I have Windows 11. It works fine in Corel Painter and Rebelle 8. Whats up with this? I have the latest Wacom driver which I just reinstalled. Always keep up with the latest Windows and Adobe app updates. 

Dear Lightroom Cecosystem (Cloud-based) Community, I am baffled by a current need and thought that perhaps someone here could help. I have an external HD with hundreds of folders, each corresponding to different events. Each folder contains many image files for each event indicated by the folder: For example:*External HD**Event 1 (folder)***Event 1 (image files)**Event 2 (folder)***Event 2 (image files)**Event 3 (folder)***Event 3 (image files) I'd like to find a method by which to quickly create Albums in Adobe Lightroom (currently using v9.1) that correspond to the folder names in my HD. Without this, I have to create each album manually and import the images into each newly created album. This is extremely time intensive and it seems like there should be an easier way to migrate a folder/image structure on an external HD to the folder/album/image structure in Adobe Lightroom.  I've done a bunch of research but can't seem to find a solution. My MS Surface Pro won't import MP4 files taken with a Sony A6600.   What's worse, any folder containing MP4 files will prevent ALL photos from importing.  If I pick a folder without any MP4 files - all good.   But any folder containing an MP4 file locks up the entire folder. However, on my Dell XPS 9500 - Everything works - all MP4s import as expected - no issues.The surface runs an ARM processor, which Adobe says isn't supported yet, but it notes that the Intel versions should work. Is there any way to filter the import so it will not try and import MP4s - I will have to separate videos into a separate folder in the meantime. Here are the detailsSurface PC Specs  = Dell specs afterwards Microsoft Surface Pro 12in Copilot PC 11th EditionProcessor Snapdragon X Plus (8-core) @ 3.30 GHz (3.24 GHz)Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processorPen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch p

A nice feature of photoshop is the ability to alt-click the eye on a given layer so that all other layers are hidden.  Alt-click again, and they are again revealed.  I have a file in which that feature stopped working.  I can take any layer or subset of layers, duplicate them into a new document, and the feature will work perfectly with those layers in that new document.  I tried resetting preferences, but that didn't fix the problem.  If I alt-click the eye on any layer in that file (but only in that file) the action produces no result.  Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

If I try to cancel a current annual subscription there is an early exit fee.To avoid the early exit fee, I would like to complete the current annual subscription and not automatically renew.Is there a way to cancel the automatic renewal? 

Hi, Ligit Elements 2021 downloaded from my "Adobe products page" refuses to install on my new Windows 11 computer (Dell EBT 2250 Desktop). Tried a few times. Went to different state of installation up to 22%.  The kind of errors varies form time to time :1) MSVCP.dll was n ot found2) Error 183 https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error_183 I did pause OneDrive, disable McAfee antivirus and firewall. Still refuses to install, for the same errors. Plesase advise. ThanksP.s.: I am not computer savy. 

I work in Photoshop a lot and have been dealing with this issue for a while. I’ve found workarounds, but it’s gotten to the point where I can’t ignore it anymore.When I try to save PSD or PSB files, it struggles hard. Sometimes it takes like 20–30 mins to save a file. I understand they’re large files, but I don’t remember it ever taking this long. A lot of the time it fails entirely and gives me one of these two errors:1.) Error 0x8007045D: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.2.) Could not save “DSC000” because of a disk error.A couple months ago, I found a workaround by saving to the desktop first and then moving it to the external SSD, but that has stopped working.I used to not have many issues with JPGs, but now those are starting to be a problem too. I’m having trouble saving them directly to the SSD from Photoshop.  I am writing to formally dispute and request a full refund for a charge that was deducted from my account after I had already cancelled my subscription via the Adobe application.Despite the successful cancellation, the amount was automatically withdrawn without my authorization, consent, or prior notification. I did not approve this transaction, and therefore consider it an unauthorized charge.Please note that continuing to bill a customer after subscription cancellation constitutes improper billing. Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Firefly credits and would like some clarification.I currently have an active Creative Cloud Pro subscription. Previously, generating images in Firefly did not deduct any credits, however recently I’ve noticed that credits are being consumed with each image generation.The only change I can recall is that I recently logged into the Firefly mobile app on my phone, using the same Adobe account as on my desktop.My questions are:Is credit usage different between desktop and mobile Firefly?Could logging in on mobile have changed account settings or credit behavior?Is this expected behavior under a Creative Cloud Pro plan, or could this be an account-related issue?I just want to make sure that my subscription is being applied correctly and that credits are deducted as intended.Thank you in advance for your help and clarification.Best regards,Cris

Sorry to be posting questions so frequetly... With CF2023 update 17 comes a few new questions. The related note says, "From this update, ColdFusion blocks all class deserialization by default... Classes not on this allowlist are blocked, and an error is logged advising you to add the relevant class or package to serialfilter.txt if you wish to allow it." Oddly, the destination linked-to in the description of "Serialfilter" from that page says "From Update 5 onwards... ColdFusion blocks all class deserialization by default." If the change was implemented in Update 5, then how does update 17 differ? My bigger question is this...  Not being a Java coder, and assuming Adobe doesn't expect CF coders to know what Java deserialization is, I need to ask, are there Java classes that do not "deserialize"? I have a .jar file in cfusion\wwwroot\WEB-INF\lib. With update 17 installed, the class performs fine with no updates to serialfilter.txt. Can I assu

Hello everyone, After more than three years of contributing to Adobe Stock, with over 2,500 assets uploaded, my contributor account was deactivated about two months ago. Unfortunately, I never received a clear or specific reason explaining why this happened. Since then, I’ve submitted more than five contact forms to reach the Adobe Stock Contributor Team, but I haven’t been able to get a response or any guidance on how to move forward. This situation has been very frustrating, especially after investing so much time and effort into building a high-quality portfolio and following Adobe’s guidelines. It also makes me wonder whether the increasing focus on AI-generated content is changing priorities, and if long-term contributors and real designers are being affected by this shift. Hello, I'm new to Firefly and don't understand how the credit system works.  When I use a non adobe model such as nanobanana, or flux I get charged around 10 credits per prompt, when I use an Adobe model I'm getting charged 20 credits per prompt. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around.  

I pay monthly for PS for Ipad. Neither my clone tool nor my magic wand selector work. Both take me to an offer to buy  the ap I am already paying for. I even tried saying yes to the offer and got a nessage that I already have the ap, which i knew , but tied it anyway. My Ipad works fine, Frescoo works.  The brushes work. Any ideas? 

I did it with Voe 2 so that fewer credits would be deducted, but a single video deducted 500 credits. I would appreciate it if this could be rectified.

I have the lastest LR classic 15.1 and whenever the PC awake from screen timeout, the LR and the whole system would freeze, causes PC automatically restart with the message of TDR error  or DPC watchdog violation. If I stops the GPU acceleration options in Preference>>Performance than everything is fine. 

Hello,I’m opening this thread to request access to Photoshop and Illustrator 2023.I used the 2023 versions on my notebook for a long time and they were the most stable for my workflow. Recently, I had to format my computer, and when I tried to reinstall Adobe apps through Creative Cloud, I noticed that the only available options were v26.0 and newer, or a much older version (v22).Unfortunately, the 2023 versions are no longer listed, even though that’s the version I was actively using before formatting my machine.I contacted Adobe Support, but the only solution offered was version 2025, which is heavily AI-based. That does not solve my problem. I’m not against AI in general, but it’s not suitable for my workflow. It makes the software heavier, more distracting, and frankly tiring to use. Hi all, I am not a pro. I cannot update anymore some apps of my Creative Cloud because my system is "not compatible" (mainly Lightroom classic and Ligthroom for could). My computer is no more compatible with more recent versions of mac OS. I use a 27" iMac, quite powerful for my personal use (48 Go RAM). I bought it in 2017, and run Ventura 13.7.8. I do not intend to replace it; it works flawlessly, and is still faster than more modern computers for stacking astrophotos. Would the unability to update infringe my possibility to keep using the version of LR I am still able to run in the future ? Best regards,Stef.   

So I just hopped on Photoshop for some generative fill work, and it popped up with the notice about credit usage. Am I to assume here that Photoshop just threw in a credit system for an already monthly subscribed product, which isn't cheap to begin with and on top of that, their AI tools are drastically weaker (I still thought they were in BETA tbh) than most out there - in terms of paid ones.  Disappointing to say the least.  

To whom it may concern,I have been using the Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Education plan. As far as I know, this plan has not yet fully enabled all AI Partner features in my region. My current subscription expired four days ago, so I am considering switching to the Creative Cloud Individual Pro plan. However, I am wondering if this Pro plan will grant me full access to all AI partner features.I have previously tried several tools from Topaz Labs and found them extremely useful. Now that Adobe is integrating similar functionalities into Photoshop, I am very interested in exploring them further. Additionally, I am keen to try out FLUX and Banana as well.I would truly appreciate it if anyone currently using the Individual Creative Cloud Pro plan could confirm whether all AI partner features are fully accessible.Thank you very much for your help!Best regards,

I have some 850 images to import to LRC 14.0.1, and many among them are heavily underexposed. (no fault of the photographer as they are of a speaker and their slides in a room with house lights dimmed). I would like to apply the "Auto" radio button as in "Develop", but when calling the Apply During Import dropdown, I get a huge range of choices that does NOT include  the simple "Auto" which is offered in "Develop". Can anyone out there please suggest a fix for a relative novice? (Clearly we will not be keeping all 850)Anthony
