These steps are supposed to be tried only after the basic troubleshooting as mentioned on this help document has been performed.Once you have tried the steps shared in the above document, please try launching InDesign:    Launch InDesign If it still doesn't work, please try the steps shared below: MAC users  Testing in Safe Mode  Booting the system in Safe Mode starts your system in a manner that it performs certain checks and prevents third party software/services from automatically loading or opening.  Follow the help document to know how to boot the system into Safe Mode.   If InDesign launches fine in the Safe mode, then there are some third-party services or applications like antivirus, plugins or web extensions which are conflicting with the launch of InDesign. You’ll have to disable them on your user account and then launch the app.   2. Testing in Root account  The root user accoun

I just signed up for a 7 day trial. How do I cancel it

The document I am working with, the author wants spaces between the paragraphs, not indents. As a result, the book is getting too long and I was wondering if there’s any way of reducing the spacing between the paragraphs and still not losing the text alignment with the baseline.Kindly see the revised file...thank you so much again

I recently bought a new computer with Win 11 on it. Still setting it up and not using it yet. I’ve been using CS3 since about 2003 and love it. It does all I want/need to do these days. I have lots of keyboard shortcuts. I don’t have any desire to upgrade or use subscription or a cloud based service. I like everything on my hard drive. Is there a way for me to install CS3 on my Win 11 computer?

I accidently uploaded 100+ images under files in 'your stuff' to create a project. Does anyone know how to select all and bulk delete, I dont see that option. Please dont tell me I have select them one by one and hit delete and then hit confirm :'(

Before I start downloading tools or editing resgistry keys, is there a simple way to keep Adobe Collarboration Syncrhonizer from firing up? It is diabled on startup. In Acrobat Pro 2020 Pereferences>Adobe Online Services I have unchecked "sync preferences across devices and document services." I only use Pro 2020 and do not use any Adobe cloud services/sharing. Since the first time i had Adobe subscription, i was using the student plan with 75% off for atleast a year, but one day my plan changed into regular subcription without me knowing it charges at normal price for several months. I tried to make a plan in student plan, but still it says “purchase is not supported” because i already have the adobe CC pro. The only way i know is to cancel the plan first before starting the student plan which requires me to pay the cancelation fee. Is it possible to change from this regular subcription to the student plan without the cancellation fee?

Hi everyone,I’m using a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 with Snapdragon X Elite (Windows 11 ARM 64-bit) and I’ve been running Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator (beta), and Lightroom without any issues until last week.Since a recent Windows update or possibly an Adobe update, none of the apps will launch anymore – not even the Creative Cloud Desktop app itself. When I try to start Creative Cloud (or Photoshop), I immediately get the following error message:“The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.”Here’s what I’ve already tried – unfortunately without success:Completely removed all Adobe components using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (option 1 = “Clean All”)Restarted the systemVerified that the correct Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Redistributable (ARM64) is installed (and removed all x64/x86 versions)Ran sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth to check system filesRe-downloaded the Creative Cloud installer and

This has been driving me nuts lately - I can't reliably use the 'find' command to find simple text even though it shows the proper number of hits in the suggestions. At the moment I'm viewing a truck manual. I hit control-F and enter "fuses". I get "no exact match" and then 22 results for "fuses" in the suggestions drop-down. If I click on the suggestion, it just redraws the drop-down. Advanced search finds no results.Chrome's PDF reader finds it just fine, and agrees there are 22 results. If I select a section of text and paste it into Notepad I can find 'fuses' just fine, so it's not that it's showing up as an image or something. Acrobat Reader DC behaves the same for me.It's not just this one document - it happens across all of the datasheets and technical manuals I read, too. What gives?

Durante toda la existencia de photoshop, cuando tenias algo seleccionado en el lienzo, si clickabas fuera del lienzo se deselecionaba. Esta forma tan agil, rapida y productiva de trabajar  ahora no esta. Gracias

Everytime I try to use my Acrobat Pro and sign a document in the signature/date stamp field the screen greys out and it freezes up.To get out of the greyed screen I must hard shutdown the application.I am running version Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20099.I have not had any major updates or changes to my laptop and it used to work perfectly until about a week or two ago.I have tried to completely uninstall the program using Control Panel --> Programs --> Uninstall and then reinstalling the application through Adobe Creative Cloud.I have then proceeded to completely update the application and have check for further updates / none available at this time.Does anyone have a similar issue and knows the steps on how to fix this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Which Program Files folder is the CC.exe supposed to be? My installs are going to both Program Files folders. I just need to know where the main apps are supposed to be.

For about the last 5-6 months, I have been getting the 10000 error when entering the “Creative Cloud”, “Photoshop” and “Illustrator” programs.I reinstalled the computer (Windows 10) but the problem still persists. I cannot log in in any way.The errors I keep getting;1) The libraries are not synchronized.2) 10000 error codes when I open Photoshop or Illustrator.3) It kicks me out every time I try to log in.

Here is a screen shot of the problem. All I am doing is selecting remove. The others disappear, switch to Library and back, and they all reappear.

Weak Session Token Randomness vulnerability found during pentesting in ColdFusion 2023 Administrator During a recent penetration test, we identified a vulnerability related to weak session token randomness in ColdFusion 2023, specifically impacting the Administrator interface. Our analysis indicates that only about 6 out of 80 characters in the session cookie exhibit sufficient randomness, which poses a risk to session security.Could you please advise if ColdFusion 2023 offers any configuration options or best practices to enhance the randomness and security of session tokens for the Administrator? Is it possible to customize the session ID generator or enable a stronger session management mechanism?Any guidance or recommendations to mitigate this vulnerability would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your support!

I have just upgraded to lightroom version 13.0.01, the photo import is painfully slow. I started importing 30 photos at 9 am, it is now 09:47 and less than 15 photos have imported. any ideas? I have already carried out a restart of the PC to no avail (that was pre 9am). I should point out that I have never had a slow photo import problem before this version.

On my Mac book pro the premiere pro shortcut has recently disappeared after an update, its not in my dock, app launcher or on my desktop, but my other apps like after effects and photoshop are still there. The only way to access premiere pro now is going through creative cloud which is annoying. Is there a way to get the application shortcut back in my dock or on my desktop? I’ve tried dragging the app from creative cloud but that will not work

Does anyone else have this issue? before the update, my file was working perfectly. Now, the same file freezes every time I open the paragraph style. I tried closing the app, restarting, and in a new file in InDesign and another in Illustrator! Any ideas what to do?

I recently started working on a new video, editing it in Adobe Premiere Pro. I’m using Helios 300 2019 model (PH315-52-78VL), I7 9750H, GTX 1660Ti, 16GB DDR4 ram. I have been using Premiere Pro since Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 in my PC (not laptop). Up to Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 I didn’t encounter any rendering issues & CPU usage (and in between GPU usage as well) used to be very high (40% - 100%) during rendering (even in laptop, no issues). However, my recent project (in laptop) & I think my first project in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2020 is rendering very slow, same is the issue with rendering previews. I noticed CPU usage is very low (max 24%) and GPU is barely ever used. I’m using CUDA for rendering engine (I tried openCL & Software only as well). I have tried several tutorials on this and tried several optimisation settings, even tried rendering in Adobe Media Encoder CC 2020 with different settings but none helped fix the problem. Interesting thing is that when I rend

Hello, I’m currently working on a website that’s meant to be article based- with paragraph content and corresponding pictures taking up most of the site. I’m having trouble nailing down the layout and was wondering if anyone had any advice/resources they could share? I’m making my site responsive with media queries and flex displays, what I’m most interested in is how to get the images to sit in certain spots as they size down, and how to make them flow with the text better if that makes sense. I’d appreciate any advice!
