Adobe keeps trying to charge my school account. Its trying to charge me for the creative cloud provided by my school. I'm wondering if its because I'm a recent grad, which makes me also wonder why they just assume I want to pay for their overpriced garbage plan. I don't see any option to close my account. 0 options for support. 0 options to cancel plans. 0 options to remove payment option. 0 options to reach out to admin support. Adobe is the most predatory scum company I have ever encountered.

When I install Adobe Acrobat (64bit) version 25.001.20997 a software scan shows that it also installed Adobe Acrobat Reader 24.0.0.1. Anybody know why this happens and how to fix it so it only shows Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) ?

I've struggled with the dreaded Mac QT gamma compensation issue in the past, but for some reason, I'm back at struggling with it. I've tried everything I can and I'm trying to narrow down the issue as well as I can. So essentially the issue is that the colors look washed out after exporting the video out of Premiere, depending on what I view the video with. What I did was take a video, drop it in to Premiere, in to a new sequence, and export it out. No changes done to the file in Premiere. In Quicktime, the original file looks colorful and contrasty, but the exported file looks a bit washed out. In VLC, they look exactly the same. I dropped them in to Google Drive, and they look exactly the same there too. Dropping the newly exported file in to Premiere, on to the same timeline, it looks just like the original. I decided to try and change the file names in Drive and download them back on to my computer. Once again, the original looks good but the exported looks washed out. Se

Hello,I am an artist and I want to print my paintings on Fine Art paper (here, Canson Etching Rag). However, I am having trouble using the ICC profile for this paper in Photoshop 2026 on Windows 11 Pro. (my printer: Canon PIXMA Pro-200).I downloaded and installed the official ICC profile for the paper. I have copied the ICC file to C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color and restarted Photoshop. It works on Canon software, but it does not appear in Photoshop — neither in “Assign Profile,” “Convert to Profile,” nor in the proof setup.I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop, but the profile still does not appear.I want to be able to soft proof and adjust my files in Photoshop before printing on Fine Art paper. Is there a solution or workaround to make Photoshop recognize this ICC profile on Windows 11?Thank you very much for your help.

Why do I have watermarks appearing on images placed from Adobe libraries, even if they are licensed?

Hi,In my code, I use AttributeBossList::IntersectionContainsDifferences() to locate runs of text of a particular set of attributes. But this function sometimes "fails" when looking for specific font sizes, such as 14.2pt or 18.53pt, for example. I am assuming that, internally, it is looking for an exact match in fixed units, and the conversion used by the SDK seems to differ ever so slightly, depending if one's UI is in points or millimeters, for example.Short of re-writing my own version of AttributeBossList::IntersectionContainsDifferences(), to be able to handle borderline cases, does anyone have any suggestion as to how to loosen the matching criteria used by the SDK ?Or should I use AttributeBossList::ConvertAttributeList() on both sets of attributes, and then do the comparison myself ?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Very best regards,Olivier

Adobe promises unlimited generations with image models until January 14, 2026 but doesn't deliver after I resubscribed for a year.So on December 1st i got this message (image link) in adobe firefly (web). saying i would get unlimited image generations until jan 14 2026.image screenshot: This is before I renewed my subscription. now after the free until 15 december extention they gave, I get charged with credits?message is in dutch so here is a translation:"You have unlimited generationsEnjoy unlimited generations with all image models and the Firefly Video Model. This includes image models such as Adobe Firefly, Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana), OpenAI, and more. Ends on January 14, 2026.Get started"Was this a ruse to get me over the subscription deadline?

As stated in the title, placing a black rectangle set at 80% opacity over a section of an image brightens the entire image. The black translucent rectangle is being used to make text on the image more legible without completely blocking out the image in that area.  The issue is still there if I move the translucent shape onto another layer, the only way I've found to make the image return to normal is to delete the translucent shape. Nothing is grouped, the image opacity is still set to 100, and I'm working in Europe General Purpose 3 for the colour settings, and it stays when the document is exported to a PDF.If any other details are helpful to diagnose this issue, please let me know.  Is this a known bug or is it affecting the properties of the page somehow?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.I'm on Safari 26.3, and I'm using macOS 26.3.1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/downloadable-plugins-and-content.html.2. Scroll until you see "Textures for Texturizer Filter".3. Click on the "Get file" button. You're supposed to see a file named "Textures.zip" pop up. But instead, it downloads a file called "Textures.html", that seems like its supposed to be a 404 page.

Hi,I have an AE effect created (by a friend of mine) that is not showing up on the PP timeline, even though it is there.  Please note the attached two screengrabs. In 1. you can see the AE effect on V4 (in red); also it is in the Source monitor (showing and playing correctly).  However, it is not showing up correctly within the Source monitor.  In 2. you can see that when the effect is clicked on then it is showing up and playing within the Record monitor, as to be expected. This effect is to be replicated in 4 different places, and so I need to see it working correctly on the timeline, so that I may line it up appropriately. Please advise,DC

I have very recently purchased Adobe Photoshop. My operating system is Windows 10. I did the purchase by clicking on a link wich poped up from my already installed. One other question is why did adobe let me buy the latest version wich can not be installed in my operating system. Can't I get the oleder version without buying anything additional. Adobe should have not allowed me to buy the Photoshop version, the latest, as my operating system Windows 11. How can I get any new or older Photoshop version run on my Windows 10. What solution can Adobe give me.

Hello,I urgently need help with a serious billing issue. My card was charged for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro:- Jan 3, 2026 – US$67.99- Jan 5, 2026 – US$339.95I only wanted a free trial to test the apps. I did not clearly agree to a paid plan with these high amounts. I live in Iraq, where Adobe subscriptions are not officially available, so I had to rely on someone to help me start what I believed was just a trial. This -US$407 was all the money on my card for basic living expenses. I am still within 14 days of the first charge, so I am requesting:Immediate cancellation of any planFull refund of both chargesIf this cannot be resolved quickly and fairly, I will have to dispute these transactions with my card issuer, but I prefer to solve this directly with Adobe.Thank you.

The previous version of Photoshop compromised history brush usabilty and the current version (27.2.0) renders them useless.

Quick question about the GPU API. Does AE force CPU rendering if buffer expansion happens? Done some testing with debugging and it seems like SmartRenderGPU never gets called when expansion happens. Do I have to do something specific or anything, or is it not possible?

I use this all the time as I create large adjoining walls for booths that have to match and for the elements i use, i need to increase the Pasteboard. Has this option been moved or renamed for some crazy reason?Crazily, I can load an old document that i have increased the pasteboard size, and I can use that, but we should not have to use workarounds for such a fundamental feature!

Hello — I have a large set of unedited .jpg images and a matching .xmp sidecar for each image (each image has a unique corresponding XMP). If I manually import a JPG together with its .xmp into Lightroom or Camera Raw, the .xmp produces the expected color/develop adjustments. However, the dataset is too large to process manually. I’m looking for reliable ways to apply these .xmp develop settings to all images in batch, ideally in an unattended or command-line workflow.Any suggestions on this?

Hi!So I'm currently subscribed to Photoshop and would want to add Illustrator, but the only option I keep seing is "Change Plan" and there's no Add Plan or whatsoever. Is there a way to subscribe to 2 softwares only since I don't necessarily use the other apps so I don't consider getting the whole Creative Plan

HelloI uploaded some photos and the ones that have been approved are visible in the dashboard page but when I click on them they are not displayed on the site and an error page is shown.I wanted to see what is the reason why the photos are not displayed?

After following the same steps many YouTube videos show, my multicam sequence will just show two times the same image (I already tried to toggle the V1, V2 etc. layers, moved the layers themselfes, my display is set to multi-camera, multi-camera is enabled...). I used to work with multicam very easely in the past and lately I'm facing this problem. Can someone pinpoit a problem here?

Hi,I currently use Lightroom CC (NOT the classic version, but the cloud) through my school account. I’m graduating soon, which means my school email will stop working and I’ll lose access to Adobe software. I would like to continue subscribing to Adobe services using my personal account.  This question has been asked for many years already, so I’m wondering if in 2026, there is finally a way to transfer all Lightroom CC photos, folders, and albums from an educational account to a personal one. I honestly don’t see any real downside to allowing users to continue using the service seamlessly after graduating. Manually exporting and re-uploading everything is extremely painful, especially when dealing with several years’ worth of photos and limited local storage. From a user perspective, enabling this would make it much easier to stay with Adobe after school, which seems like a clear win-win. Thanks in advance for any clarification.
