Something weird just started happening where I set up my png sticker files for printing and the transparent backgrounds are being treated as white. Like I can't overlap the transparent outer edges of the designs because it's treated like a white square or rectangle, opposed to just the design. Any ideas on what's going on and how to fix it? I included 2 pics, one showing the overlapping designs on the artboard and the other off the artboard. Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to set up a signature field in the document in Adobe Sign. The document is pre-signed by the other party, so I need to keep a record of this signature. Adobe perfectly recognized it (I cannot flatten the file in this case to solve the problem I explain further). The size of the document page in PDF is 8.5"x 11" (legal). When I open it in Adobe Sign to set up fields, I see the big text box with the main text with a scroller (so the full text is not visible on the page, you need to scroll it). The text is preset to Auto and Multiline. The signature field should fit in that text box, and I managed to add it there (first I placed it under the text box, and then dragged it over the text box). When I send the document for signature, the next signatory sees the text form that text box  in very small font, and the final signed document has it in a very small font, not the same as it looked in Adobe Sign. I tried to preset font size to 8 to make the scroller bar disappe

Is there a way to arch text in In-Design in a similar to how Illustrator allows you to  arch text thru its Envelope Distort feature? (If not, it would sure be handy if a feature like that coule be added to In-Design) Thanks.

I use Adobe Acrobat DC. I want to save an rotated document, but is doesn't work. When rotated and closed a document , the rototation is not saved. I've tried it with online rotating (adobe.com) but this isn't the solution. What's the problem?

Hi When we use the API call app.openDocument() to open the premiere project, audio waveforms are not showing up in Premiere Pro. Same project when we open from local disc manually, it's showing the waveforms. Could you please suggest, how this can be resolved?

I’m trying to disable the mail feature in Adobe Reader, specifically the option that allows sending links to the PDF in an email.

I've spent more time than I anticipated.. After creating my LED board generator (which is much more complex than this simple problem) I though this would be a piece of cake... but alas.. In the end I want the bounding box of an arbitrary shape (whole shape, if the image got two disjoint shapes, then the total bounding box)So naturally the easiest (not the most efficeint I presume) way I could think was, Scan the input from all four sides and stop at the first pixel encounter.. But I just couldn't.. from any one side. Attaching my failed attempts along with an SS for better explanation.

Hi, dear community, I'm familiarizing myself (sloooowly) with various TRACKING methods in AE.(Yes, MOCHA is by far the most reliable tool, but still ...)After running 'TRACK CAMERA', when I- draw a shape layer onto an object (frame around a monitor)- and then toggle the layer as a '3D layer' --> it jumps to the right (see attached video). I have already tried centering the anchor point in the shape; to no avail. The footage / clip in the COMP is not scaled in any way.  Many, many thanks in advance & with my very best greetings from Switzerland,Sandro

I have the same issue as other forum users have had regarding CTRL B no longer working to make bookmarks of highlighted text, but I haven't found a solution for me. The bookmark is created with text "Untitled". This CTRL B method worked for me up until yesterday. There are no restrictions on my documents and I created them myself. I tested on both new documents and those I worked successfully with (using the shortcut) earlier this week. The New Bookmarks button works as expected.Troubleshooting tried:Logging off network.Restarting computer.Removing Preferences folder from C:\Users\AnnaNmty\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DCRemoving UserPrefs folder from same folder. (This was moderately successful in that my initial issue today was not being able to create bookmarks with either the button or CTRL B, not even "Untitled".)Adobe Acrobat DC (not Reader) 18.009.20050, Windows 7, 64bit. All updates applied.

When I import my video into AE & drag it into my composition, for some reason background sounds eg music, other diegetic sounds are audible but the actual dialogue from the scene is somehow muted. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I was thinking it could be a compatibility issue / problem with AE compressing audio as maybe the file is too large. Any help appreciated

As of a few hours ago, my mouse wheel scrolling is no longer working in the Bookmarks side panel. It works everywhere else but not in Bookmarks. Started today. Guessing an Update fart. Is there a fix for this?

I’m currently working in a private company as a video editor, and one of our clients recently approached us with a project for their website https://newtoki.com.co/ since this is a webtoon platform, that edit involves long vertical panels with smooth scrolling and gradient backgrounds. The issue I’m facing is unusual: gradients that look perfectly fine in the After Effects preview show heavy banding and even flicker once exported. This happens in both H.264 and ProRes, and it’s especially noticeable in soft sky tones or dark-to-light transitions. I’ve tried higher bitrates, switching to 16/32-bit color, and even exporting image sequences, but the problem still appears. What makes it trickier is that not all panels are affected some render cleanly, while others with the same settings show the banding. Since webtoon edits rely heavily on large gradient areas, this artifact really breaks the flow and makes the final output look unpolished. Has anyone else run into this

Why CapCut has this functionality and you don't? Isn't Adobe #1 in the world?I used Adobe products for 20 years at least.I use Lightroom and Photoshop to process my pictures on Mac.I use Premiere Pro and sometimes Adobe Express(that very funky, loosing all I did)Now I'm more videographer and create many videos through my phone..I've got Adobe subscription and Rush installed to process my videos. As a creator I always search the best ways to attract people to my videos.I decided to used subtitles, add them to my videos automatically.Do I need to install CapCut now and pay them and why don't you develop your Rush on the iPhone to make me loyal? This is about cancelling all my subscriptions. And switch. Because I'm tired to fight every time and waste my time.

Hello, I've noticed I'm having weird issues with word spacing on some lines in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. It doesn't matter how many words I type, it'll randomly pick lines to space out. Tried to fix the alignment but it didn't help at all. Also tried to fix character and line spacing, didn't help. I've attached a photo I know its not good quality but I've underlined the weirdly spaced words, any help is appreciated!

Hi There, I have created a document in Word that includes text boxes, shapes created in Word and images inserted from JPEG files.  When I print the document directly from Word, there is no problem, all the formatting prints out on the paper correctly, as expected.  When I hit command + P and "print" or save the document as a PDF, essentially converting the document from a .docx to a .pdf, the document looks fine on the screen.  No formatting has been changed, even in the Print Preview it looks fine when open in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  However, when I print the document to paper, many of the shapes are missing, some of the images are partially cut-off and in some cases, big black boxes appear. I have had to use the "bring to front", "bring forward", "bring in front of text", etc. options in Word when creating the document to get the look I wanted and have images and shapes or text layered.  Not sure if this is playing a part. Again, there is no

The playhead is not moving, or if it does move, it is so laggy / stuttering. I did some solutions I found in the Adobe forum and some solutions from other videos/sites, such as clearing media cache, etc. My clips are not heavy; they are just videos from mobile phones. The playhead worked just fine before the update. Why does every update of every Adobe product always have bugs and bigger problems?

Hi all,I'm working on macOS with Photoshop 2025 and would like to back up and import my workspace (app layout).Despite my research, I haven’t been able to find any answers. The files don’t seem to be in the Application Support folders as they were in older versions of Photoshop.Could anyone advise on how to locate and back up these files?Thank you!

How can I get Audition to provide the proper metadata (Song Title and Artist) for that song's section of the 2-hour show WAV?How can I get Audition to pull in and use the metadata embedded in each song WAV?(This might be answered by Number 1) How can I create and get Audition to provide the proper metadata and start/stop times for the talk spots?I produce a weekly music and talk radio show/podcast consisting of 23-27 songs with talk spots and an intro and outro. The podcast is distributed to radio stations and distribution systems as a single 2-hour WAV and 320kbps MP3. For reporting and royalty payment purposes, I need to provide the track list for each show, and should timestamp each track. Providing the track list is easy, but getting Audition to display the meta manually doing timestamps is a P.I.A. I'm hoping there's an automated or semi-automated way to create and embed something like a CUE Sheet or Cart Chunks in Audition that lands in the exported WAV and/or MP3.FYI:All the WAV

We recently upgraded from old RoboHelp 2017 to RoboHelp 2022 and are now publishing in frameless HTML.All is otherwise ok except for the fact that we used to output Microsoft HTML Help (.CHM) and in RoboHelp 2017 this worked fine. Some customers would still like to have the latest content in CHM, and our latest content is now being authored in RoboHelp 2022 and when we try to publish a .CHM file using RoboHelp 2022 the Japanese characters in the table of contents are all garbage. I have been assuming that this is a bug or something?

I am getting the following error in 2019, 2020 and 2021 versions of Dreamweaver when starting the application.  I am on a Windows 10 plaform and have never had this issue until Friday.  I was actually in Dreamweaver 2019 working when it hung just trying to open a folder.  Since that time this is the error I get every time I attempt to open the application.  Any help would be greatly apprecatided.
