Solved

This is an issue that only happens sometimes and I can't predict when it's going to happen. Sometimes when I convert an Excel file to PDF it only saves the background colors for cells in the report, but not the contents of the cells. Usually I have to close both Excel and Acrobat and then try again, but that has about a 50% success rate. This is how the PDF is saving the Excel file. All of those cells should have text in them.I'm just hoping for an explanation as to why this happens only sometimes. As far as I'm aware all of my software is up to date.

Hi community,I have a planner with 605 pages (with the cover), from page 2 to the end, I have a side bar that contains the 12 months, when someone clicks on it, it gonna head over that specific month, I have added hyperlinks to the Page 2, now I need a way to automate pasting only hyperlinks to all the other pages, layout already exist in all pages, but I need to paste hyperlinks, adding them manually will waste my time and effort (see attached photo to see what I am talking about). If someone could help me with the javascript because I am not familiar with programming

Hello, i would like to report a bug found in the Puppet Position Pin Tool. When using a character that's animated with a Null Object, I tried to apply the Puppet Position Pin Tool to make small movements in the character's body parts. However, after the recent update, the pins and mesh no longer follow the character's position correctly — everything becomes misaligned and glitchy.

I'm editing an interview with a main camera shot and then some shorter 10-20sec alternate angle shots.I have about 20 of these alternate angles I want to drop in but I don't know how to synchronise them with the main timeline. The interview is edited down on the main camera and I used a Zoom recorder to get nice audio, so I have the two camera channels (A/V) and the 2nd audio channel. I can easily synch the Zoom video to the smaller clips I want to drop in so they have clean audio too...but I can't figure out how to synchronise those b-roll clips into the main timeline...(some of my efforts synchronised the main sound with the b roll...but moving it out of synch with the overall interview main sequence)?I know from other research that I should have probably shot the b-roll continuosly for the whole interview and synched it all once for a multicam set up ....but I didn't do that and now seems like it's complicated to sych up the small clips!Appreciate any help you can offer! Thanks,Alan.

I have a PDF that I need to remove what looks like a watermark across each page, but using the "remove watermark" feature in Adobe X Pro does not remove it. What else can I try to get rid ofwhat looks like a watermark on each page? Thanks,Andy

Hello all. I create templates that get sent out to clients for them to sign certain documents. Recently, the documents' signature lines are randomly moved to a different section of the forms, instead of the lines on each form where the boxes were placed when the template was created. How can I stop this from happening? Why is it happening?

I would love if you offered additional justify text wrap options, such as the "magic" wrap you recently removed from Express for some reason. I hate having to manually resize each line of text and the space between each line. It's time-consuming.

I am using Macbook PRO and primarly use the creative suite on a PC at work. I want to work on my home laptop since  I am a freelance but the apps are not updating, and when i try to download AE on my laptop using creative cloud it doesnt work. I've been having this issue latley on Lightroom desktop (not classic) where the 'red' brush overlay is stuck even when im not editing/just in preview mode. I'm on the latest update and still nothing (version: 8.3.1 ). It could be a software bug on the recent updates -but I honestly think its more to do with the fact that I only have 8gb of ram. I currently use the 2022 Macbook Pro m2 8gb ram- 256gb storage. what I don't understand is why my ipad doesnt have this problem- it runs better on there tbh.  Any help would be appriciated.    (the red lineral brush overlay is stuck on the bottom)

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with Photoshop running noticeably laggy and sluggish, even though I’m using a high-end PC setup. Estou tentando aqui no Brasil conversar com revendedores oficiais da Adobe, mas ninguém sabe orientar como funciona o credenciamento, só me passam o valor da proposta como empresa. Com qual contato eu consigo conversar sobre isso?Muito grato!

I keep losing the zoom slider, how do I get it back please?

How can I make a new swatch grouping available to other files in InDesign?

Hello,I'm a beginner in developing extensions for Premiere Pro, and I have a few questions while writing .jsx scripts:Is there a way to create an undo group in Premiere Pro extensions, similar to After Effects scripts? For example, like this in AE:app.beginUndoGroup("tttest"); app.endUndoGroup();Is it possible to modify the text content created using the Text Tool (Essential Graphics) via the extension?I tried to set the in and out points of a graphic clip in the sequence to a specific range — for example, from frame 24 to frame 48.However, setting .clip.start doesn't seem to work correctly. Could you provide a working code example for how to reposition and trim a graphic clip in the timeline?   Here is a portion of the .jsx code related to my third question. function but3onClick() {var sequence = app.project.activeSequence;if (!sequence) { app.setSDKEventMessage("没有活动序列", "warning"); return; }var selectedClips = getSelectedClips(); // 获取选中的剪辑if (!selectedClips) retu

Hi, I'm trying to print a document on a4 paper and my adobe photoshop file is a4, and I need it to be excatly the same size as it is on the computer, but when I press print it's way to big. I did some research and it's pretty unclear but it might have something to do with pixels or resolution? Any help would be greatly appreciatedThanks

I am a beginner in AE and primarly focused on learning text motion animations. However for my editing I need the Time Line to be in seconds instead of frames and shows (e.g. 2:00f). I have watched countless of videos and read articles but I have no idea how to change it. I have AE 2025.

The refresh button included in the error box does not work.

Dear Adobe Team, With the latest iPad update transforming the device into a powerful, mini-computer, I would love the opportunity to fully harness its potential using Adobe applications. As a graphic designer constantly on the move, having the ability to access, edit, and complete my creative projects seamlessly on the go is essential. While the current mobile apps are incredibly useful, bringing more desktop-level features to the iPad versions would significantly enhance productivity and creative flexibility for professionals like myself. It would mean being able to do full edits from concept to completion without needing to return to a desktop setup. In fact, I recently recommended the iPad to a fellow creative professional for this very reason so he could leave the heavy laptop behind and still work efficiently with Adobe tools. Thank you for continuing to innovate and support the creative community. I’m genuinely excited to see what’s next.

Hi I have edited a PDF file, by adding a rectangle. Then exported to EPS, but the rectangle is not there. Can you please help? Jaro

Just installed PS 26.9.0. After 34 popups, I could finally work and dragged a 4k jpg into a 4k PSD file. It opens smaller. While it actually says 100%.Turns out that it reads the PPI size (pixels/inch) instead of the actual PIXEL size....So now I have to open separately, then copy and paste........ REALLY? Still no "fit" "fill" and "pixel to pixel" options? You can't be serious, Adobe... 😭 Thousands of emplyees and none thinking of simple workflow improvements?... In settings, disabling "skip transform when placing", "Resize image during place" and "Always create smart objects when placing" made NO difference. It opens smaller. Period. (edit: changed DPI to PPI as I meant PPI)

The Photo Restoration filter inside the Neural Filters is temporarily disabled due to an error. I'm currently running macOS Ventura 13.0 and Photoshop 24.0. Is there a fix for this, or will I need to wait for a PS dot update? Thanks!John

I use an iMac with the latest version of the OS.Lightroom classic version 14.4 (latest} an also the latest version of the Loupedeck software, UI:6.1.4.22647;LPS:6.1.4.22653. When I reboot my iMac, all software is loaded, and when I start LrC, my Loupedeck works as expected. So far, so good. Once I quit LrC, and reopen it, no dials or buttons on the Loupedeck react.Only a reboot gets it going again. When I connect the same Loupedeck device to my Macbook, all is working fine, every time I start LrC.I think this proves correct functioning of the Loupedeck device. Any help is much appriciated.
