How do I request a refund???I missed my cancelation for my free trail by a week. Adobe said I was screwed and had to commit to my 1 year subscription at $20 a month. I didnt even find the trail useful and forgot about it. I paid $20 a month for a year for something I never used and I couldnt get out of it. The year is finally up and I got charged again.  I want my money back. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any product.  Scam

I’m trying to renew my Creative Cloud teacher plan, but the academic verification link provided by Adobe does not work (it does not load or redirect to SheerID).I have tested this across multiple browsers, devices, and private/incognito sessions, and the issue persists.This appears to be a system issue on Adobe’s side, as the verification process cannot be initiated.I contacted support, but they were also unable to initiate or provide a working verification method. Instead, I was advised to cancel my current plan and repurchase.This does not resolve the underlying issue and effectively shifts the burden of a failed verification system onto the customer, with the risk of paying a higher price.My current charge is $38.58, while support referenced $42.89, which does not match my billing.I’m not comfortable canceling my plan due to a system issue that is preventing verification.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to obtain a working verification link without canceling the curr

My download is still not arrived after a 16 hour wait. Not happy might ask for refund. Nev going to use Adobe again.

I know there’s already the polystar options file but there’s no documentation on what I can actually write in the xml file. I’ve looked everywhere online does anyone know anything about this?

What does Adobe Acrobat do with the content it translates with AI? Does it keep or save it somewhere? Does it use to train its AI? Does it ANY use with it? Ideally, it should not even get out of my computer or be saved. I learned I can disable Cloud Storage sync so it does not save. I tried to ask the representative and after I asked a little more it disconnected itself and sent me to the Financial Department which I did not ask to go. I urge ADOBE to be very clear and honest with what it does truly with the data translated in Acrobat.

Before the 18th, my InDesign program was working fine. My subscription is fine, computer didn't have an update, no one else uses my computer, but on the 18th, it suddenly popped up with these errors: "Cannot load the PATH TYPE.RPLN plug-in. It is dependent on the GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in, which failed to load. Please check documentation for the GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in." "Cannot load the PATH TYPE UI.RPLN plug-in. It is dependent on the GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in, which failed to load. Please check documentation for the GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in." I tried uninstalling & reinstalling, I tried checking if my pc needed an update and updated that. I tried searching for the same results to see if others had the same issue, but I could not find anything. Please, if anyone has any answers, I would love to try it! I've got several projects that I need to start/finish. 😞   {Renamed by MOD}

Upgraded to 2026.03.13 yesterday to see if it fixed previous issues.Failing to hide conditioned text: FixedExact search retuning double results: Not fixedThis morning in the process of publishing a help file I found a new issue that I have confirmed in 3 different documents on two different projects that was not an issue before 2026.03.13.The issue is this: I am getting an extra page at the end of my PDF documents. It is a blank page formatted using the common layout.It appears after my back matter.I have deleted my backmatter and it was still there. I deleted all the articles and it was still there. Even with the only thing in my document being my TOC in my front matter, I have a blank page added to the end of the document that is formatted using common layout.Here is what the extra page looks like: Here is the TOC for that and you can see there are no common pages included. It is front matter with TOC and empty backmatter. I have tried this with multiple PDF outputs on one project an

On March 23 I was billed $119 ad $250.67. I called the company on March 24 to inquire why the extra $250 charge. I was told that I would receive help and the representative then CHANGED my subscription to yearly and charged me $1,848.19 AND another $188.04. Since March 24, I have called every day and chatted with the company. They have only refunded $616.06 and $249.30 to date which leaves $1,515.49 left. Today March 31, they charged me another $1,232.13! I have reported the company to the FTC and BBB. My next move is to file a civil complaint to obtain the rest of the unauthorized debits/charges to my business account. Because of this incompetence I have had to withhold payroll from my employees for the past 2 weeks! Every representative I talk to says the same thing - they understand and that the refund has been processed. Well it hasn’t and the company keeps charging. Worst experience EVER.

My request e-signature tool doesn’t work on either the desktop or web app. I have an Adobe Pro subscription through my workplace and I am logging in using the business profile.  On the desktop app, I get an error message saying ‘Authentication Failed’ when I try and use the tool:When I logged in to the web app, I received a message saying that the Request E-Signature tool isn’t available on my profile (same message appears on both business and personal profiles):When I try and click on the tool in the web app, it says it is temporarily unavailable and to try again later: None of my colleagues have this issue and can use the request signature function as normal. I have checked the admin console and I definitely have a Pro license. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, I have tried signing in and out multiple times, and I have tried restarting my laptop. No luck. Hoping someone here might have a solution?

Hi, I had issues with Scriptlistener not making logs for years and gave up trying to fix I do need the ActionDescriptor when a Mask is being transformed and moved, basically the equivalent of app.activeDocument.selection.translate(x,y);Asking for this instead of using the above code since for some reason my code keeps breaking under suspendHistory, so giving AM a go.

I’ve just had an unfortunate occurrence of Acrobat 2025 crashing on my PC about 10 seconds after starting. - Which was thoroughly annoying and unforeseen. I had to uninstall and re-install as repair did nothing. (And yes, I was quick enough to get to that menu item eventually - after the fifth try) My question is why was I give the option to save or export preferences at any point?  I really don’t to have to mess around with the register in order to back things up. Is Adobe trying to make things as difficult as possible to get back where you where (after such incidents)?

Normally I can make a rectangle, round the corners then select a corner anchor to move and change the shape while keeping the integrity and editablilty of rounded corners. I haven't changed anything, but all of the sudden clicking on any corner anchor causes the shape to automatically expand, meaning each corner now has 2 rounded anchors. It's as if I'm clicking the Expand button, but I'm not. Any ideas what's happening here?

After working for hours on a paper and reading writing all my comments and highlights of have been deleted. I don't know now, the app closed suddenly and when I reopened it appeared untouched as if I had just downloaded the paper and I can't even fix that or rewrite because I genuinely don't remember some motes or comments I have been on this paper for days.

Hello Adobe Community, I would like to cancel my 7-day free Adobe Acrobat trial (which runs out in 5 days). But I am unable to access the ‘plans’ page under ‘plans and payment’ in the settings. The page just doesn’t load. I tried it with Brave, Microsoft Edge and Firefox, all with cleared history & cache, but nothing works. Here is a screenshot:  Please help me out. I asked the chatbot, but it just sends me a link to the page above, which I can’t load, lol. Can’t afford to be charged right now. Thanks.

I have a form that calculates fees for a permit. Everything works perfect and calculates the total accurately.  My problem is that I have a radio button set up next to the total that is a simple yes/no. If yes is checked, it is supposed to double the total fee. If no is checked, the total fee should remain as is. I have tried every variation I can think of and read all the forums I can find. It seems like it should be extremely simple but I am stuck.  Any advice?

I am being forced to reset my password every couple of weeks because I’m being accused of sharing my account. This is really annoying. I have a laptop and a desktop in the SAME ROOM!! I do most of my work on the laptop for the sake of convenience and mobility, but on many occasions have to use the desktop to handle some of the more intense files...plus it has the advantage of a much larger screen to work on. I paid for the subscription to install and work on 2 devices. Why should I have to sign out of one to work on the other? In fact, I often will be working with Illustrator on the laptop, then go to the desktop to view the file I’m working on with the large monitor, then back to the laptop because I may have to go mobile. THIS IS NOT SHARING MY ACCOUNT! IT’S HOW I DO MY WORK! PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!
