I have a video with one insta360 .insv clip in it. When I export to Media Encoder (YouTube 1260p 4K Ultra HD preset) as usual - it gets stuck right at the spot where that clip is in the video. Media Encoder just freezes and I can see it's on the clip right before the .insv clip.  It exports fine directly from Premiere Pro.  I've:uninstalled/reinstalled media encodertried it with beta and regular premiere pro (latest versions as of July 25 2024)tried it with a past version of ppro and media encodertried reseting the preferences in ppro and media encoder (shift open)tried exporting to different presets tried all sorts of things with the clip itself, making it offline, relinking, exporting in the Insta360 app and using that, etc...  Any suggestions much appreciated.  Mac Studio Apple M1 MaxOS 13.4 (22F66) PrePro Beta 24.6.0 b75Media Encoder Beta 24.6 b66 PrePro 24.5 b57Media Encoder 24.5 b50 also tried past version of Ppro/ME...&

I'm in an animation class where the teacher showed us a way to create a .PSD file with multiple layers and import it into After-Effects as a sequence so it plays the layers like frames for an animation, but I'm not able to re-create it from home. I have a .PSD with layers named from 001 - 030 that I attempt to import into my After-Effects composition. I checkmarked the Import as Sequence, the Create Composition, and the Force Alphabetical Order boxes and set AE to import the .psd as "Composition - Retain Layer Sizes". I've tried about as many variations of this as I can, but when I import this I end up with a new composition that somehow uses all of the other files on my desktop (where the .psd is located) instead of the frames of the .psd. What am I doing wrong and how can I make this work? Thanks in advance.

I am attaching a PDF form I created here that is showing odd tab order results. At the end of the first page (in field #38), hitting the tab takes you to field #14 further up on that page rather than to the 1st field on page 2.  Therefore, if you use the tab to proceed between fields instead of your mouse, you will forever be stuck on the first page. The tab order works correctly betwen page 2 and page 3. Any ideas as to why things are funky at the bottom of page 1?  Or what I can do about it?

Hi all. I hope you can help me with this one.I've created a simple PDF-form with some text fields to be filled out. The problem is that the ones I sent it to say that they can't save it with the content they fill in and they can't even print it. Any ideas to what I'm doing wrong? They are opening it in Adobe Reader. I teTed the pdf in the exact version they’re using and it works fine on my Mac.

I want deleate my address email and my dates on the Adobe database .It s not possible and not correct there isn't "unsubcribe " nowhere!  How do I have to do?

I developed a plugin whose functionality requires reading and judging precise RGB values, and ultimately calculating and exporting HEX color data. Therefore, I want all internal computations to be performed strictly in an 8-bit environment. However, when an After Effects project is set to 16-bit or 32-bit color, AE automatically converts the pixel depth for plugins that only support 8-bit input. This conversion introduces unwanted color noise (as shown in the GIF below), which is not the behavior I want.In addition, my plugin contains many functions and processing steps, and I don’t want to duplicate the same logic two more times just to support 16-bit and 32-bit modes. So, my question is:Is there a way to make the plugin compatible with 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit projects while still using a single shared set of functions? For example, could I convert the 16-bit or 32-bit input down to 8-bit inside the plugin itself?Letting After Effects handle the bit-depth conversion automatically causes

Hi everyone, dont you know if there is a way to inport keyboard shortcuts into your premiere pro on the MAC?Thanks

I have a new Windows PC and an old Cintiq 24HD with the latest drivers. As soon as I connected it, I noticed that the lines were quite jagged and not smooth. I spoke with Wacom and ran various tests. The tablet works perfectly on the old computer. Today I noticed that the lines in Photoshop are extremely jagged at 33% zoom, and the closer I get, the smoother they become. Is there a way to adjust this? Thanks, o.

hi,im using Windows 10 home and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my Thinkpad X1 carbon. Since i bought this laptop, the icons of pdf files on desktop have turned into black squares (see picture). This problem is solved temporarily by refreshing the desktop, but it happens again when I restart the laptop. Can anyone fix it? Thanks

A few devices recently updated to version 2025.001.20744. Printing to a printer only prints blank pages, and printing to a pdf software throws the errors: "The document could not be printed, kindly use our help page to troubleshoot." followed by a second error"An error occured while printing the document, kindly use our help page to troubleshoot.  Selecting the "Print As Image" option from the advanced printer settings allows printing.  Installed previous version 2025.001.20693 on an affected laptop and it was able to print normally without requiring the print as image option.  Windows Version: Windows 11 24H2.

The error only occurs when combining PNGs. Converting to PDF also does not work natively within the app, although if I change the extension outside of the app it combines fine. I turned off all security options I could, the app is up to date, repair does not resolve the issue, Fast Web has been turned off, and the file doesn't seems corrupt as anything PNG doesn't work while converting it into other files types do. Unfortunate there is a lot of bulk files of this type that needs to be converted so changing them all individually is not a convenient option. Is there anything else for me to try?

I'm on a mac using Tahoe.I've given permissions for Lightroom Classic to have full disk access. I've added it to Accessibility, App Management. Under Files & Folders it says it has full disk access, but I'm still getting the error message.  Any ideas?

Hi,Today I came across this issue. So any of the CTRL + "key" shortcuts are not working in Photoshop. In other programs as well as in Illustrator and InDesign all seems to work fine. I have tried to reset preferences and reinstall the program and even install previous versions, but the problem persists. Photoshop is stock, with no plugins and no additional gear (drawing pads etc.). OS is the latest Windows 10 update (1809), and PS the latest version. Does anyone know how to solve this?EDIT: It seems that any of the letter key shortcuts don't work. So the letter keys themselves seem not to work.

Hi, I'm having a problem with CC Particle World that I'm unsure how to solve. I am trying to do a "laser printing effects". I have a shape layer with a path. I attached the null object to this path to follow the trim path end. Then I attach CC Particle World producer positions to follow the null. It looks fine, but when I add the camera and start rotating the producer position is off. Is it possible to ensure that the producer is always positioned on the surface of the shape layer, regardless of the camera's position and rotation?I would appreciate help with that. I attached the project file.

Unlike PSE 2025, the 2026 Elements Editor does not retain, from file to file, the File>Close>Save Options>Organize: "Include in the Elements Organizer" & "Save in Version Set with Original".Without retaining these 2 Include & Version options, I have to click on them for each file Save which is particularly cumbersome since the "Process Multiple Files" option also does not function (report already acknowledged).
