Je rencontre un problème depuis la dernière mise à jour d’Illustrator. Lorsque j'importe un fichier .ai contenant une défonce, un “trou”, dans After Effects, les paths ne se comportent plus comme prévu. Les deux tracés ne fonctionnent plus ensemble comme la délimitation d'une seule forme avec soustraction, mais apparaissent comme deux contenus superposés. Il est impossible de les animer comme si le second tracé était soustrait du premier.Ce problème n’existait absolument pas il y a quelques mois. I have a pdf I imported and it has an vector-graphic of a street sign. there are actually two images of these graphics sitting on top of each other. I bought Astute Graphics' Vector First Aid, which has a "remove duplicate art" function that works when I create the same situation from scratch, but it won't work for this file (I have reached out to Astute but have not heard back).There is something odd though. the graphic has had all clipping masks removed and has been ungrouped and nothing is locked together. However, if I click on one of the letters, it selects only that one letter, if I draw a box around that same letter (not click-select, but box-select) it will select almost all of the letters as though they are grouped. I doubled checked and that selection is no grouped, locked so I don't know why that is happening. Is there another stting that will group a bunch of seperate vectors together? attached is the file. I have literally hundreds of these I need to prep for printing

I've spent weeks trying to figure this out. I'm creating templates in Adobe Acrobat for my users to send for Adobe Sign signatures. I have my Adobe Sign enterprise level date default set to MM/DD/YYYYWhenever someone gets to the "Specify where to sign" step and they create a date field there the default setting takes place.  However, if I have the es_date field already in the template they have to remember to go to the field during the "Specify where to sign" step and change it, otherwise it defaults to MMM DD, YYYY I've done a bunch of research trying to find how to get this to work as I expect it to and am coming up empty.  Lost of folks say to set the form to not require e signatures during the prepare form step and I can set the format, but this document *is* being used to send out for Adobe Sign signatures so that's not an option. Most of the form fields I've been able to configure correctly by naming them with the correct syntax ie; Date of signing_e

Get this dialog when I launch Bridge 16.0.1.18 (latest): “Adobe Bridge 2026.app” would like to access data from other apps.When 'allowing' it just comes back on every launch. Not a huge deal, but very annoying.

Hi,I’m looking for guidance regarding a subscription that was activated on my Adobe account without my awareness.A few months ago, someone used a computer in my office where I was logged into my Adobe account and apparently activated a paid plan. I did not authorize this and have not used the plan at all. Unfortunately, I missed the notification emails and only noticed the charges about four months later.As soon as I realized this, I checked my account and cancelled the plan.I understand that this situation involves some responsibility on my side as well, but since the subscription was not intentionally purchased by me and was never used, I’m hoping Adobe might consider a refund for the unused period, or advise on what options are available.I’d appreciate any help or direction from Adobe support or community moderators.Thank you.

Hello,I'm working on reels within a Premiere Pro Production so basically I have my rushs inside specifics projects as I have my editing sequences in specifics projects. I noticed something those last days and that's about the transcription feature. I can't edit the text in my transcript panel to make corrections. I thought about the fact that my source clip is in a specific projet and my editing sequence in another one but I don't really know what's the trouble there. Is there something I'm not aware of with this workflow ?Thanks for your support,

Hi,   I recently had to upgrade my Indesign to v21.   There seems to be a problem with workspaces. When I open or create a new document or maximise Indesign from a minimised state, randomly the palettes I have docked to the right of the screen do not open when I click the named tile/docked palette. They acknowledge my click but dont expand.    My colleague upgraded a while ago and I remember him getting stressed about this exact same issue so I dont know if this is version specific or Windows 11 specific but it is a problem. The work around seems to be having mulitple saved workspaces and when this occurs, switch to another one.   If you have experienced this, on Windows 11, please let know if you found a solution. I have received several email regarding payment for the adobe creative cloud service and had a subscription deducted from my bank account. Upon checking my account today it has come to my surprise that I have an ungoing subscription with adobe that would require a cancellation fee. I have not used the service at all. Additionally, I have already cancelled this subscription in November 2025 and even received a cancellation confirmation email regarding this on thw 7th of November 2025. I'm sure there has been a miscommunication or bug regarding this, would be great if I could get a refund on any amount that has been deducted from my account and do waive the cancellation fee. Thank you. 

I have the lightroom premium subscription through Adobe and realized I did not need to also purchase lightroom premium through Google play store for my phone. Ive been double paying for years . Is there any type of recourse I feel stupid that I didn't realize earlier.

Ich gehe meine alten Fotos durch und würde gerne einige davon ausdrucken, resp. die Qualität verbessern. Ich habe gelesen, dass man Fotos mit Lightroom hochskalieren kann, leider finde ich das im Lightroom (Webbasiert, 9.1, auf Windows 11) nicht. Ich habe natürlich bereits alle Updates gemacht, die von der Creative Cloud vorgeschlagen werden. Danke für eure Tipps!

Hi everyone! I'm a complete beginner in Illustrator and I am following the Adobe Illustrator CC - Essentials Training Course on Udemy. In one of the lectures he goes over how to use the shape builder tool to draw a Penrose ("impossible") triangle starting from a bunch of lines. I followed his exact steps, but the result came out different. Below you can see the setup: a bunch of lines with extra bits sticking out, which we want to delete.I hit ctrl+a to select everything, then with the shape builder I delete the bits sticking out, but the result is the image below, which has the pointy bit missing at the top.I cannot for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. The "Gap detection" feature of the shape builder is turned on and set to Large.Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Hallo Zusammen,ich arbeite viel mit dem Photoshop und anderen CS6 Programmen in WIN 11. Jetzt musste ich vor kurzem eine neue Festplatte einbauen und die Software neu installieren. Hat auch alles funktioniert, doch wenn ich z.B. den Photoshop öffne kommt immer eine Meldung das ich eine Testversion benutze. Das ist so nicht korrekt denn ich habe bei der Installation meine Seriennummer eingegeben. In meinem Adobe Account erscheint auch meine Registrierung. Jedesmal wenn ich ein Programm öffnen will muss ich mich erst im Adobe Account online einloggen. Das könnte problematisch werden wenn ich z.B. nicht online gehen kann aber weiter arbeiten muss. Wie kann dieses Problem gelöst werden?

I am printing from Adobe Illustrator onto Epson Premium Presentation Paper Matte with an Epson Ecotank 3850. I forgot to check borderless on my first print so second go round, I checked borderless and checked "do not scale" and "retain size", all the applicable settings. I have a 0.25" bleed set up with image expanded to the bleed. It printed to the edge, however my colors are all blown out and faded and gone is the crisp edges of the lettering which now has a faint "glow" around the edges.. I have searched and searched and all I can find is "it just automatically stretches the image when printing borderless" but I just don't want to accept that. I feel like there must be a setting either on the AI side or printer side that I am missing and the setting I chose is getting overidden? The ONLY things I changed between print 1 and print 2 was checking "borderless" and choosing "retain size" in the Settings>Expansion box (therefore unchecking auto expand) within the printer dialog box an

Hi all, I'm a lifelong PC user who just bought a new Mac Mini M4 pro. I would like to transfer my existing LrC Catalog and 1.5 TB of photos from my PC to my new Mac Mini M4 pro. I've searched this site but couldn't really find specifics to my exact situation so excuse me if this is redundant information etc.. Excuse my ignorance, but I would like some expert advise before I attempt this transfer since I've read conflicting information on this process. I would like to keep this simple and intend to just use my existing external formatted NTFS drive from my PC which contains my catalog and all my photos and copy those files to another APFS formatted external hard drive on the new Mac. My understanding is that that MacOS can read a NTFS drive but can't write to it so I'm assuming my intended method will work. That being said, most folks recommend formatting the PC external drive to exFat before I copy to the files to my new external APFS external drive on the

Hi, Inside Illustrator when any generative AI stuff is created, where all the creation history saved?I tried finding but unable to locate any.

Lightroom gives me this warning every time it starts up but I've already learned the hard way that if I don't limit the number of backups it will take over and flood my hard drive with endless backups which I don't want. A few recent backups is all I would ever want and actually have never used a catalog backup in all of the years I've used Lightroom. What do the experts say, just ignore this worning and continue to work with Lightroom and enjoy saving precious hard drive space?
