I installed adobe acrobat ( 25.001.21223) and adobe acrobat reader(25.001.20693) on my windows 11 intel dell laptop. I double click the icon, but nothing happened, neither of them start.I recall I can start the adobe acrobat one time when I just finish install it. but after i close the application and double click want to restart the app, nothing happen on my laptop.

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 25H2. Then I bought a 3 year lisense for Adobe Photoshop Elements. After download and install a just get to the wellcome window where I can choose Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor. None of these buttons is working. I can’t start anything. It looks like the application is loading, but after a while it just stop. No error or no any information. I have tried to run it as a administrator and have reinstalled the software 3 times, but still the same issue. Any tips for me here? Thanks in advance.

I was working 30 minutes ago, everything was ok. I tried to log in to continue working, but I got this window (screenshot). I tried reinstalling with saved settings, but it didn't help.I also tried this instruction - https://community.adobe.com/questions-529/after-effects-can-t-continue-an-unexpected-error-has-occurred-and-after-effects-will-now-shutdown-56063.This also didn't solve the problem. All folders have the appropriate permissions. This is annoying because I didn't change anything in the files or settings. All I did was open another guy's project, then close it without saving. That was the last successful launch of AE.I also installed a few fonts from Envato. What could have damaged AE?Latest version of AE installed. And latest version of MacOS. Macbook Pro M1.

Why do I keep getting Indian people in every image?  Even when I specify a young white couple I get Indians?  It’s creepy and intentional.  What am I paying for?  You think there a lot of Indians to market to in Kentucky?  If I type black, I get a black couple but it takes 20 prompts before I actually get a white person?  I even tried an other computers.  I don’t care about race but when I need a certain image for a client, I don’t need what you want. me to have.  I need the actual image.

I cancelled my monthly subscription within a week and still didn't get any money back. This is serious issue, i really need my money back.

"Le problème a commencé après la mise à jour vers macOS Tahoe 26.3. Il semble que cette version ait modifié la gestion des permissions d'accès aux disques externes, ce qui empêche Acrobat Pro de mémoriser les autorisations accordées.

Hi everyone,I am currently developing a script to automate a Transition Pack workflow in Premiere Pro. My goal is to copy specific clips—specifically Adjustment Layers with various Effects—from a "Source Sequence" into a "Main Sequence."I’ve been studying the approach discussed in this 3-year-old thread: Get videoTracks from projectItem and copy video/audioTracks to main sequenceIn that discussion, it was suggested to use sequence.clone() and delete unwanted items as a workaround for the lack of a direct "Un-nested" sequence insertion API.My current implementation: I use sequence.clone() to get a copy of the source sequence containing the transition. I iterate through the tracks of the cloned sequence to find the target trackItem. I retrieve the source via trackItem.projectItem. I then use videoTrack.insertClip(projectItem, time) to place that item into my Main Sequence. The Problem: While the clip is successfully placed in the Main Sequence, all Effects attached to the original

I just discovered the following:Whenever I export a H.264 in MP4 container, the audio in the resulting file goes about 10 ms out of sync. (575 audio samples to be exact.)Screenshot:Green is the original clip, red is the resulting file from export.I used 25fps in export settings. To test this I used:HD bars and tone that lasts exactly 1 frame @ 25 FPSCleared / reset the cacheDisabled the h.264 acceleration in settings and restarted premiereRendered the timeline to greenTried to render with Adobe media encoderThe result was always the same, audio is not in sync with the original timeline. To see if it's just a display issue, I copied the empty space in the start of audio, pasted it 100 times and it was silent. I also brought the video file to cubase and the desync was clearly there as well.I tried other codecs and they all worked fine and are 100% in sync, including H.264 in .MOV container. The video is exactly the same in the resulting file and lasts for 1 frame as it's supposed to, the au

Hi,I am trying to make a globe with longitude and latitude. I have sucessfully made the first globe in this illustration (this is not my design):  ...but what I’m struggling with is the second globe. Ignore the map, colouring and labels, I’m simply looking at drawing the concentric circles of latitude and longitude, all heading towards or meeting at the north pole. I think I can get my head around the latitude by drawing circles and then using Shape Builder to trim them, but it’s the lines of longitude that are difficult. I asked AI and it gave me these instructions:Step 1: Create the Grid (The "Map Art")Before we make the globe, we need a flat grid to wrap around it. Draw a Rectangle. Hold Shift to make it a perfect square. Give it a stroke and no fill. With the square selected, go to Object > Path > Split into Grid. Set the number of Rows (Latitude) and Columns (Longitude). For a standard look, try 12 Rows and 24 Columns. Click OK. Open your Symbols Panel (Window > Sym

Hi,How can I resize the text box without resizing the texts inside it? I search on Google and find the following article:https://graphicdesign.stackexchange.com/questions/42095/photoshop-how-to-resize-a-text-box-without-distorting-the-actual… However, I check the text layer in my PSD file, and there is only a "Type" -> "Convert to Point Text" menu item for it, which means it is already a "Paragraph text". But when I try to resize it, the resize will still cause the texts inside it distorted again. Why?My file can be downloaded from: Dropbox - Problem2.psd - Simplify your life

Before upgrading my OS, I need to know if Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2020.013 compatible with Mac Os 15 SequoiaThanks a lot

Issue – I run two PC editing computer labs. In versions 25 and 26 (newest) of PP, when we click on any drop menu option (“Workspaces” drop menu on main screen, any drop menus in the Preferences section such as Audio hardware, etc.) the drop menu shows up for about one second then dissapears. Steps to reproduce – for example, go to Preferences → Audio Hardware → and click Input to reveal teh drop menu for all the inputs. You can also do this with the Workspaces dropmenu option in the upper-right  corner of PP Expected result –teh drop menu should show up and stay available until you choose an item from it Actual result – the drop menu options will show up for a half-second to one sec and dissapear before you can click anything. Screen recording – If you think it might be helpful, include a recording of your screen, showing the issue.   Adobe Premiere Pro version –PP 26.0.0 (build 72) Operating system – Windows 11 Education, Version 24H2 GPU driver version (Windows only) – ??  Video form

Hello,We have recently upgraded from Adobe RH 2019 classic version to RH 2022 version a nd need some help on creating output preset for Responsive HTML5 outputs. We are having multiple RH projects that we work on, we have customizwd the output profile for a single project, but since we have multiple RH projects and translation projects, we have to individually customize presets in each project. Is there a way to import that customized preset to different projects so that it just saves time and the output remains same throughout. Any updates will be helpful on this issue. Thanks.

Has anybody successfully fixed the mousewheel zoom in Illustrator on Windows? Very capable up to date machine. Updated / reinstalled OS, AI and Nvidia drivers. (Studio drivers should really be tested before Qualification)Updated Logitech driversTried Different UI scalesTried with and without all the Hardware Acceleration GPU preferencesWith and without Live zoomWith and without Smart Scroll (logitech options+)I am not sure how many versions of AI have to go back to get it working againThis is a major bug that keeps happening and it would be good if some resource could be allocated to fully testing and fixing it.Losing a LOT of time to the app hanging when I scroll the mouse wheel Tristan

I have an 8.5 x 11 PDF, and I want to add 0.125 bleed on all sides. I know it won’t create extra content to fill in that bleed area, but I still want the end result to be 8.75 x 11.25. When I resize it, it makes the top bleed 0.071 and the bottom bleed 0.179, no matter what I do. How do I make it 0.125 on every side?
