I am using the eye dropper tool to sample a color for an image in indesign to create a new swatch. The colors coming up are gray or white instead of the colors I am actually sampling. Any suggestions? 

This foto was rejected for quality reasons. I checked the guidelines and couldn't find any obvious quality issues. But agian I'm a  bit new to this. Could you please help me out?

Hola comunidad. Hoy compré el plan de Adobe Creative Cloud y en el banco me sale reflejado que se hizo la compra. Cuando descargo los programas para instalarlos en el ordenador me sale error 206. Llevo cinco horas probando de todo para arreglar el error y poder instalar y nada sirve, he quitado el antivirus, el firewall, he limpiado con el cleaner tool, he hecho de todo y nada. He intentado ejecutarlo como administrador y nada. No puedo acceder a la ayuda de soporte técnico porque encima me sale que no tengo ningún plan activo cuando en la web APARECE QUE SI, y el pago se realizó correctamente. Estoy desesperada, no he podido instalar nada, no sé qué hacer.

I have been waiting for three weeks but still not recived resolution. Adobe Case ADB-42682384-F0D9. I redeemed a code to extend my exact same plan. But the system created a new parallel plan. Contected Customer support. They canceled the new plan and said a replacement code will be issued in 24-72 hours. I have been following up for three weeks now. I have still not recived a replacement code. Why is it not being resolved?

Hi guys, I need some help with my Adobe Acrobat app. Whenever I try to access a PDF on Adobe Acrobat, it is fine for 5 seconds before this message pops up: Your request is on its way You’ll hear back from your admin soon. If your request is approved, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to start using your apps and services. Learn more about requesting Adobe apps.   My account is a personal account and I have tried running it as an admin, but it will not let me edit or read any of my PDF files. This has never happened before an I am unsure of what to do. Thanks in advance!

I'm seeing strange color artifacts and blurriness in a CGI video exported by Premiere Pro 25.6.3 under Windows 11, export format H264 (see short video clip below). The scene features a gradual lighting change that goesfrom green to red while the camera is in motion. However, when rendered the video's colors appear blotchy and steppy with intermittent blurriness overall. I've examined the individual CGI frames and they show no such artifacts, as well as when previewing the video in Premiere. Hola con todos alguien me puede ayuda con lo que es borrador, al dimensionar o ajustar el tamaño la dimension que se ve de lo que se borra no es igual, por decir coloco el borrador a 200px, se ve la circunferencia 200px pero lo que se borra es 150 px, lo que deseo es que borre 200px, alguna ayuda con sugerencia por favor gracias

Preciso instalar o Illustrator 2024 (v28) porque tenho plugins incompatíveis com a v29

I have elements 2025 and recently got Topaz Photo.  I process a .nef raw file through topaz and export it back to the original folder as a .dgn file.  When I open the .dgn file in PE 2025 I get a message "to open this file, install the camera raw plug in from the Help menu ". I have installed it and reinstalled it.  I can open .nef files from my Nikon camera in camera raw so camera raw seems to be working fine. Can anyone help me with this? Without a fix my option seems to be get rid of topaz and try another denoising program.  Everything I have read says topaz and PE 2025 should work together. thank you

Is it possible to recover all Lightroom cloud files and presets from a business account that was recently deleted? I previously worked at an ad agency and had a large number of assets and personal work photos stored under a business account linked to my company email. Last Friday the company removed that email, and my Adobe account was converted into a personal account with no files. I contacted the account administrator, who informed me that recovery is not possible because the email was deactivated from their Adobe system. I urgently need assistance — specifically, I must recover the color presets and gallery files associated with the business account. Is there any way to restore these files or whether the account can be reactivated (even temporarily) to enable a migration/export?

Вітаю. Виникла проблема з завантаженням відредагованого фото в фотошопі. На моменті збереження він підвисає і не дає змогу зберегти файл на компʼютер. Раніше все працювало добре, але з 11.12.2025 перестало. Повідомлення про пристрій і сумістність роботи було і раніше і все працювало. Я виходила і заходила в свій обліковий запис, перевантажувала пристрій, чистила памʼять, але нічого не допомагає. В чому може буи складність?

Please allow IT administrators to prevent creative cloud app users from being able to install freeware (currently, users without admin rights can install Adobe Express Photos, Bridge, and UXP developer tools). I do NOT want to block user access to the self-service Apps pane, just their ability to install apps outside of managed control. Some suggestions on how to achieve:- Allow/disallow freeware global toggle- User group-based enabling- Available with All Apps Licensing- Individual requests on freeware apps

Not sure where to post this. When inside CC Home Page there is a link for Illustrator (Ai). However, the link opens Illustrator Beta and not Ai. Tried to see which way the link was pointing or whether it was on my end.

I'm new to stock contributors, most of my images got Quality Issues. I don't know how to fix it, and can someone tell me what the exact problem with these images.

This font only has two styles. I want regular font style for this work. Is there any way to choose custom style option?     

I have been using Phtoshop and Acrobat and the other parts of the CS6 Design and Web Premium since December 2013. It worked fine on Windows 10. But recently I upgraded to Windows 11 and at the same time changed both the motherboard and hard drive when rebuilding my computer. I now cannot use my activation code because Adobe says it is already in use. (Since my old computer is rebuilt, I cannot see a way to go back to reinstate my old hard drive and remove CS6.) I am the only user and got CS6 from Adobe as a charity donation (I am a trustee) direct from Adobe. It would help if Adobe deactivated my old installation and let me re-activate it on my new one so I am back to where I was. But there seems no way they will do this. Is there any way out of this problem? I cannot rent any of the current iterations so it's my old one or not at all. Any way out please?

Rejected due to "quality issues". I don't understand why this good photo was rejected.

How do I turn off Tip of the day from showing on the composiiton panel? This is going to be destracting to viewers when I am screen recording tutorials. I already have Show Tool Tips turned off in my preferences. 

I am planning on creating a (completed) book for publication using Adobe InDesign, importing its sections from Word documents. The entire book is in the form of a dialogue. The style I wish to preserve is such that the initials of the two speakers appear to the left of their respective speech. I've achieved this, in Word, by writing the book in the form of a two-column, multiple-row table: the initials in the left column, and the dialogue to the right, which keeps initials and text separate. MY QUESTION: How can I maintain this style as I import into InDesign? ChatGPT and I have spent ten hours attempting this until I lost the will to live. Can anyone at least point me in the right direction?  Many thanks!

Estou tentando gerar um video a partir de uma imagem, e já são 3 dias sem conseguir, sempre com a seguinte mensagem, "ocorreu um erro tente novamente mais tarde". Com esses erros o Adobe perde ultilidade para mim.
