Solved

When I click on a tool in my toolbar (e.g. brushes) - the sub-settings for the tools are only half accessible. They are slowly inching up the screen and becoming inaccessible. I cannot possibly change the brush size or edit the smoothing. It seems to get worse every day… I’m working on a windows laptop.I have tried seeing if I can drag it down with my pen or mouse - nothing. It’s stuck. I have tried fiddling with the settings - nothing seems to work (also, there aren’t many settings anyway?) I have tried shutting the app and restarting it. I have tried restarting the computer. I have tried ‘repairing’ the app through windows. I want to avoid ‘reinstalling’ if I can - in case I am going to lose my brushes? Will my brushes get deleted if I reinstall the app, or are they saved in the cloud settings?Has anyone had this issue? Thanks!

This is a problem I've had for years, I can't find a solution online so I thought I would document it to share and start a dialogue. I just want to be able to move my selections by small amounts again! Snapping is not enabled, this is photoshop 2024, but I've had the same issue with older versions of photoshop. Is this just a setting tick box I've missed? I've documented it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9UlmjevH-8

Since some time my ADE 4.5 will not open. It appears on the taskbar, and putting my cursor on it I get a picture of it as it it should look if fully opened, but when clicking on it nothing happens; the program does not come up on the screen. Since several months back I am running Windows 10 and have installed all offered updates, but I don't think that is what is causing the problem, which has only started recently. Or could it perhaps have been caused by a recent Windows 10 update?

I’m facing a payout issue and would really appreciate your help. Here’s exactly what happened step by step:On August 13, I successfully connected my Payoneer account to my Adobe Stock contributor account.I then made a payout request. Normally, when using Skrill in the past, my payments would arrive within 7 days. With Payoneer, I expected a similar timeline, but even after 11 days, I did not see any upcoming payment notification inside my Payoneer account. The payout still shows as pending in my Adobe Stock dashboard.Thinking something was wrong, I disconnected my Payoneer account from Adobe Stock. Now, when I try to reconnect the same Payoneer account, I get the error message:“Payout Information not accepted – Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile.”My Payoneer account is fully active and verified with no restrictions. The issue seems to be on the Adobe Stock side, possibly because the payout was already in process when I disconnected the acco

I create forms with multiple fields. Fields are set up the same way by type. So my text fields are multi-line with scrolling, spell-check and rich text enabled. All Actions, Format, Validation and Calculate options are set the same. Obviously, the positions vary and the name field differs, however, the other options are identical in these tabs.On occasions, some of the fields will accept input and when you click away the field looks blank. If you click on the field it shows the text which was entered. In the same Adobe PDF form, some fields will have this issues while others work perfectly.I changed all my form fields to use "Auto" font size, which appear to make the forms more stable. Now, I found this doesn't always work.I recently tried to find information on best practices, causes, troubleshooting or anything that could help me ensure stable forms. I have found nothing except change the font size, which I had already guessed at as noted. My latest guess to correct the problem is to

I was told that my Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan for student and teachers has expired and renewed at the standard rate. In 2020 I received a teacher discount even though I was a retired teacher. For a period of time, in 2020 Adobe was more flexible on the educational requirements. I would like to ask Adobe to extend my teacher discount. I have proof that I am a retired teacher. I taught Adobe products at several colleges from 1990-2011. Any suggestions on who to contact? Even if it is a long shot, I would like to state my case. I believe it has merit. Thank you, Margaret Phanes.

I'm not a fan of when people right click on a clip on the timeline and choose "gain" to decrease volume of a clip because it makes the waveform height go down and look smaller. thats what I love about changing the volume in the effects control tab, it doesnt reduce the size of the waveforms...... until now..... This seems like a bug and makes it a lot more difficult to see definitive waveform patterns when the waveform lengths get smaller when i reduce the volume. Please fix this. This just started happening last week.In Word I have added alt text to images. Create a pdf - no alt text. used “Save As Adobe PDF”, Acrobat plugin: “Create PDF”  and “Create PDF and Run Action: Make Accessible”. All same result - no alt text. Tried different images.btw asked other people to create PDF - the alt text is in the PDF. Any ideas of what is going wrong?

I ran into a problem yesterday with placed images in my document not showing up properly when I exported the file to PDF. It was only some of the pictures, not all of them. At first I thought that there was something wrong with the original image files, so I re-saved them and even went so far as to delete the placed images and place them again. I reset the preferences. Nothing worked.Until now. I’m posting this in case anyone else runs into this problem. It turns out that the fill color of the rectangle behind the placed images had been accidentally set to spot color. Deleting that swatch and replacing it with a regular color swatch fixed everything. Hope this helps.

Firefly was struggling to generate an accurate image based on prompt. when I finally got something close I used the edit function. however when I tried to edit with a reprompt I got an alert that the image that firefly created was in violation of the user guidelines.

I had been working on a project containing quite a bit of objects within it, and when i try to open the file it gets stuck in loading and has no progress. The program becomes unresponsive and i have to force it to close. I have seen someone else post about it but there wasnt a solution, response or explination in response to their issue. Been having a lot of issues with this program for some time, and it doesnt seem like the updates fix any of the existing problems that keep arising.

I have a Mac Studio with 32 gigs ram. When closing PDFs that are on my local drive, you get the spinning color wheel for several seconds. I can't understand why this app needs so much time to just close a document. Does anyone know of some settings that speed this app up? These are PDF files of like 4-6 megs in size and this should be so slow.Thank you!

Earlier today I was working on some projects with the normal version that has been the same since I've been using it on my other account for a long time now now an update happens I'm forced out of my account having to create a new one and now this version only lets me Use it in landscape and it's completely a very frustrating experience trying to find and just everything when I was so used to using the old way the very least you could've did was have a classic mode where people could transition back to the old version while working on their projects and then slowly learn a new way just forcing us to try to use this horrible update which I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one complaining about it cause I'm looking at every messenger board all over social media and people are mad. Honestly think I'm about to just cancel my entire account not even doing this to get my way or whatever I'm seriously thinking about looking at other competitors because whatever this software is it is Not very u

I want to delete my account but I can't because I own an organization and I'm the only administrator and contract owner. I created the account for fun, and I don't have a business. I also don't have any active subscriptions. I've already tried messaging people and contacting customer support but all I've gotten is links for how to delete my account even though those don't work for my situation. I wondering if someone who works at adobe can delete my account for me since I can't do it myself?

I have Adobe Creative Cloud and can open my document in Acrobat using my password that I created.  But when I open my document with my password in Acrobat and click on EDIT, it asks for the password again but won’t accept it.  I click CANCEL and tells me that it’s a secured document.  I clearly have the password or it wouldn’t have opened in the first place.  There is no other password.  So what’s the problem here?  I’ve found suggestions saying to go into setting to change the security etc, but it again asks for the password to unlock the document, so that clearly isn’t the fix for this. Why won’t Acrobat let me edit my own document?
