I am testing native C++ InDesign plug-ins on macOS using the Adobe InDesign CC2026 SDK.Problem:InDesign 2026 on macOS rejects both my custom plug-in and Adobe’s own unmodified BasicDialog sample plug-in with the startup message:“Adobe InDesign does not recognize [plugin name] as a valid plug-in.”Environment: InDesign 2026 CC2026 SDK macOS Xcode 15.x Tested on multiple Macs/users with same result Important finding:Even Adobe’s own BasicDialog sample from the CC2026 SDK fails to load, so this does not appear to be specific to my plug-in code. What I already verified: Mach-O Type = Bundle arm64 architecture enabled Bundle structure exists correctly: *.InDesignPlugin/Contents/Info.plist *.InDesignPlugin/Contents/MacOS/[binary] Info.plist executable name matches binary name Plugin is code signed codesign --verify --deep --strict reports valid spctl and quarantine/security/privacy checks were tested Same rejection occurs on multiple Macs Security & Privacy

Hi how are you?Following an update, the cancellation process for one of the applications never seems to finish.I started updating my Adobe applications, but it was taking far too long. Since I don't use Premiere, I decided to cancel its update so that the installer could focus on Illustrator instead. However, the status has been stuck on "Cancelling..." for over two hours now.I tried opening Premiere, but it won't launch. I also tried uninstalling it, but that's not possible either. How fix it? Thanks

With Adobe continuosly changing the licensing and forcing customers to move to a subscription based model I want to download a full copy of my Photoshop Elements 2024. How can I do that? I guess it might be actually irrelevant as I would still need access to Adobe servers to activate it but I would like a full installer copy anyway. Anyone can help? Thanks

Hi, I need the direct download link (offline installer) for Adobe Bridge 2023 (v13) for macOS Monterey 12.7.6. The Creative Cloud app only shows newer incompatible versions. Could you provide the official installer link please?

I received an email from Adobe that says I can download Freelance, Business, and Stuff from Hoodzpah Design, free for a limited time. The “Redeem now” link does not work. I contacted Adobe support directly and they were unable to even understand what I was talking about. They referred me to this forum instead of helping directly. Here is the link itself.

Hello Adobe Support Team,We are a company that purchased a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. The software was registered and bound to an email address of a former employee who has already left the company. We no longer have access to that email account and have no records of it. However, this software is a company asset, and we have the full 24-digit serial number as well as the original Proof of Purchase (Invoice/Receipt with our company name).Could an Adobe engineer please assist us in freeing up this serial number from the unknown account so we can re-bind it to our HR department's management email? Please let me know how I can securely provide the serial number and the proof of purchase to you. Thank you!

Hi all, I have the following problem. I want to convert my thesis, a word '.docx' file, to PDF without loss of image quality. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to do so (without losing the cross-references links). I have Microsoft 365 on MacOS Tahoe 26.4. Additionally, I also have access to Acrobat Pro, as well as to a windows PC if really necessary (i.e., if only a windows solution is available). The images themselves are high quality inside word, but the problem only occurs upon conversion to PDF. I have already tried several solutions/settings suggested online, such as: Save as PDF in Mac printer menu (→ loss of cross-references) High fidelity + do not compress is selected in word settings → still loss of quality I have tried Acrobat PDF conversion online → loss of quality I have tried Acrobat PDF conversion on Mac → loss of quality I have tried LibreOffice export → loss of cross-references and formatting issues If you have any suggestions, please let me know; I am despe

Does Adobe Firefly have audio to go along with video? In particular, the Veo 3.1  has audio with different platforms.

I have just opened my creative cloud realised that my creative cloud system has been disabled as there is no subscription, although I have paid for the free 4 months and then will be billed yearly

When I set the Balance and Contrast value to 1 for any grayscale mask, a slight gradient forms at the edges of the mask, creating gray pixels on the metallic map. How can I avoid this? For example, for optimization purposes in some projects, the Metallic map should be made two-toned—either pure white (RGB 255,255,255) or pure black (RGB 0,0,0)—and no gray shades are allowed on the metallic texture.Regarding the example in the screenshot ^These are 9 rectangular polygons. in the UV map, they all overlap into a single one. I couldn't find anything in the Substance Painter settings, and various Google searches didn't turn up any answers. Are there any scripts or plugins that can remove this gradient?

keeps crashing

I wanted to ask if there is a prerelease version for IDS which is made available before the public release? The InDesign Server trial prerelease seems to have not been updated since years now. So what is the process currently? How do other folks supporting IDS solutions plan the updates?

Hello! Acrobat reader was linked to Google Drive, and in the application I deleted some files (I thought that they would only be deleted from Acrobat Reader) and they were deleted from all devices and from Google Drive. How it can be restored is very important....

This error message appears when I try to open LRC. The version I have is 15.3.1. I have exited LRC on my other laptop. I’ve also tried to uninstall LRC but it isn’t doing so. Any suggestions, please?

When I generate an image from the home page and copy the prompt, everything works fine. But after selecting the “more” option to choose the resolution size, the page says nothing is found. When I use the “image-generate image” option, my long prompt only uses about 25% of the text, and the rest of it doesn’t show. I can’t write beyond that point. Only the home page copies the full prompt, but after using the “more” option, the other page doesn’t display it. What’s going on.

There is no indication of how many credits are going to be consumed in generate sound effects.

I just updated Lightroom Classic and I just finished an edit. As I try to export I’m getting a dialog warning that AI Updates Required. What the heck is that all about? What am I supposed to do? I just edited the photos, and they are exactly as I want them. I don’t want anything “updating” or changing what I just spent hours editing. This is lunacy. Why am I getting this and what to do about it? Do I need to update to keep my photos as they are? Or will updating change them into something different, ruining the batch? This is terrible.

I’ve come across this before but it was not a big deal and I ignored it.  Today it would useful if I could use the same text box multiple times.  I would like to be able to control how the Dynamic Text is going to look, so I’d like to turn the copied Dynamic Text layer back to an old fashioned text box.  I have seen a reference to using the Escape key, but that is not working for me.  I’d also like to adjust the line spacing to give that ‘y’ descender more space, but I am not working out how to do that.  [EDIT] If it makes a difference, I nearly always use the beta version

When trying to open a recently created catalog in LR Classic 15.3.1 it crashes. This happens when opening one specific catalog under Tahoe 26.5.1. Other catalogs open just fine with no issues. This happens if I launch LR first then go to ‘Open Recent’ or if I double click on the catalog and try to open it through the finder. It is as if the catalog has been corrupted.

I have backed up my Lightroom Classic catalog about once a week since early 2020 using the popup when exiting Lightroom Classic. Ever since January 2023, I have been unable to backup my catalog as usual. Every time I have gone to backup the catalog since then, I receive the error message "(Lightroom was unable to back up the catalog named "Lightroom Catalog-v12") please check your folder permissions, and make sure that you have available space on your backup drive and main catalog's drive". STATS:Windows 10 Home Version 22H2Lightroom Classic Version 12.3Main catalog is located on C: drive with 235GB of free spaceBackup folder is located on B: drive with 985GB of free spaceLast successful backup was on January 14, 2023, named Lightroom Catalog-v12.zip, and is 1.8GB in sizeThe backup fails at roughly 70% completion and the last visible stage is "Compressing catalog backup" before receiving the popup error message After version 12.3 was released today, I updated and tried yet ag

I’m very new just trying to get started but don’t know where to start.
