Solved

Hi there,Another new bug to report on Adobe Illustrator 29.7.1 on a Mac running OS 13.7.5. I pasted some text into a text area box, and used the dropper to change the weight, only to find that the weight wouldn't change, or only would depending on the height and position of the text within a text area. All these new bugs never happened in the much more stable AI 2020. Here's a video showing this happen. If this can be fixed please. Many thanks!

Is there any way I can get a reasonable idea of exactly which images or keywords I should avoid so I can protect myself from intellectual property issues — like any websites, articles, or something like that?

I didn’t receive any bonus. During the 12-month period I had about 600 files and 20 downloads. I’m always unlucky.Does everyone get a bonus or is it like me?

I am having a problem with where the Sync Images are being stored on my Win laptop computer ( LrC 14.5,1, Win 11 see info. On my Signature below). The info in the LrC Preferences shows an incorrect file path ( I believe this path was inherited from a Catalog I was using on my iMac ). When I attempted to make a change to a new location on my Win laptop a popup indicates to copy the existing data this fails as the data was sent on a path that does not exist. I am thinking of using the Delete All Sync Data option, but I am unsure. Any Ideas? See the screen captures below

Hi, I teach a class where my students have to submit to a site no more than 4MB per image. I told them that the best software to edit and check accurate size is Photoshop and showed then where to look for size, crop... HOWEVER, one student decided to use Google slides and it load the image well on the site, but Photoshop says the image is 33MB ?? and when I right click the image on my iMac it says 963 KB.....How can this be???  I'm attaching both screen shoots of the same image opened on regular "i" from iMac and the Photoshop....completely different lecture...  The questions is WHY THEY DON"T MATCH? and WHICH IMAGE SIZE IS RIGHT? Thanks for any valuable feedback in advance.

Just saw a piece of clip art that stole one of my images! What do I do?

My best friend is a fine artist.  Watercolor, acrylic and mixed media.  A local print company scans her watercolors beautifully ... because they are flat.  The scans of the acrylic and mixed media are AWFUL ... the paintings are on canvas. We want to have prints (5 x 7 and 8 x 10) and notecards made with the resulting images.  We have a lightbox and a tripod.  Using a high-megapixel camera, we can come SO CLOSE to getting good reproductions.  I have the full Adobe package.  I've been trying to work with the files in Photoshop. Can you recommend some links, or offer any tips?  Thank you!

Hi. We are getting a lot of complaints from our customers that when they view our website using Linux running Chrome, the fonts look jagged. I tried going to fonts.adobe.com as well and this is how it looks. Is this a known issue?Thank you very much

The tiny black x-y coordinate indicator gets in the way when I'm adjusting a path. How do I turn it off?The attached image explains it better, sinceI'm not sure the right terminology, and there are several parts of the interface that could count as an "x-y coordinate indicator".Thanks!

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe im Forum schon einzelne Posts gefunden, wo ähnliche Probleme beschrieben wurden. Die dort vorgeschlagenen Lösungen habe ich ausprobiert. Leider ohne Erfolg. Was habe ich alles schon ausprobiert?

Premier rush noticed 4k video option is no more, is that correct , I have the paid version

I've never felt the need to make a post or complaint like this for any software in more than 25 years of using Windows and Macintosh personal computers. But the new user interface in Acrobat is just awful. It is counterintuitive, illogical, and imposes a huge productivity hit. I am thankful the new UI can be deactivated but concerned that at some point, that will no longer be an option.

I've noticed in the last 2 days InDesign has started to import a text box with the file name of any images/files that are imported into a document. So when you drag and drop, firstly you get the image on your cursor then second an automatic text box wants to paste in. WHY?! And most importantly HOW do I turn this awful new feature off? Please help.

I have seen this conversation many times with so many recommended solutions, but none have worked for me. For years, I have sent hundreds of attached pdf files through the adobe share button.  It now only gives me the option of sending a link ... which I hate.  Can someone please tell me how to correct this ridiculous change?  I have spent hours on this, got it working then it defaulted back to link vs attachment.  Thank you.
