Solved

My account is based in South Korea but I would like the language of the marketing and account emails to be English. I raised this issue with support but was simply told that it's not possible and cutoff from the chat. Is this really the answer?

Hi everyone,I’m new to Substance Designer and I’ve run into a problem I can’t figure out. No matter how many times I create a new graph and select the Metallic-Roughness preset, I cannot find the option to choose Translucent + Displacement (or any PBR shader) in the 3D View. The only material available is AdobeStandardMaterial, and it’s always marked as “default (overridden)”. I don’t see any way to load other shaders.I’ve searched for solutions, but most tutorials show that by choosing the Metallic-Roughness preset, the PBR shader options should appear automatically. In my case, they don’t.Has anyone else had this issue, or knows why this is happening? It’s really frustrating and I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!

I recently updated Premiere to 25.2.1. After the update, this warning appears. I followed the steps to fix this, and it worked for about a day. My computer had some more updates and now every time I try to work in Premiere, it not only crashes, but freezes my system. I can't even save a project before it crashes.   I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere, going back to an older 25 update, and updating my drivers, to no avail. There's probably more I'm missing but I was just curious if anyone had any suggestions to help out. Here are my specs as well:    Lenovo ThinkPad Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 165H 1.40 GHz 64 GB RAM 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Windows 11 Pro

Pessoal, boa tarde, tudo bem? Enfim, nada funciona! Preciso muito da ajuda de vocês 😞

Hi everyone. When my cursor is in the current text box, it looks like this.At this point, my current target of action, sel, is the current text box.var doc = app.activeDocument; var item = doc.selection[0]; var items; alert(item.constructor.name); if ( ("InsertionPoint" == item.constructor.name || "Character" == item.constructor.name || "Text" == item.constructor.name || "Word" == item.constructor.name || "Paragraph" == item.constructor.name) && "Table" != item.parent.parent.constructor.name ) { items = item.parentTextFrames; sel = items; alert(items); If I select all content in the current article,Now, I want my selection target (sel) to be every text Frame of this article. To be more precise, my target is the text box containing the selected text. For example, if an article has 10 text boxes and I select content from boxes 3 through 6, then my target objects are Frame3, Frame4, Frame5, and Frame6.How can I represent this

I'm not referring to the Quick Access folder, but to a folder that's recently appeared in the DRIVE section of my file explorer navigation pane.  I'm not sure why it's listed with my drives, but it is. It has a crazy long name, (Creative Cloud Files Personal Account {my email} XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@AdobeID), and the unpin registry hack doesn't remove it. I don't use Creative Cloud for file storage, and want this eyesore of a folder gone. Please help.

I've been having a problem for the last 6 months or so with Adobe. I am a high school math teacher and frequently use pdfs for notetaking. I use a Microsoft Surface tablet at school (running windows 11) which allows me to be mobile and work through math at any location in the room for the entire class. Adobe has a draw function within the edit options which has been fantastic in the past.  Recently though, Adobe will start to flash, glitch, lag and finally crash my entire OS. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking for updates, fixing the installation, and even tried my home computer (running windows 10). The same problem is happening across both devices. In addition to this, adobe is draining the batteries on both devices at an outrageous pace. We're talking that within 2.5 hours of using Adobe, my device is under 10% battery. However, if I use those same devices for internet browsing, I can get a solid 4-6 hours before even slightly worrying about the battery.&nb

Testing the new color label support in Lightroom Desktop (v9)  syncing with LRC. Changes to color labels are correctly sync'd from Lightrooom desktop(V9) to the sync'd images in LRC(v15). Also the reverse works - change a label in the sync'd image in LRC and its reflected in the cloud clients. Smart previews only seem to work one way. If I change the color label in an image file in LRC that is sync'd via smart previews to the cloud - it is correctly reflected in Lightroom Desktop(V9), However the reverse is not true. If I change a color label in a syn'd smart preview in Lightroom Desktop(v9) it is not updated in LRC. This seems a bit odd as star rating for example are. Also it seems odd to work one way. I would understand if ti didnt sync at all.

Hi,    I updated ton LRC 15.0 and it keep crashing on startup, at the catalog conversion page.   I use windows 11 25H2, windows update up to date.  GPUs : Nvidia RTX 5060 Ti with Studio drivers up to date Intel integrated 770 up to date   i went back to 14.5 and crashes also immediatly on startup.  The only version that work without crashing is the 14.0.  I tried to reset the preferences, but nothing changes.  Can you provide some help to fix this problem?    Charles

For some reason my LR window fills the entire iMac screen. I can't make it smaller. And after talking with the Adobe chat bot, I've lost the bar that has File, Edit, etc. I have the latest version of LR CC

On my laptop, Lightroom Classic 15.0 and the recent update 15.0.1 won't start. The process begins but remains in the background without opening the program. The Creative Cloud Desktop app confirms that LR Classic is compatible with my device. My operating system is Windows 11 Home 25H2.I haven't had any issues like this with previous versions. I reinstalled the version prior to 15, and it starts up correctly. The problem is that I have version 15 installed on my main PC, and the catalog is updated to that version, so I can't open that catalog on version 14 on my laptop!

I'm having problems with several tools, prinicipally Remove Tool after installing 27.0.0. When attempting to use error signal states "programme error". Tried reverting back to last 26 version and had to go to version proir to this before tools workedproperly. Any solutions without not installing further updates?

I tried the following script as a .jsx file. I want to draw a vector circle on a layer of the active document in Photoshop 27.0.0. The script runs without any errors, but it fills the whole layer with color (red) rather than drawing a vector circle.// Draw a vector circle as a Shape Layer // Parameters var doc = app.activeDocument; var radius = 200; // pixels var centerX = doc.width / 2; var centerY = doc.height / 2; // Make a new shape layer with an ellipse path var desc = new ActionDescriptor(); var ref = new ActionReference(); ref.putClass(stringIDToTypeID("contentLayer")); desc.putReference(charIDToTypeID("null"), ref); var desc2 = new ActionDescriptor(); var desc3 = new ActionDescriptor(); // Shape color var colorDesc = new ActionDescriptor(); colorDesc.putDouble(charIDToTypeID('Rd '), 255); colorDesc.putDouble(charIDToTypeID('Grn '), 0); colorDesc.putDouble(charIDToTypeID('Bl '), 0); desc3.putObject(charIDToTypeID('Clr '), charIDToTypeID('RGBC'), colorDesc); // Shape geome

Please help me figure out the cause and fix it.... I have attached the PDF and EPS10 files that were not accepted below.

Dear team, I am looking to recreate the following infographic:              I took a stab at it and was able to make something as follows. However, the issue that i am facing is with the trianagles (with the rounded tips) that go around the circle. They don't look right. I tried to do that with the rotate tool, but the symmetry is all messed up. I don't have the orginal Illustrator file for this.              I was wondering if you could please guide me on the right workflow for the same. Thanks!

Hello, I am end+gine who is doing mobile publishing.I recently received a strange claim, so I would like to ask if it can be resolved. If you scroll up and down online content as in the attachment, the image will be pushed to the right. I don't think there's any reason for that, but you're also one of my customers, so I want to make sure there's no error.

Hola a todos..... yo no puedo subir formato .psd photoshop para vender plantilla flyer por favor ayudarme muchas gracias.

So when denoise was first added, it was working. After a few updates it stopped working. I could understand if they would use a different image model that would require more GPU power, but I get the error that the file format is not compatible.---- ExifTool ----ExifTool Version Number : 12.82---- File ----File Name : 4N3A9818.CR2Directory : /Users/razvantamas/Pictures/tuscanyFile Size : 43 MBFile Modification Date/Time : 2025:11:01 14:04:09+02:00File Access Date/Time : 2025:11:12 14:50:07+02:00File Inode Change Date/Time : 2025:11:12 11:29:20+02:00File Permissions : -rwx------File Type : CR2File Type Extension : cr2MIME Type : image/x-canon-cr2Exif Byte Order : Little-endian (Intel, II)---- EXIF ----Image Width : 6720Image Height : 4480Bits Per Sample : 8 8 8Compression : JPEG (old-style)Make : CanonCamera Model Name : Canon EOS 5D Mark IVPreview Image Start : 69320Orientation : Horizontal (normal)Preview Image Length : 5558278X Resolution : 72Y Resolution : 72Resolution Unit : inchesM
