Solved

I just cancelled my Students Plan in December 2025 and when I did that it said my plan will be over in December 2026. I thought it was an error and didn't pay too much attention. Yesterday(4.1.2026) I couldn't use an app because I had to re-activate my subscription, so I went back and checked, it said my plan will be over January 5 2026. Today(5.1.2026) it says my plan will be over February 5. I can neither re-subscribe nor cancel the plan. Plus can't use any app, cause it says "Buy".

Hi... I'm trying to read a text file within a UXP add-in.. and failing with 'route not found'... I'm not very familiar with javascript whatsoever... what am I doing wrong?

Hello! I have problems during the installing both - Creative Cloud and Adobe Desktop - system errors: MSVCP140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll, VCRUNTIME140_1dll were not found. I used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool (Win Pro 11). Unfortunately, this did not work. How can I solve this issue?

Hi, I need to find best way of adding shadows to my 'models into real scene' photos.I reckon start with the aircrafts plan view as a black silhouette and lay it on the ground.attached the .psd file for download. It has plan view before my attempt, as well as my best effort.I am assuming shadow is directly under the aircraft, an overhead light , then I will soften edges and mellow it , being a cloudy day. Wheels then get an extra shadow. In order to get the shadow, I take the planview, then try to pull it down to the correct shape.I tried transform>perspective, the most obvious one, but failed.warp no good, skew no better.Distort, and its a struggle, the tailplane doesnt want to behave. Just what is the way as the shadow is the plan view, but on the ground ! CheersMerlin

Hello Adobe Support team,I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe AI features (Generative AI / Firefly). For the last week I have not been able to use AI tools — the system shows a message that premium features or credit information cannot be loaded, and it looks like AI is unavailable in my region.I live in Ukraine, and as far as I know, AI features should be available here and were working before. The problem started only about a week ago.Because of this issue, I missed several days of free AI generations, which I normally use for my work. This directly affected my workflow.I have already tried:refreshing the pagelogging out and back inchecking my account and subscriptionbut the problem persists. Please clarify:Is there currently any regional restriction or technical issue affecting Ukraine? Can this problem be fixed on your side?Is it possible to restore or compensate the missed free AI generations caused by this issue?Thank you in advance for your help.I rely on Adobe AI tools for my daily

Subject: Feature Request: Direct "Place into Shape" or Instant Clipping Mask Option Dear Adobe Photoshop Team, I have a suggestion to improve the workflow in Photoshop. Currently, to create a clipping mask, we have to place an image, create a shape, ensure the layers are in the correct order, and then select 'Create Clipping Mask.' This process is time-consuming when working with multiple objects. My Idea: Adobe should introduce a "Direct Clipping Mask" or "Place into Shape" option. * A user should be able to right-click a shape and select "Place Image into this Shape," or * Simply drag and drop an image directly onto a shape to automatically create a clipping mask. This feature would significantly speed up the design process and make the workflow much smoother. I hope the team considers this enhancement. Best regards, Chavan abhi

Hi, Is there a way to take a limited set of still images of a product (in this case, a shoe) and make it viewable from all angles using mouse interaction, specifically using Firefly? The still images I have are from the following angles: front, back, both sides, top, and bottom.  I’m aware that a full 360° view is traditionally created using hundreds of images and then processed through platforms such as Sirv.  However, I’m exploring whether Firefly (or AI more generally) can map these key angles and generate a realistic 3D model without requiring hundreds of source images. I’m hoping AI can infer the intermediate angles and create a high-quality 3D result.  I’ve tested some websites that attempt this, but the rendering quality has been poor, particularly in terms of textures and material realism. I’ve attached the still images for reference. Any advice, guidance, or recommended workflows would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I've used Bridge for years, but it seems that with later cameras, like the Nikon Z9 it does not show thumbnails of nor play videos, unless there is some secret I don't know about.  I've never liked Lightroom, but I found that it does show theses thumbnails, which would make it much easier to add desired metadata without having to use free programs like Nikon Studio to show or play the video.  So I was trying to test how compatible the 2 program in the title.  I see that LR shows my entered metadata, and keywords.  but I also saw that it had dates for the videos, which bridge lacks.  I tried exporting a file with the date and also added a keyword, saving with the same file name and location and checking back to see the file in the same folder in Bridge and nothing new added.  Is there someone familiar with both programs who can explain why this is so.

The Adobe Firefly program spent 360 credits but did not produce content and said there was an error. This used my credit in vain. This said try again and spent credit again. It needs to be reloaded and it needs to be improved. And It takes too long, how many minutes should it be? I've been waiting for twenty minutes. Also,it says already logged in again. Why is there a constant synchronization problem!

I am using an image that I've generated previously and that I want to continue using. I requested that Firefly places that image in front of a microphone and has it dancing as a test. Without being propted that image is enhanced in ways not requested and the view is now side on rather than face forward, again this wasnt requested. I seem to be going through my credits getting pieces of video that are useless to me because firefly has taken upon itself to adjust the image and the view neither of which has been stipulated in the description and at ther same time not really carrying out the specifics of my request stipulated in the text. I have worked with Adobe premiere and firefly along with Kapwing in the past to get these initial images and make a piece of video that was useable. I'm no expert I'm a hobbyist and this is for my own amusement but when I'm paying for sotware and asking for specific things to happen to an image and that's not happening but a the same time unrequested chan
