Solved

I had 2 free trials (annual, paid monthly): Creative Cloud Pro and Adobe Stock – 10 assets a monthI have just successfully cancelled the Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month trial after they have charged me ~$30 on my card. But I can’t cancel the Creative Cloud Pro one, they said that there is a problem with the card, something like “You must resolve your payment issue before making any changes to your plan.If no action is taken, your plan will be suspended.”I have updated the information, but it keeps saying that there is a problem and I must update the information in order to cancel the free trial. Please help me resolve this, I cannot afford to pay >$67 for something I rarely use. Thank you.

New to illustrator so apologies as sure this is simple, I want to cut a heart shape out of a block of text.I've created a square and used the area type tool to type my text to make a square block of text, all I want to do now is cut a heart shape out in the middle leaving it blank, this must be simple but don't know what I'm doing.Any help greatly appreciated.

After installing InDesign 2026 (21.2) MAC it won’t package jobs. Any jobs...Getting the error “Cannot copy necessary linked files”.Same job package well in InDesign 2025 (20.5.2) MAC.No special characters in files or folders.Working on smb drives. Not an option to copy everything to local drive.Any ideas?

Many os us (designers) don't have a huge screen to be able to spread all windows/tools allover thus, my request is regarding the way the colours names are displayed in the swatches window (specially in Illustrator and InDesign). I can’t see all values!!!  For a high-end detailed work my screen is set for maximum pixels, thus the letter size is quite small.Even using the "small list view", all values can't been seen (this is what I see now: C=30 M=60 Y=4...) unless the swatches window is really wide... using too much space out of my screen.Maybe a quick solution could be using C30 M60 Y40 K10 instead of C=30 M=60 Y=40 K=10There are also many space “not used”, but still the total full colour value can’t be seen.

Hi! I’m having trouble updating my Photoshop. My Creative Cloud desktop app only shows versions up to 22.2, but I need to install Photoshop 2024 (Version 25.x).I am an active subscriber, but the 2024 version is not appearing in the 'Other Versions' menu for me. Could you please check if there is a compatibility block on my account or, if possible, provide me with a direct download link (offline installer) for Photoshop 2024?I want to make sure I can run the latest features, especially the Generative AI tools. Thank you!vv

To me it’s bonkers that adobe acrobat cannot convert .msg files into a pdf when dragging and dropping then into the application itself. it’s one of the worst decision ever, like foxit can do it, many other pdf converters too can do, for what possible reason would you have to not include outlook messages, you have word, excel and powerpoint added so why omit on of the most used tools.Make absolutely no sense, I have never heard a solid response to why either, nothing that makes sense.

I had asked this question a week ago but I can’t find it anymore. Here is the link to it. https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/xdp-pdf-not-opening-after-upgrading-to-adobe-2025/m-p/15661592Basically the answer provided to me was below. “Starting with newer Acrobat releases (and fully enforced by 2024/2025), Acrobat removed all browser plug-in support, and ActiveX / NPAPI integration is no longer available; also, IE-mode hooks are no longer honored. More info about it here: https://adobe.ly/4pGmvst As a result, the browser can no longer hand off XDP files directly to Acrobat; thus, Edge now treats the XDP/PDF as a downloadable file. You see Open / Save instead of inline rendering”So we are looking at the way ahead. We can continue to use Adobe 2020 for the time being until we migrate the application to a newer technology. But is there a drop dead date of some sort where Adobe 2020 version stops working or being supported. I see that the end of core support for Adobe 2020 w

I've been trying for weeks and it won't work! I tried File->Place, and also tried dragging the image directly into Illustrator. JPEG, PNG, PSD.. none working!!!!I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It still won't work! Is this a PC problem? Never had a problem before when I used Mac before. How can I resolve this? I have to work on a project. Need help ASAP! 도와주세요!

Just return credits on failed generations. Pretty simple.

Hi,When I click "Get More Brushes" and scroll down on Adobe.com, I can only download eight Kyle Webster brush packs. Unfortunately, "Charcoal" and "Concept," among others, are no longer available. Does anyone know how I can download and use them again? Thanks in advance.

I have a new computer that is an ASUS Creative laptop with Windows 11. I cannot do anything in Photoshop upon installing the latest version of it from the Creative Cloud app. Brush strokes, shapes, fills, etc, do not ever appear. The Selection Tool does though. The artwork does appear in Animate though, which makes me believe it’s a problem with Photoshop itself. My pen is a third-party one from Amazon that doesn’t come with a driver or Bluetooth, so I cannot be paired with the computer, even though as I said it works in Animate, as well as other apps like ToonBoom and Clip Studio.  Any ideas?

I know you didn't used to be able to extend multiple video layers at one time, but has this been updated?? I am trying to move (extend) 50+ layers in the timeline in Photoshop CC 2017, but would like to be able to highlight (shift click) all of them and extend at the same time. How is this done??

Hello Community! I am looking for a way to generate textboxes on top of paths that contain fill color information:- Hex (probably not possible?)- CMYK values- RGB values. Ideally you would select paths on your artboard, run the script and text boxes would be generated as such: This script comes close, but does it for swatches in the document. However, I need it for the fill color for paths already on the artboard:http://fashionclassroom.com/blog/handy-illustrator-script-for-printing-out-color-chipshttps://github.com/johnwun/js4ai/blob/master/renderSwatchLegend.jsxAlso here is some discussion that touches on the subject: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:fLUn9JnVfDkJ:https://forums.adobe.com/thread/623432+&cd=8&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us Any help would be greatly appreciated! Best regards,Martin

Hi there,Looking to Find/Replace text limited to a specific range of pages, such as changing text on pages 112-116 of a 200 page document. Mindful that this is really necessary functionality, but can’t seem to find it anywhere! Can’t use any scripts/plugins either. Thanks in advance!

I am trying to start Lightroom Classic and I am getting this errorLightroom.exe System error The code execution cannot proceed because mfc140u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.I have uninstalled and reinstall and still getting the same error

Hi everyone,Today on two different computers, both running the latest InDesign, I started getting this error every time I edit a file:“InDesign is unable to save this file. We tried, but it appears to be damaged.”Then, when I try to close the file, I get another message:“Could not complete your request because of a database error. The file ‘InDesign Defaults’ is damaged (Error code: 1).”I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign, resetting preferences, testing files saved locally, in the cloud, and on a USB stick, but nothing helps. I can open and save files as long as I don’t make any changes, but once I edit anything, the error appears.Everything worked fine yesterday, and now both computers are affected. Is anyone else seeing this problem, or does anyone know how to fix it?

I have a CC Photo subscription and installed Photoshop on my laptop after being forced to install CC , which already makes no sense. After a couple of months, CC simply stopped working; the application no longer opens, so I can't update Photoshop."Creative Cloud is starting"... in an infinite loop.Restarting is useless.Uninstalling CC is impossible (it still detects Photoshop and won't let me uninstall CC.Uninstalling Photoshop is impossible; it only does so from CC, which won't start... a total disaster of malfunctioning applications.I'm paying for a poorly made, poorly designed, and poorly functioning service.

Hello, This is the second time Adobe Stock has deactivated my account, for no reason. After the first deactivation, sales never recovered and they deactivated again, two weeks ago, like that time, there was a large purchase (a deliberate fraudulent attack on the account)I can't do anything against such fraudulent attacks on my account, because of which Adobe blocks my account.I don't understand Adobe's actions, because they see who is buying and from where. Solved: Account deactivated due to suspicious activity. - Adobe Product Community - 15233377 Best regards, homeworlds.

I gotta tell you this is ridiculously frustrating. I searched the community for this issue and found exactly the same problem 7 years ago. I have Illustrator 2025 (Mac), and when I select text and paste it into any other program (Mail, Thunderbird, TextEdit) it is not editable. Instead it pastes as an image, so you can not insert the cursor any place in the text and edit.2026 Adobe - its 2026The old threads mention this as a bug in 2017. This is such a basic function, and yet I am at the forums seeking help. The suggestions in 2017 are ridiculous. Why should I have to paste text into a web browser or InDesign, then copy it again?  What a waste of time (and money). If you have a suggestion I am all ears, and I do appreciate the advice. Thanks, CThis is pasted to Mail, completely uneditable.

Are AI generated Adobe Express images ready to use for t shirts and products? If not what do I need to do to use them.

I want to reinstall my entire adobe creative cloud because i get an constant error message that cclibrary is damaged and it is so annoying and i found that i should reinstall the whole cloud  and to reinstal the cloud you have to delete every app, but i can uninstal every app, expect Acrobat, i can only click try again but have clicked that button 100 times right now.
