Background: I was in the middle of restoring a Lightroom Classic catalog after a drive recovery. During the process, two folders got merged, let’s call them “June” and “July”.  Both folders exist correctly on my external drive.Current situation in Lightroom Classic 13.3:Only the June folder appears in the Folders panel It shows 1212 photos total — approximately 300 June images and 900 July images All images appear normal (no question marks or error badges), but they do have a white square that says Smart Preview.  All images have edits I need to preserve When I click "Show in Explorer" on a July image, it correctly shows the file in the July folder on disk But the metadata panel shows the June folder as the location When I try to drag July images to a different folder in LR, it says "All files selected are missing. No files can be moved."What I've already tried:Adding the July folder via Add Folder — resulted in 900 duplicate catalog entries, so I deleted the folderWhat I need:A safe w

hello, ı cant find rotobrush tool in tools part in the after effects 2026 can you help? thank you

I use the dropbox app to store and share files. Like Onedrive it creates a folder in which multiple people can access, add, modify and change files. You can see every file in the folder but they are just proxies that takes up no space. To use them you have to download them locally onto the computer, replacing the proxy file (on your end). The issue arrives when you open a project another person has created and you haven't downloaded all the files used in the project. After Effects gives the error "The source compression type is not supported. ( 86 :: 1 )" following up with another error window "file 'file_name.mp4' cannot be imported – this 'MooV' file is damaged or unsupported." One would think you just have to locate the files, download them and reopen the project. But After Effects will now hold a grudge against these files and give the same errors even though you have them downloaded locally. Trying to use 'replace file' or just reimporting them will give the same er

After applying an appearance style to a layer which contains multiple object sublayer, toggling the visibility of individual object layers on and off does not function properly. For example,  If I turn off visibility on one of the object sublayers, turning it back on will not make the object visible. This is an issue whether objects are in a group or not.

Hello Adobe Support / Community,I want to describe a serious ongoing issue with my Adobe account and subscriptions.Over the last few months, my account has been repeatedly affected by Adobe’s “fraud prevention” checks. Several paid subscriptions were cancelled or blocked with the reason “Fraudulent Account” / “potential fraud”, even though the subscriptions were purchased officially through Adobe and paid for. This has happened more than once. Previously, my Firefly subscription was also cancelled due to a similar fraud-related issue, and Adobe later provided compensation/free usage as an apology. Now the same situation is happening again.Current issues:Paid Adobe services have been cancelled or restricted. Creative Cloud / Illustrator and other included services are not working properly. Partner models / Firefly-related services have also been unstable or unavailable. Support keeps saying the case must be escalated or investigated, but we have already waited multiple times with no clea

Hi, I’m pretty new to this, but I’ve been following a bunch of the online guides.  I’m working on my first character puppet.  It’s a supervillain character.  I was able to get an unmasked version (Overseer Puppet) imported with front and ¾ views and got it so that the head is attached to the neck and the neck stays put at the bottom so it naturally moves when the head moves.  However, I’m running into problems with the masked version.  He’s got a hood and I thought I had all the layers right, but the neck is bolted to the head and nothing I do seems to be able to pin the bottom down.  I’ve tried both with the hood (Overseer Masked) and without (Overseer Masked No Hood) and even though it’s rigged the same way as the unmasked head, the neck isn’t behaving right.  I’ve included my project file with (hopefully) all applicable media.  I did notice that when the hood is on, the neck picks up the layer behind it (per the contour).  My goal here is to have the hood attached to the head but pi

Hello,I'm getting the "ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP\[folder name]\[doc name]' error when trying to generate a word output in RoboHelp 2026.03.13.  The issue seems to be isolated to a subset of topics within a larger help project. This subset was created with master pages (unlike the rest of the help project). I deleted the master pages. The output succeeds when I generate it with two given topics separately (one topic per generation attempt) but fails when I try to generate with both topics together. It fails at this point: merging HTML files. Here are the steps I've tried: clearing the RHTMP folder and restarting my computer, checking the topics for overlapping styles (inline plus CSS styles), changed out the style sheet for the default,  deleted this bit of code that is a relic of the master page: <meta name="template" />. In the output preset, changed out our custom Word template for the default. The output folder is one that

I have done a lot of research but still unsure of the best laptop to buy to run windows 11 and the photoshop app. The research led me to choose a processor (Intel core),  at least 32 GB of ram, SSD with at least 1TB storage, choose a screen size (16"?), make sure I have at least 1 A port and 1 C port, a microphone and headset jack, webcam and a SD card slot. I also want touchscreen. I can spend around $1500. I thought I found a match with the Dell Inspirion 16 plus model DB 16250 but it seems unfortunately that potential conflicts with dual GPU's and modified drivers could cause issues. The sales reps at the retail stores are clueless (it seems) as what they recommend doesn't add up when I come home and do the research. I WOULD so APPRECIATE it if ANYONE has any suggestions for the right laptop to purchase. I don't do crazy things in photoshop, I touch up my photos and sometimes do composite image work. THANK YOU FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS.

I got a trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro and I did cancel it prior any charge applied. Nevertheless, Adobe continued to charge me with the IA Assistant services. It has been impossible for me to contact Adobe to request the refund of 2 months incorrectly charged: I’m continuously sent to the Community, to a useless IA chat or to Q&As. This is a terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve encountered an issue where text underlines that were vectorized (pages having been exported to EPS) do not print correctly after being linked in another InDesign file and exported to PDF. Here’s the process below:Doc A pages exported as individual EPS files → EPS files linked into objects in Doc B → Doc B exported as a single PDF to be printed. The underlines appear in chunks of thicks and thins in both the PDF export and in print, but do not look this way in InDesign. This is not a local display issue that can be resolved by changes to preferences in Acrobat such as Smooth line art and Enhance thin lines, since it affects the printed document. The PDF export uses Standard: None and Compatibility: Acrobat 4 (PDF1.3). I’ve discovered that removing the Directional Feather effect on the containing object eliminates the “chunky” underline problem. However, that effect is sort of inherited from a previous volume and ideally would be kept.  Any insights as to why this effect is interacti

Dear Adobe Product Manager,I would like to submit a feature request regarding the AI Assistant feature in Adobe Acrobat. While I appreciate the innovation, I prefer not to use AI features in my daily workflow. The "Ask AI Assistant" prompt occupies valuable screen space and can be distracting, especially when working with documents for extended periods.I kindly request that Adobe provide users with an option to permanently disable or hide the AI Assistant interface, including preventing it from reappearing after application updates or restarts. This setting should be easy to find and remain persistent unless the user chooses to enable the feature again.Giving users greater control over the interface would significantly improve the experience for those who prefer a clean, distraction-free workspace.Thank you for considering this suggestion. I hope Adobe will include this option in a future release.

I have installed adobe acrobat reader 26.001.21662, and open a e-book which contains chinese character at the menu section (on the right hand side), the Chinese character becomes box and cannot be shown. How could I do to resolve the problem ??

Yesterday it started with Lightroom for ios on ipad showing error “image missing” with error code t20200914 “too many levels of symbolic links code 62”. Then tried accessing via web on lightroom.adobe.com which initially showed photos but not that specific photo with error “proxy image missing”. Now on lightroom.adobe.com not only those images, but the whole album is just empty screen, as well as many other older albums as well as the “All Photos” on top, even though it shows 19k photos there, clicking on it opens an empty screen. Please fix, the whole point of using cloud was because could trust that it is going to be reliable, that confidence is now being severely tested.

I have 15 separate pdfs that need to be dated. I would like to write the date once in the correct font and size and copy and paste it to the other 15 files. Acrobat will not let me paste outside of the file that I copied the text. How to fix?

When creating a linear or radial gradient in the masks section, the 3 dots menu for more options stopped working since the last Lightroom update. I used to be able to do things like invert the mask under the more options menu but that is not functional now with the latest update. This feature is fundamental for my work.
