Solved

I'm running a MacBook Pro M3pro with a second monitor via Display port (using a calldigit hub via thunderbolt).im trying to plug an HDMI monitor (via hdmi output on the computer) so I can have a clean program signal from Premiere and although Mac OS recognises this monitor and lets me use it as a second extended screen, Premiere isn't pumping the signal once I check its box on the Playback settings page. (Mercury transmission box is ticked). any help much appreciated. thanks

Hi everyone.Firefly doesn't generate videos, I still have 800 credits, 800/4250, when I select Veo 3.1 fast for 80 credits, it says, insufficient credits, Firefly 400 credits! It changes the video length, 4 seconds, 5 seconds, 8 seconds, 4 seconds, still nothing is generated, very unintuitive, the user interface is a nightmare over time.Moving created files, images, videos into projects is really a disaster.Images, videos have to be deleted one by one, individually.I don't even try to move them into projects in bulk anymore, it's annoying and it doesn't even work for me.Moreover, it generates whatever it wants and doesn't follow the instructions to preserve images when editing.I started very well, but it's getting worse. In the forum, after returning from reading a post, it takes me to the first post at the top :DDDI'm writing through a translator, thank you.

Hello,i need the InDesign Version 19.5, as a client has a content management system that's only compatible with InDesign version 19.5. What can i do?Many thanks and greetingsmichael

Hello, I have an official GED diploma and transcript PDF issued by GED Testing Service and certified by Parchment. The document states that when opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 or later, it should display a blue ribbon indicating a valid digital certificate issued by GeoTrust CA for Adobe. However, in Adobe Acrobat Reader 2019.008.20081 on Windows 11, the signature status shows “Author: Unknown”, and the blue ribbon does not appear. Additional details:The PDF is digitally signed and certified by ParchmentThere is no invalid signature or integrity warningTrusted Certificates in Acrobat only show Adobe Root CA entriesInternet connection is available My questions are:Can a valid GED/Parchment document show “Author: Unknown” in Acrobat?Does the absence of the blue ribbon always indicate an invalid document?Could this behavior be related to the Acrobat version or certificate verification settings? How should this type of educational digital signature be properly verifi

All of a sudden my generation history went black and fading to grey then white as if it's loading. Probably 3 hours' worth of generation I can't currently access. any idea how to fix it?

Please let the default Save-As/Export location be the folder of the document we are currently saving/exporting. Let's say I open an existing photoshop file from a folder called "House," and I want to save it as a new version.  I go to "save-as" and expect the default save location to be "House," as is the case with most software.  However, instead, the default folder photoshop opens is whatever folder I had saved the last file I saved-as.  The last random file I happened to save-as, in most cases, is COMPLETELY unrelated to the file I am currently trying to save.  This is not a logical or helpful default file path.   It would only be helpful if I had a folder full of all my saved-as files (regardless of subject matter/project) and a folder with all my original versions, (regardless of subject/project).   Because most applications save-as to the location of the original copy by default, in Photoshop, I frequently hit save without realizing it

Ive just got the new version, as I was away from my computer for a while.  I importet a bunch of Tiffs as well as some NEFs from my SD card. In both cases LrC doesnt create the previews, the sqaures in the gallery just stay grey. If I switch over to the dev module the image shows, and i believe it also renders a preview. The preview shows also then in gallery, but only for 3 images at a time, if i click a fouth one, the first one turns grey. Very weird.  Also if I try to force new previews, the progress bar just wont move and nothing happens.  Old previews are fine. I've also tried deleting the preview file, but didnt change anything. Setup and everything is the same.  Running on a MBP 2018 on 16GB Ram and Sonoma. Is maybe that the problem? Is Sonoma not supported anymore? If so can I revert back to an older LrC version? Help, please?

Hello I recently formatted my pc. It does not have multicore that supports vector extension for the newest indesign but I previously had Indesign installed. Probably an older version. Is it possible to get the installation for indesign v19?  Is there a link?  Thank you in advance.

For some reason, importing the first folder for the new year, which should be showing in library inside the folder for 2026, came in showing the 'originals' folder outside on its own and not properly nested. How can I fix this?

I am running a Windows 10 PC with a 2TB SDD, with 400GB+ of free space on it.  I had a problem with my catalog a week ago, and Sameer K helped me get the catalog open, resetting my preferences.  Since then, however, Lightroom is exceedingly slow. When I open an image from the filmstrip using loupe view, it can take up to 15 seconds to open it.  The problem is worse tryimg to enlarge to a 100% view; the average time takes between 18-26 seconds.  Both these issues are new; it used to take just a few seconds to open and enlarge images when I was using my previous catalog. I have cleared my cache, but both problems existed before I did this, and still exist afterwards.  I have my cache set to 20GB.   Can anyone suggest any remedies to speed up the program?   Paul Lebras

I've been using Command + drag to resize files placed on my InDesign pages for years, and suddenly, for no reason, I can no longer do that. Holding Command and dragging the mouse only resizes the frame, not the content inside the frame with it. I'm now having to go back to clicking between the Selection tool and Direct Selection tool to resize things accordingly. Why did this feature suddenly stop working? I've restarted InDesign twice, tried holding Command+Option+Shift+Control when relaunching it, and tried to change settings but nothing has worked. I haven't changed anything. No updates to the computer or the program, so there's no reason this should just suddenly stop being functional.

I have tried to install Adobe Reader, and it says it in installed, however when I search for the programme it isn't there - I have checked my downloads, and serach in the file... but I get the message that I need to download it from the store, which I try to do again - and again it shows as successful installation, but yet isn't on my laptop.  I am going around in circles! Has anyone else has this issue? It's a brand new HP Omnibook with Windows 11 and a SnapDragon processor. I need to be able to edit, sign  and lock documents (in designated boxes) for work, which I could previously do with Adobe reader, but now I'm struggling! Any ideas are very welcome.

Your adobe firefly program is not letting me upload photos to start editing or generating and it's charging me for stupid AI results which I don't want

I am trying to understand how adobe stock works. It seems like it is subscription-based. However, I wonder if once a photo is purchased, it is purchased, we do not have to pay continuously?

I have an InDesign file that the pages are messed up on pages 50-142. The Headers and Subheaders aren't in order and I've tried several ways to fix it, but can't figure it out. The text thread jumps from page 49 to page 87 and I need the pages to be continous with the header and subheader numberings.

Hello,The question I have is, if a document is deleted in Adobe cloud, can adobe admins access that document on the back end?
