Hello,I wish to use my license for Adobe Reader pro but because of this white pop up, i can't. I've downloaded the last version of the software "Continuous Release | Version 2025.001.20997 | 64 bits Licenses : Acrobat Pro" on Windows 11 last update.This appears right after to edit a pdf or if i wait ~5 seconds at the opened software, and then when it's appears i can't close this blank square. I have to close Adobe by the task manager. I've already tried so many options to resolve this :- Install the last version- Fully delete Adobe (certificates, Adobe Creative Cloud, folders %Appdata%, folders basically everywhere about Adobe)- Tried AcroCleaner- Tried on another PC and got the same result- Verified my license to be sure that i can pay this my card Thanks 

Hi everyone! I am trying to embed images onto my canvas in PS, but whether I choose the option, or grab and drop, I get an error message. I have never had this issue before. I uninstalled and reinstalled, there are no updates needed, and I am using the most recent version of PS. I have alos shut down and restarted my computer. Nothing is working. I cannot find anything to help fix this. I am using an HP Envy laptop. Has this happened to anyone else? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 

When I select an object, either with the direct selection tool, or with the selection tool  and then switch to the direct selection tool, the tool options bar doesn't display its contents properly if ALL the nodes are selected. Specifically, the options to make selected nodes smooth or corner, and most importantly, the align and distribute functions for nodes are missing. However, as soon as I deselect just ONE node, or select fewer than all the nodes to begin with, all those options reappear. Unfortunately, especially for the distribute and align functions, not having all the nodes selected yields substantially different results and makes these rather essential functions unusable.Is this known behavior? Is there a fix in the works?

I am currently finalizing a composite video project within Adobe After Effects for platform distribution. However, I have subjected this footage to extensive post-processing and transformative editing, including the application of simulated night-vision thermal imaging overlays and substantial color grading to alter the visual fidelity. Hi,I finished one movie - have already published it to mp4 and it's all good. I decided I wanted to add a thumbnail for the first 30 or so frames, then have it fade to the original movie. No matter WHAT I've tried, Animate will only show the thumbnail for about 1 frame, then jump to the frame. Here's what I know:Scrubbing works perfectly Timeline looks correct Frames are extended correctly No actions are running Fade technically exists (it does fade, just too fast) Playback / export still flashes ChatGPT told me that Animate does NOT necessarily render frame 1 as a duration, so I went back and put keyframes in the first 30 frames where I wanted the static image to persist. Animate still shows frame 1 and then jumps to the frame where the fade starts. I closed and reopened Animate. I tried the "Clear Publish Cache and Test Movie". I tried moving the thumbnail layer to the top instead of the bottom. None of that has helped.  Now ChatGPT is tel

Hi, I am looking for advice for an idea to put my print on demand designs and sticker designs also on stock sites. I mean is there anyone that does the same and see some sales of designs on stock photo also? DO ypu guys see any downside of that?  I see it as a additional market place in where my designs can sell, but perhaps there is some "elephant in the room" that I don't see and maybe this idea is wrong?

Hello! So I have been working on a folder of photos for a while and I went back on to my computer today and now im only seeing 6 imported folders when there should be 20-30. I have not changed the names of any folders that would cause them to not be found. I have not moved the location of them either. I store all my photos on a hard drive. I have no idea why its not showing all my imported photos. Any ideas would be appriciated since I really do not want to start all over. Thanks!

- I only purchased Adobe Creative Cloud and all the apps (11/29/2024). - (And Now 11/20/2025) I was recently notified of this, as an Adobe Stock subscription was made without my additional authorization. The credit card I provided for Creative Cloud was charged without my consent. If I had wanted to purchase Adobe Stock, I would have used a different credit card. This is unethical and unacceptable. I didn't buy it because I wasn't going to use it, and I haven't used it. Adobe also charged me an additional $15 to unsubscribe from Adobe Stock, which I did not have permission to do.- I will report this to all US authorities and will be following up. I expect a resolution...- I will report and follow up with (reportfraud.ftc.gov) and other institutions in the US. I will report this unethical behavior everywhere. I was an Adobe fanatic, but now I'm a negative advertiser. Bravo Adobe! 👎👎🙎🙎

Hello, Having issues installing Acrobat Pro (non-cc version). Getting Error Code 42 right at start of install (~1%). No antivirus software installed. Home PC. Have not previously installed any Adobe products. Windows fully up to date 25H2 (Build 26200.7171). ACC.log file not present in AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\ACC folder. Local Group Policy Editor Cert Path Validation Settings Network Retrieval Auto update cert and allow user cert retrieval enabled. DigiCert Trusted Root G4 & DigiCert High Assyrance EV Root CA installed in Trusted Root Cert Authorities. Thanks in advance!

I'm new to this so please bare with me!I have a photo of an index card that has a handwritten recipe on it. On the card there is extra art/lines on it that I want to remove from the photo. Ultimately I would like to have nothing in the photo except the hand writing. Are there any easy or not easy ways to achieve this. I have come close to removing everything but was unable to remove the lines the handwritting is on. Any help would be great! Thank you!!

When trying to use tools on a mask it tuns to a hand on PS and will not affect it.   I've check all the obvious from restarting, changing the settings, restarting everything and reinstalling and trying older version of PS.  Not to mention using other keyboards.  Tried turning off the GPU too.  The tools work fine on the thumbnail.   IMac M116GB memory running Tahoe 1Graphics   Apple 0x106B

I know I was able to do this before, but:I need to crop an image to a certain aspect ratio, but also need to change the proportions by unchecking 'constrain proportions.'If I crop first, I can't seem to further edit the image; even if I uncheck 'delete cropped pixels', to fit the image into this new crop, it seems the deleted pixels are not available anymore.Is there a way to do this without going back and forth to check if the crop size is correct?
