サブスクリプション購入の際のメールで、2025年12月13日までに解約した場合、全額払い戻しの対象となると書いてあったので、本日13日に解約しようとしたら、早期解約料が発生すると表示されました。どういうことでしょうか。購入日は11月29日でした。メールの案内の通りに解約を考えていました。

Hi there, I have a long report of multiple cells with "-" where there is no values. Read aloud completely skips the cells where there is a dash, creating a catastrophic accessibility failure. Has anyone experienced this, or has any workarounds to it? Regards

Could someone guide me on how to apply and what requirements Adobe expects for templates to get approved?

I gave firefly a reference image to be used with google gemeni 3 and then when i removed it and proceeded to create other images with completely different prompts, the reference image kept resurfacing and appearing in the images despite there not being any reference image loaded any longer. (I don't want the boat in my picture of a desert scene but it is there from the old reference image)

Image after Image after Image I get facial hair, stubble, etc. and I hate it. here is the prompts I am using:"head and face bald man, razor-smooth skin texture. smooth skin on jawline and chin, bare skin" I dont think I can be more clear on what I am looking for. I have done much research and I get different answer, some say  put in " no facial hair" while others say not to use that cause the no triggers something.  I also find annoying that if I am using nano-banana pro with a different AI, it works, Adobe Firefly seems to have a facial hair problem or they get paid by the whisker. It is very annoying when you are trying to accomplish something.  And please do not tell me there are apps to remove facial hair, yes there are, but when you are paying for something and it will not perform as you ask it is very frustrating. all i ever get excuses of how the model was trained, so then retrain it. not all men have beards. 

I have a huge document which consists of 4 merged documents. When creating a chm-file of this I had the 4 sub-documents at top level, and then each sub-document had its chapter at the next level.But after upgrading FrameMaker this structure has been flattened, all of the chapters now are at top level.How do I get back to the previous structure. which I had using FM2019?

Hello,I follow these steps: create a project in RH2022.in contents 'import folder' and designate an already migrated ex RH2019 projectAll topics including toc are migrated to the content folder. I want to do this for more than 30 subprojectsHow can I import the the toc of the newly imported 'ex' subproject? Tried to click and drag the toc from the content dir to the toc of the main project.  a separte toc is shown in the project toc overview, but it is not visible in the output it only shows xml style text. In fact this toc should become a section in the original first toc of the main rh2022 project. When I transform the created subtoc in a section, the title appears, but the content of the toc vanishes.Tried to create a new section and insert childproject toc, but section remains empty in output (frameless). this last setting results in showing 'aan de slag ' in the menu. but the not the content of aandeslag01 when I insert a toc child project, there is no menupoint to convert to sect

Hey everyone,Before I get into the issue, here are the specs of my PC (just the core components):OS: Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.26200)Motherboard: MSI MS-7E06 (with the latest BIOS 7E06VAEI)CPU: Intel Core i9-14900K @ 3.20GHzRAM: 64 GBGPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti (Studio drivers up to date)Now, the issue: Adobe Lightroom (non-Classic) has been crashing consistently. This started with version 9.0, and even when I tried rolling back to version 8.51, the crashes continued. I prefer not to go lower than 8.51 because of the features in the latest versions, and I believe that 8.51 should be stable since it was the previous release.I’ve tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, but the crashes persist. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have created a Droplet command to process a bunch of 400 Astro RAW images (Nikon NEF) in a folder. However, when i execute the command, the RAW files are opening in ACR and i have to press Open for every image, after which the action is being exectued smoothly. I would rather it automatically opens direct in PS and execute the Action for each image.Inspite of changing the setting in File Handling, the RAW files are opening in ACR.Is there any other setting with which I can get the NEF file to open direct in Photoshop ?Or please suggest any other method to execute the Droplet command automatically without any action required from my side. That woud save me a hell of lot of time. (Using the latest Photoshop 2026 27.1.0 release on Windows 11) 

Hello hello,I don’t know why, but for the past couple of months Photoshop 2025/26 has been stuck in Software Rendering by default, and nothing I try seems to fix it. The GPU mode remains locked on Software.I installed Photoshop 2021 to try and it runs smoothly with no issues.I reinstalled Photoshop from scratch, reset the preferences, updated my drivers, checked that GPU acceleration was enabled, tried multiple options and configurations, ran it as administrator, and even checked several Nvidia settings. Nothing changes. My drivers are all up to date, including the one for my RTX 3070 Laptop. I am on Windows 11.This issue doesn’t occur on my other laptop. And as mentioned, Photoshop 2021 runs smoothly with no problem on the same one.I’m running out of options. Could you help me? Thank you!

Bonjour, Problèmes avec lightroom classic. Module Dévloppement, exportation; J'utlise cette appication sans problèmes depuis des années. J'importe des photos , d'un dossier sur mon Pc. Dans le module Bibliothèque, je documente ma photo, Mots clé,  Titre, légende, Créateur, Copyright, etc, du classique que je fais depuis longtemps.Je passe au module Développement. Je ne fais aucune retouche, j'envoie de suite sur exportation.La photo est exportée dans le dossier dédié, tout va bien. A l'ouverture des Propriétés/ Détails, c'est là que tout va mal, désespérement vide. Aucun des paramètres écrits dans le module Bibliothèque ne figure dans les propriétés. Trois jours je suis là-dessus à ne rien comprendre.Je me suis énervé, j'ai viré lightroom, contrôlé mon Pc viralement, puis réinstallé Lighroom et surprise même problème. L' erreur que j'ai peut être commise c'est d'avoir gardé mes paramètres personnels. Merci, si un de vous à une idée, cela dépasse mes capacités techniques.

Hi, I'm having trouble exporting my 3d scene. I am seeing the hi-res plane properly, with height displacement and all the right textures applied on the override material. When I export scene as any file type (fbx, obj etc) it is an empty flat plane. All the tutorials for exporting scene are like 4 years old, and the interface is slightly different. I'm using Adobe standard shader (i think). any clues?thats my first material btw 🙂 

I use the share for review usually for the very complex packaging designs.In many cases the package has text on all sides and that means that the texts are sometimes 180 or 90 degrees roteated. Its very inconvinient for the client to comment those texts. So the web interface definately needs a simple 180-90 degrees rotation tool.

why isn't the hair refining?could be i'm doing somethinfg wrong, didn't use it in a while,but i remember it worked beautifuly

In Premiere Pro, in the Source Monitor under "Editing," there used to be an option to animate opacity from four directions: top-down, bottom-up, left-to-right, and right-to-left. (This was great to reveal titles gradually.) I no longer see this option in Source Monitor. How can I bring it back?

Glitched colors keep appearing on my layouts especially those that are a bit big and have different layer effects. Photoshop has been a bit slow as well. Sometimes the zoom function gets super rough when dealing with high res files (i.e., the zooming in animation is not smooth). I was wondering if this is a GPU issue and if this means I need an upgrade, or if this is something that can be addressed by tweaking something in Photoshop. I've attached my PC specs as well for reference.

My company bought Adobe Acrobat so that it wouldn't have problems with handling (viewing and creating) PDF files. But some of our PDFs are shown correctly in any browser, in the online version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Nap32, Foxit and icon preview in Windows 11, but not in Adobe Acrobat Pro Desktop :). In AAPD the backgroud is corrupted and part of the content missing. It doesn't display any information about a possible error, compatibility issue, or anything. I reinstalled and updated the AAPD to the newest version.Windows 11 Pro 25H2 6.‎12.‎2024 26200.7171 Acrobat Pro Continuous Release 2025.001.20982PDF created with Impress, LIbreOffice 25.8.3.2 (X86_64), ver. 1.7 (Acrobat 8.x) for LinuxI can send a file for examination, but not in public access.Best Darek
