Solved

Hey all, I was in the middle of formatting a document and ran into an issue with the command + shift function. It acts like you're just clicking command and dragging. The bounding box gets bigger, but the image inside does not. I tried using com + shift + option to see if that function worked, and it doesn't either. What the heck happened?? I tried quitting and reopening, the shift+cont+opt+command when opening trick, the resetting default settings in the general preferences—nothing. Just a completely random event that started happening mid-edit.  Does anyone know what's happening and what I need to do? Delete the application entirely and redownload maybe? I read that didn't help other people years ago with similar issues... so I want to avoid that if possible if it's not going to work.

Can someone tell me why is this happening? I have a regular pdf file with text on, but whenever I try selecting a portion or highlighting it, it selects a giant portion as if the font size was giant. I tried the "recognize text" tool (OCR) but did nothing. It's also not the first file I encounter this problem with.  Thanks in advance.

Can someone help please?  While editing a PDF created in powerpoint's pdf, suddenly half of the text in most of the pages dissappeared, or turned another color. This happened AFTER already editing some pages for an hour.  Now when I open acrobat it does not show some text in other documents too. What has happened? and how can I fix it?  I have windows 10, and acrobat pro dc.

Hi sirI was trying to insert a rectangle frame tool inside a text frame using this code const selectedTextFrame = doc.selection[0];const page = selectedTextFrame.parentPage;const rect = page.rectangles.add({geometricBounds: [0, 0, 100, 100],});This code creates the rectangle, but it does not place it inside the text frame

Hi, I can't find a clear answer to my problem, maybe I missed it.I have 2 projects I've mixed inside Premiere Pro. Although my 2 edits have more or less the same level on the loudness meter, they show totally different peaks on the Audio meter. Around -8 dB for the first one, and around -4 dB for the second one.Should I worry?

I have CC and my InDesign file size is big but not unusually so (25 MB) as it is about 80 pages of high-rez (linked) images. I am using PDF for print when exporting, something I have done many times before but suddenly, it is taking 30-40 minutes and the PDF file size 216 MB! The last similar project had more images and made a PDF that was about 50 MB. I have not changed any settings, that I am aware of. Anyone have any ideas for me? The PDF is so huge that it crashes before I can review the whole thing. Thanks!

Good dayLoving much of Adobe Express, including the available music tracks that can be added. There is just one things which frustrates me endlessly. If one makes a search request for all the sections of the music library, the first results are reams of Sound Effects. Quite often that is simply not required. I would like to get results from the entire library at times (a good way to discover new items) BUT I do not want these heaps of Sound Effects when I don't need them! Is there a way to temporarily disable Sound Effects? That would be such a help!  Anyone, please.

Hello,I signed up for the 7 day free trial and now want to cancel the subscription. Adobe says I have to cancel through the apple App Store, however my subscription does not appear there and I have confirmed with multiple people at apple that the subscription was not purchased through apple. Adobe says they are unable to cancel because they insist it was purchased through apple. I am completely stuck. Please help.

Good morning, everyone. In the new InDesign update, I’ve found a few issues: 1) the panels for menus reduced to icons no longer open; 2) if I ungroup elements from a group, they get deselected. Do you know if these problems will be fixed with an update?

I am currently researching and noticing that my uploaded files are not properly optimized for SEO, and the keywords are not arranged in the correct order. So now I want to re-edit all my assets, reorder the keywords properly, and add new keywords if necessary.Does Adobe Stock allow this? Can I do it?Will this boost my SEO?Is there any chance this might negatively affect my profile? Thanks in advance

So, using this help document https://helpx.adobe.com/au/document-cloud/help/create-template.html I've created a template in Document Cloud. We have a number of users in our organisation as part of the same team/group. I simply want to share this template to the group. There appears to be no way to share a template. All the help documentation around sharing templates appears to be related to a different environment (http://echosign.adobe.com/) which support has told me to use, however there is NO way to access this echosign URL as it redirects straight to acrobat.adobe.com.If you look at the image below you'll see that the "Share" tab on the right hand side is greyed out (circled in red). If I click on the file I want to share you can see that it is shared with Only Me"  How on earth do I share these templates to my team/group. Ive spent over 4 hours with support and nobody seems to be able to get it right.Cheers guysJ

Hello to All!I'm pretty new here (just starting out with Animate) and have run into the following problem when trying to animate my first graphic: namely, objects, which were made using clipping mask in illustrator didn't import correctly into Animate... 😕😕 This is how they should look like (screen from Illustrator, arrows pointing to where clipping mask is used) and thi is how the design looks like when imported into Animate...the blue bars imported unclipped, while the background elements within the cicrles including stats are gone altogether.Does anyone know what mistakes I'm malking and can advise what I could try next?Thank you! 🙂

Hello all, I am having an issue with ColdFusion 2023 where exporting to Excel only fails when the AppDynamics Java Agent is enabled. As soon as I add this JVM argument -javaagent:C:\AppDynamics\JavaAgent\ver25.6.0.37159\javaagent.jarmy excel export fails and which results: 500 - Internal server error. If I remove that line and restart ColdFusion services, the export works perfectly again.I think the issue here is AppDymanics agent is interfering with ColdFusion's functionality. Has anyone  esle run into this with CF 2023 and AppDynamics, or is there any known conflict between these two? any adivce, tips or shared experience would be really helpful.  Thanks

Recently Photoshop has started ignoring my custom workspace and launches with all panels collapsed. This is extremely frustrating as I have to reset my workspace each time I open PS. I have tried creating a new workspace, using defaults, resetting prefs.. nothing so far seems to prevent all panels on the right being collapsed on launch. Does anyone know what is causing this? (v 22.5.0 / Windows 10 64 Pro)

Hi,I’ve lost access to my Adobe Lightroom account. When I sign in, I can choose between two profiles: Redcliff Foundation and Personal Profile. Until recently, I was using Redcliff Foundation without issues, but now it says I no longer have access to Lightroom.I tried everything I could find online:Signing out and back inReinstalling the appChecking my inbox (and junk mail) for new invitationsNone of that worked.I was told it might be related to an Adobe infrastructure migration affecting some regions, but I couldn’t find any official information confirming this. Could someone from Adobe please check whether this organization or license is still active?Thank you for your time and help.Best regards.

I'm on Mac Studio M1 Ultra, Sequoia 15.4.1, Premiere Pro 24.0.  Have been working on a feature for the past few months, but have started noticing on my assembly timeline playback is horrible -- when I hit play it routinely takes 5+ seconds before actually playing, then stutters when it plays.  Most of the timeline is rendered and it makes no difference if I change the playback quality.  I have tried deleting cache files and resetting workspaces.  It's really really killing me.  Have anyone solved this?

I have been using my own self made user presets for the past year and a half on multiple catalogs on two different hard drives. Today, with both hard drives plugged in, I opened a catalog and all of my downloaded presetes as well as my user presets were missing. I have been able to re add my downloaded presets but cannot figure out how to restore my user presets i made. Can anyone please give me some help with this?

Help! LrC is unusable. After updating to v15.0 LrC goes to a popup requiring catalog upgrade.Selecting "Upgrade," the Mac works a bit, then the computer crashes and restarts. In the old libraries folder, I have the attempts to create the library backup of different sizes, but apparently none complete. They are smaller than my current but outdated catalog. I saw the a for PC, but I'm not sure I have Visual C++ or whatever that is. A search for "MSVCP140.dll" in Finder finds nothing. I do have MS Office if that's relevant. After a few days, I got the update for LrC to 15.0.1. Updated, then, after opening and attempting to upgrade the catalog, the app crashes or the computer crashes. iMac 2019mac OS 15.1.1 (24B91) Please help! I have photo work that's very late.

I have been trying to find a solution to my issue for almost a full week. I can't find any help on this forum, or on other forums online. I am a subscriber, but cannot find any method of contacting customer support. How do I do that?

Hi All,I'm trying to get the active Illustrator document name in my plugin. The following code works perfectly in Illustrator CC 2024 and CC 2025, but it fails in CC 2026 — GetFileNameNoExt() returns an empty name.  ai::FilePath path; ASErr err = sAIDocument->GetDocumentFileSpecification(path); if (err == kNoErr && !path.IsEmpty()) { ai::UnicodeString name = path.GetFileNameNoExt(); std::string s = name.as_UTF8(); if (!s.empty()) return s; } Is there something new we are supposed to call before accessing file information?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,Chetan

Sorry, need help ASAP. I designed a book with 20 digital pencil illustrations. I have a hardware calibrated BenQ monitor. Sheridan (the Printer) specifies that for black only printing, all images should be converted to grayscale. Makes sense. They also specify the expected Dot Gain for uncoated stock on a Web Press is 25-27%. Ok cool. However, when I ask about grayscale profiles for 1) converting images to grayscale and 2) soft proofing the images on screen, they just keep answering that no profiles are needed for grayscale. To my knowledge, you cannot convert an image or even view an image without a profile. If a custom one is not selected, Photoshop will use the default profile. Which in my case is Dot Gain 20%. I don't know if I'm thinking about it all wrong, but here are my questions. PS, if you didn't guess yet, I have never printed a book interior in single color black only: What is the best way to convert sRGB illustrations to grayscale for offset web press p

I know this is a long shot, since I have scoured the community and the web and cannot seem to find the answer. When you use the remix tool to edit a music track, is there any way to re-create those exact edits again on the licensed track once you purchase it? For example-I download a preview music track from Adobe Stock and use the remix tool to customize it for my edit. When the project is approved and ready to send to mix, my client then purchases said track so I can replace the preview track in my sequence. I've tried to "Replace With Clip", that just drops the licensed track into the sequence, unedited. I've tried copy/paste effects (supposedly including "remix"), but that does nothing at all. I've also tried to recreate the remix with the licensed track, but have a heck of a time getting it to match the edits that were created in the preview track. It will give me the right length, but never puts the edits in the same place again, even with the exact same settings in the "Seg

I saw an answer to this question here, but not in English. Whenever I open a new file (RAW, PSD or TIFF) from Lightroom it always opens with Extras turned on. If I give it a Command-H to turn it off and work on the file, it gets turned back on without pressing the Command-H toggle. Everything is turned off in the View>Show menu. I have tried the AI suggestions, including resetting Photoshop's Toolbar, but nothing works.PS 26.9.0LR 14.5Mac OS 15.6
