I have a new laptop, but whenever i try to import user settings im having the error “Incompatible locale detected. Please choose a valid file to proceed”. both versions are updated to the latest : 21.4.1 x64

All my settings in CC and acrobat desktop (mac) is in english language. It seems så fare that this is only happening on parts of Acrobats services… Anyone that knows what is wrong? Started yesterday, while i started making several links for review to a client. Some om them are not being possible to generate, asking med to type a name of the link, because the service does not get the indesign documents name automatically.Thanks in advance!

Hi all,is it possible to get an answer from Adobe support regarding files saved as .pdf in Illustrator?I found dozens of answers online, but since I'm making a presentation for my company about moving to 1FF (1 File Folder) instead of 2 files (.ai and .pdf),I need some kind of official statement about pros and cons for both versions.From my experience in the previous positions (pharma packaging), I worked with only .pdf and we never had any problem with it. To make things more clear, I'm in the medical devices packaging industry now and things are pretty strict here, and everything has to go through many approvals before it can be used in practice.I hope to get an answer to this from someone at Adobe if it's possible. Of course, help from anyone in the community is appreciated.Thank you.Tommy

I tried to upgrade my subscription plan. The payment was successfully charged from my account, but my plan did not change. I also did not receive any confirmation email or invoice.I already contacted support through chat but did not receive any help.Could you please tell me where I can contact someone in writing regarding this issue?

Ya tengo todo al día, pero no me ha llegado nada y la tarjeta es la correcta y me avisaron sobre el reembolso pero nada que llega

The  plugin is basically an enterprise policy restriction to share files by users. The application that holds the PDF writes a boolean attribute to the file's XMP file. The plugin we create will read the XMP and based on the Boolean either allows or disables the access to create a copy of the file (Save as, export, print).More robust solution is underway but that will need time and we need a stop gap solution. So, we are going with a plugin that will be deployed by the IT to all client machines. The XMP file will be written by the application that stores or the PDF file with a Boolean attribute that will regulate if users can create a copy of not.In my plugin I need to read the XMP file and based on the value either allow or disable the option to create a copy. We are not worried about the usability here just that it needs to do the job anyway. This is a stop gap solution.We are good with all the code. Only question is how to enable our custom Adobe plugin? As we have not been able to

Why?.

in this new version of Premiere (currently in 26.3) all the masks function so differently.I use a lot of masks in my documentary editing to crop archival photos and such and this new change is really throwing me off!!!  All I need is a simple circle mask and it wants it make it oval anytime I adjust the size! the size does not adjust easily or proportionally, but rather creates a weird, wonky shape that’s useless. has anyone found a way to work with these new MASKS? what’s the deal?

before anybody else says anything I’ve done the edit>preference [removed] so don’t start. i have tried to open a image (it’s a png but that really doesn’t matter.) and all it does is crash it. not only that but since I’ve had it both it and creative cloud cause my computer to stall and freeze. creative cloud says in needs repair but it gives you error messages when you click repair and unless and the only way to get the computer and my web browser from freezing and moving slow is to end the tasks in task master. this is driving me nuts. this is a six year old laptop with about 128 gigs of storage i don’t know any other specs as i am not that much of a geek

I want to check if the 'myPar' paragraph style exists.When it is in the group, return trueBut when it is within a certain group, it is not recognized.Where is the problem?var ifStyEx = styleExist("myPar", "allParagraphStyles")//Check if the style existsfunction styleExist(stn, astc) { var d = app.activeDocument; for (var i = 0; i < d[astc].length; i++) { if (d[astc][i].name == stn) { //style = d[astc][i]; //break; return true; } else { return alert("No exist"); } }}

How come the money deducted frommy account the same dayI activated my subscription when there was 7days trial. Please refund that into my account as that was written as a trial.

I have upgraded my Adobe subscription from Acrobat to Acrobat Pro specifically to make use of the measurement tool. However, when I go into work on a pdf the measurement tool is not available. I have double checked my subscription, done updates on and restarted my MacBook, sign out and then back in to Adobe, checked to ensure Acrobat is the default and nothing has worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

【バグ】24.4にアップすると画像の入った画像ボックスをキーオブジェクトとして選択できない。他の選択が解除されてしまう。---【bug】After upgrading to version 24.4, it becomes impossible to select an image box containing an image as a key object.

I have upgraded my Adobe subscription from Acrobat to Acrobat pro, specifically to enable me to use the measurement tool. However, when I go into the app on my MacBook, it only offers me the use of the base level Acrobat. I have signed out, then back in again, done updates on my laptop, restarted my laptop, checked that my Mac is running the Acrobat app rather than the’Adobe Reader’, and nothing has worked. Any advice would be much appreciated.thanks 😊

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017.  I used word to create a document then made it into a PDF.  Then made it fillable form with no problem.  I filled out some information for a client, emailed it to her and she dated the document.  Once it was returned to me everything I typed and the date the client entered appears doubled. Hi,I’m trying to build a shape layer that adapts to the longest length between two text layers, but is limited to 850 pixels in size. Everything functions as it should until I add the clamp expression. The error “expression result must be of dimension 2, not 1” pops up on the first line. How can I fix it, or is there a better way to approach adding a limit to the size of the shape? const line1 = thisComp.layer("First & Last Name, PhD"); // reference top line text layer const line2 = thisComp.layer("Title or Position"); // reference bottom line text layerconst boxWidth = Math.max(line1.sourceRectAtTime().width, line2.sourceRectAtTime().width) + 220; // compares the length of both text layers and returns the larger of the two including padding and leadingconst boxHeight = line1.sourceRectAtTime().height + line2.sourceRectAtTime().height + 120; // height of box including padding[boxWidth, boxHeight];clamp(boxWidth, 0, 850);Thanks in advance!

I am not able to select multiple object in layer showing on most right, no layer options while i double click or right mouse click on layer. please add this option to make our life easy. As we are adobe users, we mostly select multiple objects / layer by pressing SHIFT key. on artboard of adobe express we can select multiple objects by using mouse click + shift but in some sort of case if a bigger object on FRONT then we can not catch smaller on the same artboard by mouse click. so please add SHIFT for multiple object selection on layer.

I'm currently working on redesigning a herbal wellness website that offers products such as herbal powders, and immune-support supplements. My goal is to create a clean, trustworthy experience that helps visitors easily discover products while also learning about their traditional uses and benefits.One challenge I'm facing is organizing product categories. Some products fit into multiple wellness goals such as digestion, immunity, and daily wellness, so I'm unsure whether to focus on product types or health-support categories in the navigation.I'm also looking for suggestions on presenting educational content alongside product pages. Would expandable sections, comparison tables, or infographic-style layouts improve engagement without making pages feel cluttered?Finally, what are some effective ways to build trust visually for a natural wellness brand? I'm considering ingredient-focused graphics, educational illustrations, and simplified product benefit cards.I'd appreciate any UX/UI re
