Solved

I've found a number of tutorials on this subject, but they all reference earlier versions of AE and don't apply to the current one.  In particular, they end up modifying the AdobeCleanFontSize property which I'm unable to find in AE 2025.  I'd also like to increase the size of the UI icons.  Any tips greatly appreciated.

Hi, I created a presentation with many links to many folders. However, many of the folders and links therein were not used in the presentation. To expedite the bibliography process, I was wondering if I could package the project and maintain the folder structure in which each asset is stored, to come up with a list of all the folders/sources actually used. Thanks for any suggestions/ideas.

Hi first time posting,  I wasn't sure where to direct this problem or what community discussion to put into.A week ago this started happening to my Creative Cloud Software. This problem is mostly present in CC and Premiere.PremiereThe timeline is glitching and won't play forward despite the video preview working. But can be previewed normally once the timeline in the Preview window is manipulated. Though, other software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat are okay.Resolutions done:Repair CC.Fresh Reinstalls for all Adobe Software.PC Load testedChange Interface Colors.By any chance has anyone experienced this? Thanks in advance, and apologies again if this isn't the right forum to post into

Quero reembolso da cobrança feita em minha fatura

Hello, the school where I teach is not displayed. I can't choose these. That's why I've already contacted the support, but the bot can't help me or tell me when there are office hours for real people, who said my school will certainly be added later. But it did not - now you have charged me the full price, although I am entitled to a discount for the teacher.---Guten Tag, die Schule an der ich unterrichte wird nicht angezeigt.

What is purpose of having two zoom-in?

I am unsure if it is a bug or an exporting issue going over my head, but I am creating some basic animations for a client; however, no matter what I do, the solid background color changes to the wrong hex value.I know this is not a media player issue because the issue remains the same if I export it as a .mov (ProRES) or .mp4 (H.264). I bring both exports to After Effects and confirm using the eyedropper. The correct Hex code value I am looking for is #1414D2 (it's blue). However, my exports bring out #1314D1. Which is very close, but my client is VERY SPECIFIC. I watched this video (VIDEO) as well as others that seemed to help with the issue, but this still didn't solve it.     I've changed color settings and export settings, the opacity of the solid/shape (making sure it is 100%), working color space, project settings, bit depth, assuming working gamma, output module settings, bit rate settings, preserve RGB (on/off), and I have watched tutorials with people runni

I have designed a 2 page form. The tab order was not how it was supposed to be so I started changing it.Page 1 is all fine and it went smooth. When I got to page 2 however it stopped working. No matter what I do, I cannot change the tab order for any of the fields on page 2.I tried again on page 1 and that still works fine. What is wrong with my 2nd page that is not allowing me to change the taborder?

Hello,I've been having a problem with the Frame.io extension since today. It simply doesn't work anymore, and it's impossible to connect to the service via Premiere or After Effect. An error message appears asking you to reload the extension and restart it.Despite this, it doesn't work.Am I the only one? Thanks in advance for your help

I helped this user to change his PC few months ago, I am pretty sure he has his signature on his Adobe ID sync since he can retrieve his signature on that moment. This time, I help him to migrate his Windows login profile due to internal change,  then the user sign-in the Acrobat, and found his signature lost in his Adobe ID. Cannot find in both company PC and his personal iPAD apps.So please advise how to help him, and thing can restore the data from Adobe support? Thanks.

Bonjour, je viens de voir un débit après la fin de mon essai gratuit. Je pensais avoir résilié à temps et je suis en difficulté financière. Pouvez-vous annuler l’abonnement et accorder un remboursement exceptionnel ?

Sometimes in Sign, happening across multiple users/computers and both Edge and Chrome, as each signature field is filled in the “next” prompt fails to progress to the final field.  The final field does not display and is not clickable, but the validation is intact so the document cannot be finalized, it recognizes that there is one field remaining.  The issue can sometimes be resolved by refreshing the page without making any changes to the document.Looking for an explanation as to why this might be happening and if there are preventative measures.

Since updating to 2021 over a month ago, my workspace keeps resetting.  When I open a file, sometimes it opens with my default, chosen workspace.  Sometimes, however, it opens with no toolbars showing and I have to manually go to Window --> Workspace --> Default.  (Default is the name of the workspace I created with my workspace set as I want it.)  How do I set it so that my chosen workspace is the workspace that always opens?  It's so frustrating to have to open it up nearly every time I open a file because it's not defaulting to that workspace!

How do I use my new custom model that I created? When I go to generate a new image there is no mention of custom models in the pull down menu

es soll ein song sein der gegen jemand ist und ich hab den text dafur

I don’t believe any more detail would describe my issue to get it resolved

I have been using a font – Prenton RP Pro – for a numbers of years for a regular publication. I installed it from Adobe via Creative Cloud. It comes in 10 weights/versions.Last week i started getting errors for missing fonts. Indesign has changed the name of the font from “Prenton RP Pro” to “Prenton RP Pro (OTF)” and has split it into two groups: one with Black and Black Italic weights, and one with the other 8 weights in it (Light, Regular, Italic etc). I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the font family, checked Font Book for conflicting installations (none), have tried restarting machine and Creative Cloud in various orders, all to no avail. My colleague has no problem with his font (showing as a group of 10 weights of Prenton RP Pro - without the (OTF)). The problem is that if he opens a file I have worked on, it shows font errors and vice versa. We can no longer work on the same documents, which is proving impossible. I don’t know where to go from here. Advice appreciated

Hello, for the purposes of Poland - Ireland tax treaty  I would like to request for a Certificate of tax residence for Adobe Systems Ireland Ltd for years 2025 and 2026. Thank you for you help.

When I create a new collection in Lightroom Classic 15.2 in order to sync photos from my Mac to other devices (iPad + iPhone), sometimes none of the photos will sync, sometimes a couple only will. What is strange is that if I stay in the Collection folder and make a virtual copy of an “unsyncable” photo and make edits to it, that virtual copy will get synced, but the original photo will remain unsynced. When I look at “diagnostic” in the Synch section of the settings, all it will say under “Error/Synch details” is “Image”, which is not helpful at all. I’ve tried rebuilding the sync data more than once, but it didn’t work. I never used to have sync problems before 15.2, so I hope this can be fixed. Thanks!

Please note that in 2026.01 the logic of AND/OR in Condition Expressions has been reversed. The issue is described in this post. You can either amend all your expressions or wait for an update that Adobe are working on.Also note that a minitoc in the right panel of a frameless skin will work locally but not in a published output on a server. That too is being worked on.There is further information on my site regarding your options.See https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp/Issues/Issues.htmMy site www.grainge.org includes many free Authoring and RoboHelp resources that may be of help.

Ps 27.5 update has been pushed to my CC app, but I can’t seem to find any release or fixed issue notes in the usual “What’s New” page or anywhere else on the web. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I prefer to know the details before I update.

Hi,Is there a way to cut a shape into another shape e.g. circle but keep the gradient as on the example on the left rather than having Illustrator re-applying the gradient into each part of the resulting new shape? Can the gradient despite the new cut-out shape still be continuous as it is on the left? I’ve tried applying a clipping mask with a larger shape with the continuous gradient etc. but nothing has worked. The result turns withe.Thanks.
