically created in Group 1.Now, I need the same thing for question 2 and question 3. But when I create new buttons they get added to Group 1 which does not work. When you go in the Properties you can see the Group 1 with a dropdown but there is no other group in there to select and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make another group for the buttons for question 2 and then another group for the buttons for question 3. People are talking about custom scripts creating fields and all this, I just need some functioning radio buttons. Does anyone have a solution? I saw one article that talked about right clicking and selecting wrap in new gro

I have been working on another computer and now need to work on the same project on a different computer.  Premiere Pro will not open the project - the message "an unknown error occurred while opening the project" come up.  Both computers are upgraded to the latest version. Please help.

Hello Adobe Support,I am experiencing an issue with Partner Models in Adobe Firefly and would appreciate your assistance. For the past two days, all Partner Models have been unavailable on my account, while the native Firefly models continue to work normally. Since a significant part of my workflow depends on these Partner Models, this issue is having a direct impact on my productivity and client project deliveries.I currently have available credits that I am unable to utilize for the features included in my subscription, which has considerably slowed down my work. I initially assumed this might be a temporary service issue and waited for it to be resolved, but the problem persists.Could you please clarify the following:• Is this a known issue affecting Adobe Firefly Partner Models?• Is there an estimated timeline for resolution?• Is my account affected by any restrictions, eligibility requirements, or regional limitations?• Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take on my side?As a

Good morning/ afternoon / evening to you all.I've got a user who has InDesign 20.3.1 x64 installed on their computer. For the last two weeks the following problem occurs: Open an INDD file using File, Open and the file opens as Read Only. If you use Windows File Explorer to open the file (Double-click to open file) it opens fine. I've gone round the houses (and forums) with this one and cannot find anything to give me a hint of where to start looking at this. The user has had InDesign for years and this problem only started 2 weeks ago. Diagnostics:PC is an Intel I7 with 32 GB RAM, running Windows 11. The InDesign files are all stored on a network drive. Windows Reliability History shows no major updates to the operating system or to system drivers, other than the standard Security Intelligence updates for Microsoft Defender, for the time period involved. The users are not able to update BIOS or firmware updates without a member of IT (me), so I know the system arch

When I tried to edit a PDF with underlines and the automatic save function failed to save correctly, I lost all my progress. Honestly, this is the worst Adobe software. I much prefer software that isn't up-to-date but still works perfectly for what I need, rather than software with all the latest features.I can only recommend that others not use it because there's no guarantee that the main functions will work properly.

Whenever I expand the image, the sharpness got decreased. At some point after certain expansion the image quality became so terrible. The previous version before your update didn’t have this issue, and I think it still work much better than the current version.
