My problem: My working surface is yellow-ish. All colours appear to be more yellow-ish than they should be as you can see in the pictures below. When i export the picture it is normal again (not yellow-ish anymore). Also the pictures in the preview are in the original colours (not yellow-ish).As you can see it's yellow-ish just in the working surface. These are my colour settings ... well in german. Also i don't use the view of a proof.Maybe some of you have a clue for me.Thanks in anticipation!

I have LRC on Win 10 that can't upgrade to 11I have installed Creative Cloud on new Win 11 computer & put images on D drive. How do I install LRC catalog in Pictures in C drive? Thanks

I'm using Adobe Acrobat through a Creative Cloud subscription. None of my PDFs have the Edit PDF option anymore. Even when I create a PDF on my computer from a Word document, the option is missing. I only have the options to comment, fill and sign, export, create, share, stamp, measure, and certificates.

Hi,  I am trying to change the thumbnail of my MOGRT files to an image that is not present in the graphic itself. This is so when looking at the essentials graphics panel in Premiere, the graphics are categorised. I have tried adding the image, using set poster time then hiding the image before exporting. However it seems the poster time image must be present in the graphic when exporting. I have tried to set the image outside of the graphic timeline e.g -00.00.01 but this also does not work. I have read about extracting the thumb.png and changing this but can't figure out how to then put the extracted files back into a MOGRT file. please help!! Thank you 🙂

Using After Effects 17.5.1 right now, and noticed that there is a new "feature" that turns Alt+Mouse Scroll Wheel into a camera dolly tool when your timeline has a 3D Layer. Normally when you use Alt+Scroll on the Composition Panel, you zoom into the cursor position on your composition. I use this all the time while I'm working because it takes so much less time than using only your scroll wheel or the zooming keyboard shortcuts "," "."and then finding your Comp POI with the Hand Tool. With this new version of After Effects, this functionality is lost once you add a 3D layer. I never have needed/wanted to use the camera dolly tool in this way. Is there a way to turn this off?

I am using Premiere Pro CC 2017 on my laptop, and I was editing my footage as I usually would, and in the Program window, the footage was a red color (see picture below). Most of my other clips were fine, they were not different at all. After re-importing the footage, it was back to normal, but then it went back to being red. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if I did anything wrong to make this happen. My video tracks were turned on, the original files were not corrupt, I only changed the speed and tried time remapping on the clips, and I didn't see anything that I did to make this happen. Are there any solutions to this problem? Thanks very much,Matthew F

Hi everyone!I have a question. I have been dissatisfied with my RTX 3060 12GB for the past few months (I had the same experience using Premiere with the GTX 1660). I am also not happy with my NVIDIA graphics card in other scenarios. Therefore, I am considering building my next PC not only with an AMD CPU, but also with an AMD GPU. I am thinking about a setup with a Ryzen 5 7600X or Ryzen 7 7700X, 64GB of RAM and an RX 7600XT.For those of you who have experience with AMD GPUs in Premiere, could you please tell me how well they perform? I heard in an AMD presentation that there is good support for AMD GPUs in Premiere. Thanks in advance! And also for you to understand, I use After Effects compositions in my projects and various plug-ins for Premiere, so keep that in mind.

Hello everyone! Wanted to ask for your help/advice. I am having trouble with saving raw to jpg after the latest Photoshop update (23.0/Camera Raw 14.0), MacOS. When I open a Camera Raw file to edit it, it has all the data I expect, and it is the appropriate file size – approx. 44MB. However, after editing and saving it to a 300dpi JPG, the final file size seems far too small now – between 4 – 8.8MB in comparison to 20MB and higher I was getting before. I have saved the files at the highest image options (Maximum 10-12). If the same file is then opened and saved from Photoshop, again in the highest Image Options quality and Format Options as Baseline (Standard), the size is reduced even more down to 500kb – 1MB!When I try to open, edit and save the same file in latest version of Lightroom, the final size of JPG is almost 23 MB.I was playing with Camera Raw Preferences and tried several settings there (Adobe Default vs. Camera Settings + checked Override master settings for specific came

Hello.I am struggling to import audio files correctly, as I notice the audio sound is off.I changed it to a much shorter audio file, to get more details. For some unknown reason, MP3 files, when imported do 2 things.1. They will remove the first 2 seconds of any audio I import and replace the play length with 2 seconds of nothing at the end of the audio.2. They will only add 2 seconds of no audio to the end of the audio file.I found that if you rename the files, it will prevent glitch 1, but not glitch 2.I cleared all the cache as well. Not entierly sure what has caused the problem.

Hi, I'm trying to export my design to PDF, and the black looks fine in Illustrator, however when I export as PDF some of the blacks turn to grey. I have rich blacks turned on in Illustrator preferences, I tried high quality print and checked no conversion and include all profiles, none of that changed anything. Any help would be appreciated.

This seems like a fairly obvious and simple question, but I can't find the answer anywhere. I'm relatively new to AE--I come from the audio world in which it is possible to trim an audio clip right down to the teensiest waveform--in literally any DAW that exists. So why wouldn't it be possible to do that right within AE? We recorded the audio for our current project in ProTools, separately from the video, and now it's about half a frame off from the video. Ultimately, it will be hard to notice, but even so, it's eating me up--there's gotta be a way (other than going into Premiere---we don't have any cuts, just one shot with green screen and animation, so it doesn't make sense to link to Pr).

I've downloaded an adobe stock image (File #:  222941660) and when opened in AI ithe gradients (shadows) are not translating correctly.  I've tried chamging raster settings and it does not reslove the issue.

I have shared an album on the web and solicited people to provide likes and comments. I would like to filter in Lightroom on the images that have likes and comments.  Is there a way to do that without looking at each photo individually? Thanks,Michael

Hello all. Admittedly not that experienced with Premiere. I just learned how to move the anchor point and why... but now I can't get it or the edge handles to show. I've tried selecting the clip (click on clip in timeline) and then double clicking the preview screen. I've tried clicking on Motion on the Effects panel. Nothing. I notice that Motion tab on the Effects panel does not have a square next to it, only an FX. In the tutorials I've seen, this box is shown on their screen. Incredible gratitude in advance... quite a frustrating experience over here.

How can I change an existing document that is set up with right binding to left binding? My CC is set for english with left binding, but I have an indd file sent from a translation service bureau that was set for right binding and that's how it opens. The language does not read right to left so I need to fix this for press. I am not creating a new document, but need to change this document to print correctly. It's 72 pages and I really don't want to copy and paste into a new

Here are my problems I have been having over the past few months1. When I switch tools by clicking on their icons, or using shortcuts sometimes the tools will automatically change to the last option.     a. I click on the brush tool, (or press B,) and the tool automatically changes to Mixer Brush Tool, instead of the first option which is Brush.     b. This happens with every change in tool, (if i select Move Tool, it switches over to Artboard Tool.) 2. Another strange one, if I for example select four layers and attempt to move them, it will without fail remove one of the layers as I begin to drag them with the move tool. Why does this occur? I can Alt Cntrl Shift to reset PS, but it has become incredibly tedious to do so.

I have been using this program since 2020 and all of a sudden when I try to print (4x6) I get an error: because the default printer could not be opened.  I can print out of windows with no problem.  It only happens in my photoshop elements program.  I took it to a computer repair and he could not figure it out.  Please help!  Has anyone had this happen?  I print specialized sizes and need this program to work.

When I go to package a file I get the error "InDesign could not package the document... Cannot copy necessary linked file(s)". When I go across the hall and use a Mac on Sequoia 15.7, no error. I went into System Settings and gave InDesign and Adobe Full Disk Access and Files and Folders access but it didn't change anything. Is there a fix or workaround or maybe an update coming to address the issue?

Since upgrading to LR 14.4, I have lost the loupe info display in develop mode. Nothing happens with the keyboard shortcut 'i'.    I've checked in 'view/loupe info' and the display info box is ticked. I've tried toggling on and off, restarting etc. and I just can't get the info to display. Any suggestions? Thanks.
