Solved

Not sure this is the best forum to ask, but because I’m searching for a previously watched session that was very helpful in some editing techniques, I’d like to find it. The Adobe MAX homepage gives me 2025, but I need to go back further, perhaps 3 years. Any suggestions? I know the presenter’s name - Christine Steele.Thanks.

After I Import a video into Premiere Pro the audio is slower than normal. I was able to fix this by speeding it up to 900%, but I only have a few seconds of audio because most of it was cut off. So my question is, how can I stop the audio from getting slowed down?

I've written to the support, but after 3 weeks there is no answer (I can't find any reason). They blocked me when I ordered 1st payment - so be aware people.

my text disappears after i delete a paragraph  marker. the rest of the document disappears. it is weird. i have made the invisible text visible and see nothing weird in the formatting. It can be pages and pages of text.  I am up to date on the app and i don’t see how to fix it. the language is persian.

Adjusting the Brush Hardness slider causes Photoshop v27.5 to completely hang. The UI becomes unresponsive until the window is minimized and restored. After restoring, the slider value remains unchanged.Device: Lenovo ThinkPad P15 Gen 1GPU: NVIDIA Quadro T1000 (Studio Driver 573.91)OS: Windows 11Interaction with the Hardness slider triggers a full application freeze. The freeze is temporarily bypassed by toggling the window (Minimize/Restore), but the setting isn't applied.Comparison: Version 27.3 exhibited slight lag during the same action but functioned correctly. Version 27.5 is unusable in this regard. No effect:Toggling "GPU Compositing" in Performance settings.Testing with both a mouse and a stylus (Windows Ink is disabled).Request:This appears to be a regression in the UI rendering engine specifically affecting Quadro T1000 hardware or similar Turing-based mobile workstation GPUs. Please investigate the compatibility of the new "Native Canvas" or UI overlay system with these drive

Did Adobe recently get a new CEO or something? They have been making interface changes to EVERYTHING. Adobe Collage Maker used to be super simple to use, but now they have [cursing removed] and I can't figure out how to load MY OWN photos to quickly create a collage. First, they "redesigned" Acrobat to be completely unusable, and now this?? If anyone in charge at Adobe is reading this: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, please stop changing the apps so that we need to take a lesson every time we want to use any of your products!!

If I create an Article by selecting All on a page, will a text item such as title or heading that’s on a parent page be included? Or do I have to override the parent page text box before it gets included in the reading order in an exported PDF? Same question about an image on a parent page? Mac OS 15.7.4 Sequoia InDesign 21.3

I previously asked this question when I was using the mirror tool and last time by expanding my objects after the mirror tool was used, it allowed the mirror to be released. This time it still keeps the left and right side as two separate objects. I can't use the live paint tool as a result. Any reason this is happening? expand appearance is always grayed out (not sure why as this worked the first time) so I just used expand.

Always suddenly shut down Adobe Acrobat Reader when I try to paste things as comments. I can't do anything.   I can’t make comments / edit documents. so annoying

Hey, I have the paid version of the app. Still could not download my edited videos from the app.

Using Elements 2026.  I would like to take just the face shown in photo 1 and use it to replace the face in Photo 2.  I’m pretty good at selecting and enhancing, but I’ve never swapped things between two photos.Photo 1Photo 2

Hi! My Portfolio website was recently deactivated because my subscription had been moved to a different account last year. So I decided to remake the website on my active account. My active (and previous) plan was purchased through Surfspot, a Dutch site that offers deals for students. Recently Adobe introduced the profiles and honestly, I haven't checked it out properly and I haven't come across issues so far.  However today I had to pick a profile during login that I would use to create my new website on & I picked the one with my email instead of AdobeSurfspot Operational Console. But now I can't publish my website because it says I don't have an active plan on that account. So then I tried to figure it out and I saw that the Creative Cloud plan that I have is attached to AdobeSurfspot Operational Console, and not my actual email/account.  So my question now is, how do I bring the portfolio created on my personal profile to the Console profile? I'm not really

Dear all,   several years ago (2012?) I bought a CS4 + upgrade to CS 5.5. Everything was running fine, when I have moved to new PC I have deactivated the licence and I have activated the new one on the new computer. The process is clear for me. One month ago my computer crashed and I must reinstall OS without deactivation. During installation I just repeated the procedure and here we go. It ended there: I have in my hands two original DVDs and the serial keys. But I can’t deactivate the previous installed copy on OS which is no longer existing. Is there any option how to save the licence? I’m no longer freelancer but I’m still using the software (which was not really cheap) for some personal projects. Official support told me, that they don’t have an access to tools for deactivation of old software on their side. I don’t would like to believe that I have to throw approx 2 000 $ software to the trash due to this failure… Any inputs are welcome. Thank you very much for your support! Jose

I have an old perpetual license for FrameMaker 11. It refuses to load as of yesterday, saying the serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. Note it was running fine, then suddenly it stopped. I think it was after I’d updated my macbook Pro (Tahoe 26.3.1, Parallels 26.2.2, Windows 11) so maybe somehow the Adobe Application Manager thinks this is a new machine. I lost access to one activation several years ago when a laptop stopped working and I recycled it. I’ve tried getting adobe to reset my activation count, but multiple chats resulted in agents not understanding the problem (they refer me to resetting activations in the ‘internal dashboard’, and of course FM isn’t on the Adobe dashboard) or just dropping the conversation. I wrote to techcomm@adobe.com and tcssup@adobe.com (also about not being able to run the FM17 installer), but haven’t heard back. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

I would like to purchase/enroll in an online course for Photoshop Elements 2026.  I’ve been fumbling my way around for the past few years and now I want to take a real class.  When I searched for classes I found: How to Gurus, Udemy, Bring your own laptop, Ed2GO, TeachUcomp, and a few others.  Do any of you have any recommendations? And do any of these courses have a feature where I can email or speak directly with a tutor when I have a question?
